Wow!! It's one of the best services I've ever received. I must say that Kathalina or Katherine, I don't know her name very well, but she has good customer service; she does her job very well! 🥰 She is very kind, friendly, and very attentive to customers, and Banco King is the best. 👌 06/06/2025 at 8:30pm😊 I highly recommend it!!
Customer service is the best 🤩 except that there are times when, like us customers, we have to be patient, but the people who work there are very friendly ✨️ And what I like most is that they are very hard-working and responsible. ✨️thank you for your services 🤗👏
This is hands down the best Burger King I’ve ever stepped foot in. Vibes are immaculate and the employees are on point! They WILL take care of you!
Omg, Patricia is so amazing. Her customer service is top-tier. She is 100% the best individual I have ever came across at any fast food restaurant. She’s very patient and understanding. That woman is truly a blessing.. The store is very clean and the food is very fresh. I wish I could rate this 100 starts. I’m highly satisfied!
On 12/10/2025 at around 10pm I had the pleasure of receiving my 5 meals from the most polite and mindful young lady. The order had quite a few modifications however everything was on point. This doesn't happen often at this location so I felt I had to mention it.
The hard working people of this burger king deserve all the credit they can get. The food comes out promptly. They do a good job whenever I happen to get a craving for an Impossible Whopper.
The food was excellent and the service was great. But there was only one table that looked fairly clean. It is a small dining room and does mostly drive through business. I have eaten there several times when coming home from Alvin.
Waited in drive thru for over 15 mins. That's when you know they dont want to service you. Hire people who will work! Worst service ever. Girl had attitude telling me to hold to on.
I don’t like to complain about mixed up orders, or rude workers, but this evening, ( the manager didn’t even know how to pronounce this man’s name), he was a short dark indian type. I had ordered, then after meals, I asked “ do you have any oatmeal raisin cookies?” He responded, “yes”. ok so that order got placed. They were 2 in a bag. I asked “, are they fresh?” “yes, of course. “. I asked, but it is oatmeal raisin right” This was important! y, because, I CAN NOT HAVE CHOCOLATE. absolutely will get sick! Was with family , talking and eating, then still talking, I crab a cookie tear it, wondering.. hmm, they must be fresh, they are stuck together. In my mouth I taste it INSTANTLY! CHOCOLATE!🤢😡 wth. I go to the front ask this youngster that’s working, hey I asked for oatmeal raisin, I got chocolate. He responded, we only have chocolate. and shook his head. So I wanted to speak to the guy who sold them to me. I told him, I also said, and I’m not allowed to ingest chocolate, it will really make bad issues for me! he smiled shrugged his shoulders, and I’m like … really? He said” I’m sorry “. Ok, but then he tried to cover himself up with a lie.He stupidly said that I had asked for chocolate cookies. WOW NO , I most certainly did not, I told him. I said, why didn’t you just say you only sell oatmeal raisin cookies? Then, he said!! well we had some.. I stopped that lie, I said “the other boy told me yall don’t even sell but chocolate cookies. “then he looked at me and said well , yea, well, but he thought it was funny and if I was a small child allergic to chocolate, what then? well then I would have just left. 1.08 will not make or break me. i said, I want my money back. he went and told his supervisor and both of them were smiling, thinking it was funny like I’m something petty. well, if you care anything about your family, you go to that Whataburger be ready for anything because apparently they do not care about anyone at all actually the only good worker that I know is there is the one youngster whose black with bushy hair with a little red tent in it, he seems pretty kind. I’m not done, tomorrow, I’ll be calling the main office. They could have put someone in the hospital. What a jerk!
While sitting at drive through "long wait" got home and wrong order very frustrating
They screw up every order. It’s either a young kid who doesn’t care or an older lady sucking down cigarettes outside. Dont go
Sat in the drive thru stuck for over 20 min. Then my food was cold, drink flat. Never again
The worst place to get breakfast got the egg normous burrito with sausage the whole thing is just full of grease no flavor and really hard hash browns and then the hash browns themselves taste really bad like they were cooked in old grease what a waste of money not eating anything I had two bites couldn't take it and the service inside it's just horrible won't be back there again
Highly disappointed in the service I received. I’ve received a day old breakfast sandwich they wouldn’t replace, cold greasy hashbrowns, and I had to drive back 20 minutes when they didn’t give me any of my fries. I had to argue with them just to get the missing fries that were clearly on the receipt I showed them. Takes about 5 minutes just to take your order, about 10 waiting to receive it, and it’s usually incorrect, the facility is not kept up. I can understand if it’s busy, however, I’ve been the only customer each time.
We waited over 25 minutes to get our food all for nothing because Whoppers were digusting ketchup was all over wrapper and on top of the bun the meat was very dry as if it had been sitting or just old and reheated or something the cheese looked old I couldn’t even eat this oh and the fries were definitely old and just rewarmed not completely cooked so I just threw everything away because No one answered the phone and me driving all the way back especially when they took that long just to receive the food would be a waste of my gas and time.This is ridiculous just shut this location down and bring in something worth people’s money where food is actually fresh and cooked people will definitely get sick from this!
Manvel Burger King 5/3/24 Mold on the bottom of the hamburger bun. Tried to call to report it. No one answered.
I’d say this BK is the worst I’ve been to in the country. Actually probably the worst fast food place I’ve been to. It takes them 25 minutes to get 3 cars out of the line. That’s an every time experience. They have all of that time to get your food ready and something is made wrong and or missing every time. Always sit at the window and check your items. I do not recommend this BK. Horrible service
5/26/2023 We went through the drive thru around 2:30pm. We waited over 25 minutes to get our food. Our hamburgers were for two 4 year olds. They were so nasty. They were covered in mustard on the top of the bun and even the wrapper was disgusting. I added a picture of the second one we opened. This one was better than the 1st.
Customer service is aweful. Seems like everyone is new. Guess they can’t keep employees. They were messing up orders constantly. On top of that my order took 40 minutes to be made. By the time I got it the food was cold. Also the lobby and restrooms were filthy. I will never eat at this location again. I spoke with the manager about how disappointed I was with the service and was informed they didn’t do refunds only store credit!! Why would I want to even go back. Best believe I am going to use the credit at a different location. I can’t believe they are still open. Corporate needs to do something about all these issues. I used to love Burger King. Not so much anymore.
My chicken sandwich was hard than a dang rock. I couldn't even bite it. It cold as well. Tried to call the store several times and only got an voice-mail.
I have the time to make this review as im currently waitinggggggg on my order. The cashier that takes orders moves slower than sloth in zootopia, and still has to call someone for help to punch in a simple order for a regular combo. Its like watching the grass grow. Took five minutes just for ms. Sloth to even get to the register to take my order. I'm just hungry. And it would be longer to go somewhere so I'm committed at this point.
