Buen servicio y buen sabor si te gustan los baguette con ingredientes frescos. No hay necesidad de hacer mucha fila y si traes mucha hambre eso es muy práctico. Recomendado.

Subway is one of my favorite brands, but this branch is honestly disappointing. They only accept cash. When I got in line, the employees were gossiping and shouting, and the girl in line and I just exchanged glances after saying good afternoon a couple of times. I had to tell the employee what was in the sub I ordered because he was about to put it in the toaster and it was missing some toppings (it was a pizza sub). When I asked for the vegetables, he reluctantly threw them into the sub. Even though they're usually served in small portions, there's always something missing. When I went, there weren't any onions or several types of crackers. They charged me with an arrogant and uncooperative attitude.

No tienen pan

La comida como todo establecimiento Subway muy rica pero sus empleados muy mala atención, siempre jugando con la comida, criticando al cliente sobre sobre gustos y nunca tienen pan o servicio después de las 19:30 hrs con el fin muchas veces de salir temprano de sus labores. De 2 a 4pm nunca tienen servicio, he ido como 6 veces y siempre sin servicio, es cuando mas deberían de atender por ser hora de la comida en fin cero recomendable.

Nunca tienen vegetales frescos, hoy compre un paquete de 2 combos por 120 y no tienen lechuga, ni cebolla blanca ni morada, no tenían galletas y todavía salí regañado por pedir ese combo porque ya no tienen galletas NO GASTEN SU DINERO AQUÍ!

Necesitan urgente alguien responsable para que cumplan con los horarios y el servicio establecido . Ya son 2 ocasiones que voy y dicen q ya no hay servicio.

La calidad del producto no es tan buena sobre todo en los vegetales además te dan quemado el pan a veces.

Solo tenían pan blanco, no aceptaban tarjeta y no tenían cambio.

No atienden rápido, les dan mucha preferencia a los Rappi, nunca hay pan y tienen un sabor horrible nada que ver con otras sucursales

12 de enero 2023 8.10 pm Pésimo servicio. Ya 4 ocasiones que he llegado después de las 8 pm y dicen que no hay servicio. Siempre es lo mismo Cuando pregunté por el gerente la joven me contestó que no era que no tenían servicio que su compañero había salido y ella no podría cobrar.

Este es el peor Subway (o restaurante en general) que conozco. No dan ni una! Ni los vegetales, ni aderezos, ni el pan, ni lo tuestan. Simplemente no les importa. Cuando les reclamé que nada en mi pedido era, resultó que fue mi culpa por pedir cuando tienen mucha demanda y pues, ni calentar el Subway merecemos.

Pésimo servicio,no acostumbro venir a Manzanillo, pero siempre que intento consumir en este establecimiento, nunca hay pan, y ni siquiera en horarios concurridos. Dan muy mala imagen a la marca.

Comida rapida, de muy mala calidad, el tamaño de las porciones, es muy malo, y no es nada barato, ni con la promoción, mal. De atención, pues es pésima, todo el tiempo estan cambiado de personal, eso es porque los sueldos son miserables y no hay proyección de crecimiento. Se ganaron un wakala. Ni loco compro algo ahi. Para eso, mejor compro una torta en soriana, a la mitad de precio.

Mala atención al cliente. Tardan mucho para atenderte, te atienden cuando quieren apesar de haber suficiente personal. Pedí un sub de pollo parmesano y ya que me lo iban a preparar la que atiende me dijo que no había uno de los principales ingredientes del tipo de sub que pedí (salsa marinara). Aún así acepté el sub. La preparación del sub fue muy cuachalota. Sin embargo, cuando me lo estaba comiendo noté que el sub estaba helado por las verduras y el jitomate estaba cortado en pedazos exageradamente grandes. LA PEOR SUCURSAL EN TODO COLIMA.

Dicen que abren a las 8am y son las 10 am , y no te atienden.

No respetan el horario! Cierran a la hora que quieren el día que quieren! Cierran 8:30 PM en ocasiones a las 9:00 PM etc.
