Excelente atención un lugar super acogedor, buena música y excelente comida. Nosotros pedimos la carne y la pasta con tartufo delicioso. Como postre el volcan de limón fue el broche de oro. Super recomendado volveremos.

Tuve una cena espectacular en Florentine, en la Milla de Oro de Marbella. La burrata fue deliciosa y fresca, la pizza estaba increíble ( la tengo en mi top 1 o 2 ), con ingredientes de primera, y para cerrar, el lavamisú fue simplemente el broche de oro, suave y lleno de sabor. El ambiente es acogedor y el servicio de primera categoría. Definitivamente un lugar al que volveré.

De los restaurantes mas bonitos de todo Marbella. Producto de calidad y trato estupendo, volveremos!

A Beautiful Italian Experience in Spain 🇮🇹✨ I absolutely loved this restaurant! The terrace is stunning, and the tableware is simply magical — even though we’re in Spain, the atmosphere instantly transports you to Italy. The food was outstanding: the truffle pasta was a delight, and the burrata salad was just perfect. One thing I especially appreciated — and it’s not common in every restaurant — is the non-alcoholic champagne. It tasted exactly like the real thing and was such a pleasant surprise. This beautifully designed, two-floor restaurant with a stunning roof terrace has been making its mark since its opening in January 2025. It's an atmosphere of sophisticated cool, with a DJ curating the perfect house music soundtrack to a truly memorable meal. The evening began with a selection of expertly crafted cocktails. The Paloma was a revelation, featuring Patron Silver, lime, and a surprising kick from Sichuan pepper. The Margarita Patront, a sublime mix of Reposado, Cointreau, and St. Germain, set a high bar for the evening's libations. Leading the kitchen is Master Chef Roberto, a culinary veteran with over 20 years of experience from London's top restaurants. Originally from Italy, his mastery of flavors is evident in every dish. The service, led by the warm and attentive Nico, was exceptional and further elevated the dining experience. For our main courses, we were treated to a feast. The 1kg Josper grilled dry-aged Galician tomahawk steak was a showstopper, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The beef fillet was equally impressive—a tender piece of grilled Galician beef accompanied by seasonal vegetables and a rich red wine jus. The Josper grilled lamb chops, served with peas and a vibrant mojo verde, were a true delight. The pasta dishes showcased Roberto's Italian roots. Both the truffle pasta and the lobster pasta (spaghetti with tender lobster meat in a rich bisque sauce with cherry tomatoes) were perfectly executed. As a personal test, I always order a simple spaghetti pomodoro to judge a chef's foundation, and Roberto's did not disappoint. The pasta was perfectly al dente and impeccably balanced. While the basil topping was a minor, forgivable oversight from the otherwise fantastic Nico, it was a testament to the fact that Chef Roberto's technique is flawless. We paired our meal with a beautiful 2023 Tobia Tempranillo Bodega from Rioja, a wine that complemented the robust flavors of the meat and pasta flawlessly. Florentine in Forum is a game-changer for Marbella's dining scene. This restaurant has all the ingredients for long-term success, and it's only a matter of time before word gets out and tables become a hot commodity. My advice? Food was great—especially the pizza, pasta, and desserts. Everything was fresh and full of flavour. The waiter was friendly and polite, but the service was slow. We were seated inside and told the terrace was fully reserved, even though several outdoor tables stayed empty the whole time we were there, which was disappointing. If you go, book in advance and ask for a table on the terrace. Worth it for the food.

For us this was yet another amazing experience here in Marbella. Despite the fact that it's not cheap to eat here, we were very pleased to have had such a great dinner. The food menu is good and drinks even so. True Italian wines top it off. Service is quick and we liked the staff. Afterwards we went upstairs for a drink at their rooftopbar.

Restaurante italiano ubicado en la milla de oro de Marbella. El punto fuerte del restaurante es la espectacular decoración, tanto exterior como interior, además de todo el menaje (cubertería, vajilla, cristalería,…). Muchas de las piezas eran artesanales y el restaurante parecía un museo. La comida estuvo a la altura. La pizza napolitana de mortadela y pistacho fue una de las mejores de mi vida. El queso ubriaco al prosecco y la pasta fresca con tomate y albóndigas, dentro de lo esperable, aunque no destacaba especialmente su sabor. No sucedió lo mismo con el prosciutto San Daniele: sabía igual que el jamón barato de supermercado (desconocemos si se equivocaron al servirlo o si realmente ese es su sabor). El personal fue el punto débil. Realmente sorprendente que el camarero no hablara el idioma local, en este caso español. Además el tiempo de espera entre platos fue largo, también sorprendente teniendo en cuenta un 20% de ocupación aproximadamente. Motivos suficientes como para no dejar una tip suggested de 12 euros. Estuvimos 30 minutos dando vueltas hasta que conseguimos aparcar. El restaurante es caro, pero antes de entrar ya sabes su precio. Valorando la experiencia en su conjunto, lo recomendaríamos pero no repetiríamos.

Florentine is a lovely new Italian in the area. The Sicilian decor and friendly service is a highlight. The pizzas and Tonnato are very good too. The ambience is good with live music in the evening however the menu is overpriced for what it is.

Lovely restaurant with well cooked foods I loved the lamm chops with broccoli on the side and for next time I like to taste the carbonara its looks really nice made inside the parmesan cheese. I will love to come back and also appiciate the swedish touch on the management 🤩

Our experience at Florentine was nice overall. Our table wasn’t great — tucked at the end of the restaurant inside — but the hostess was kind and tried to move us, though there was no availability. The server seemed busy, perhaps due to being short-staffed, but later was very attentive. They brought the wrong drink, apologized sincerely, refunded it, and replaced it quickly. Her kindness made the experience very pleasant. 🙏🏻 Calamari was amazing, burrata was okay, and the pizza and pasta were superb!

No puedo decir nada malo salvo el precio. Probablemente esté pensado para otro público. Cerca de 40 euros por un plato de pasta me parece excesivo. Dicho esto la comida estaba rica y el servicio atento. Local con encanto aunque me pareció algo incómodo. El parking hay que pagarlo con lo que la factura sube aún más. Pedí unos carbonara ricos y un tiramisú brillante. Copa de vino muy cara. En definitiva se come bien pero es muy caro y casi con toda seguridad orientado a extranjeros con cartera llena.

The atmosphere and service were incredible. The servers were really polite and accommodating and the singer sang quietly and it was really pleasant. The food was ok, noting special. What I had an issue with was the wasp. I first thought that it was a coincidence and only on our table, but later noticed that a little of tables around us had the same issue. The flower pots put around the garden area attract a lot of wasps and they come to the food at the tables.

We recently had dinner with friends at the rooftop area of Florentine. The setting is undeniably beautiful — stylish, photogenic, and perfect for pictures. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t live up to the ambiance. The menu is fairly limited, and we tried two pasta dishes, both of which were bland and underwhelming. We also ordered oysters, red prawn carpaccio, steak, and a crab salad. While everything was presented nicely, the flavors were unimpressive and certainly didn’t justify the high prices. We shared our feedback with our waiter, who kindly offered a 30% discount on the pasta, which we appreciated, but the overall value still felt lacking. We had also expected a livelier atmosphere, as the venue advertises a DJ and enforces a minimum spend per person. However, the music was more like background ambiance, with no party vibe or dancing — most guests seemed to be there mainly for photos before leaving. Overall, it’s a stunning space for pictures, but the food and atmosphere fell short of expectations, especially for the price.

The atmosphere at this restaurant was great, and the food was really good — definitely worth mentioning. However, the service was a huge letdown. We had to wait an unreasonably long time for everything: to get seated, to order, for the bill, and even to pay. Anytime we needed something, we had to wave someone down multiple times, and even then, the staff responded with a poor attitude. It really took away from what could have been a fantastic dining experience. Great place, but seriously needs to improve customer service.

He estado dos veces,la primera no estaba mal,prr hoy vengo hablar de mi recién visita a este restaurante,éramos 6 dos éramos pareja y dos chavales de 20 años hijos de mis amigos que eran de Londre,era primera ves de ellos,nos sentamos y entonces nos atiende un camarero que no tenía ninguna clase,ni era un profesional ejemplar para el sitio,pues es un lugar elegante que debería invertir más en el servicio,el dicho camarero ha sido grosero y muy mal educado con mi amiga,que lo único que quería era una mejor atención al vino que ella quería,como no llego en acuerdo dado que no le parecía pagar 110 en un vino que en sitios muy distinguidos en Marbella paga 55€ el dijo que si. O podía pagar,que no debería venir a este sitio,que hay otros chiringuitos para ir,total una situación horrible y de muy mal gusto de parte del camarero, pues no están para opinar,están para orientar y ofrecer una opción para el cliente, termino diciendo que Marbella hay muchos sitios y en este ya no volveremos.(por cierto mi amiga puede pagar hasta un vino de 500€ lo que pasa es que hay cosas que no merece la pena)

Decepcionante. La calidad de la comida muy baja. Para empezar nos pusieron un pan de entrante que para la publicidad que tiene el restaurante no estaba a la altura. De primero pedimos una pizza mortadella de pistacho y burrata que prácticamente era todo masa y el sabor muy suave. De segundo pedimos “Su plato estrella” que tardaron en ponérnoslo 1 hora más tarde de la pizza (porque estaban haciendo pruebas en la cocina) y esta “supuesta carbonara” que ponía que llevaba guanciale para nuestra sorpresa NO ERA. Llevaba otro tipo de chacina más parecida a la panceta… y además estaba la pasta pasada y el huevo cortado…ridículo que se cobre por un precio de comida de calidad que se quiera disfrazar por la decoración. El precio fue elevado 250€ porque también pedimos dos botellas de vino para hacer tiempo mientras llegaba la pasta y ya la guinda fue cuando encontramos al final de la cuenta PROPINA SUGERIDA 25€. En definitiva si quieres ir a hacerte fotos un sitio TOP pero si quieres ir a comer carbonara AHÍ NO ES. Nos sentimos un poco estafados…

Empiezo por la decoración y el ambiente que está muy bien cuidado al detalle , y lamentablemente fue lo único bueno . Gambas a la grilla que no se podían ni comer , textura muy raro al probar . Tartar de atún aceptable ,, tallatele al tartufo a pesar que la pasta era fresca la salsa muy desconectada, sin llegar ( a casarse con la pasta como suelen llamar en términos de cocina ) . Filete de lubina minúsculo y encima ni si quieres que sea una lubina salvaje que por el precio debería serlo . Precios desorbitados .

Reservation was confirmed in advance. At the last minute, we were informed there was no table available. This is unacceptable for a restaurant that claims to provide quality service. The reservation management is extremely poor. Our evening was ruined. We will not be returning. La reserva fue confirmada con antelación. En el último momento nos informaron que no había mesa disponible. Avisar así, cuando ya es imposible buscar otra opción, demuestra una falta total de organización y respeto hacia el cliente. La gestión de reservas es inaceptable. Nos arruinaron la noche. No volveremos.

Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy my experience at this Italian restaurant. The food was not worth the price: the seafood pasta and the pesto pasta were barely edible, even though they cost €38 each. The staff is friendly and the dessert was good, but I wouldn’t go back.
