Where food meets art. We hand an amazing dinner here in Frou Frou.You have to try the lamb chops here!!! The cocktails are Out of this world. Just ask for the introduction to the cocktails. Frou Frou Mediterranean en Puerto Banús es, sin duda, uno de esos lugares que convierten una comida en una experiencia inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, todo estuvo a la altura: ambiente elegante, atención cuidada y una propuesta gastronómica que destaca por su calidad y sabor. Cada plato que probamos fue simplemente espectacular. El carpaccio de ternera, delicado y lleno de matices, marcó un inicio perfecto. Los spaghettis con trufa fueron otro nivel: cremosos, intensos y absolutamente irresistibles. Y el pulpo… sencillamente magnífico, en su punto exacto y con un sabor que demuestra el cuidado en cada detalle. Pero si la cocina fue brillante, el servicio no se quedó atrás. Impecable en todo momento, atento sin ser invasivo y siempre con una sonrisa. Nuestro camarero, Dima, merece una mención especial: profesional, cercano y con un conocimiento excelente de la carta, hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. En definitiva, Frou Frou Mediterranean es un lugar al que sin duda volveremos. Una combinación perfecta de grandes sabores, ambiente sofisticado y un servicio de primer nivel.

Great place for an evening dinner in Marbella! Morales was lovely!! Food was so delicious and service was very prompt! The mini beef burgers with quail eggs and caviar are a MUST order!

Had a fantastic time here. Great arrive, such tasty food (they had to move us to a bigger table because we ordered so much) and amazing drinks. They have even made perfumes based off the cocktails so you can ‘smell before you buy’ which is so incredibly innovative. Also a gorgeous setting/building, perfect for all your photographic needs if that’s what you’re into.

Super freundliche Kellner und das wsr sehr schön angerichtet und auch sehr fein wir kommen wieder.

De bediening door Morales was fantastisch: vriendelijk, attent en met oog voor elk detail. We had a fantastic experience with my wife and friends at the brand-new Frou Frou restaurant in Puerto Banus. Our waitress that evening was Nara, who was very attentive and did an excellent job, paying close attention to every detail when presenting the dishes and drinks, as well as in celebrating my wife’s birthday. The food was delicious, although the menu currently feels a bit short—we hope this will change over time. Unfortunately, the air conditioning inside the restaurant was not working, which was the only surprise for us, but apart from that everything was perfect.

Desde el primer momento nos recibieron con una cálida bienvenida de Kevin. El lugar es precioso, muy amplio por dentro y la comida es espectacular (¡el tartar fue una maravilla!). Todo el personal es muy atento y servicial, se nota que cuidan de cada detalle. Sin duda un sitio que recomendaré a mis amigos y al que volveré con mucho gusto!

Nos ha encantado la experiencia. Marlon ha sido súper amable y atento con nosotras, el servicio ha sido buenísimo y nos hemos sentido muy bien cuidadas. La comida muy buena también. Lo recomendamos mucho.

Vivimos una experiencia gastronómica excepcional. Desde nuestra llegada, la decoración y el ambiente nos transmitieron una sensación de elegancia y calidez creando el entorno ideal para disfrutar de una velada especial. Los entrantes fueron sobresalientes. El carpaccio de ternera con trufa y alcachofas destacó por su delicadeza y equilibrio de sabores. El tartar de atún con caviar fue igualmente excelente, con una calidad y frescura impecable. Como platos principales, probamos la lubina con almejas con salsa mediterráneo, perfectamente elaborada. Las costillas de cordero al estilo marroquí fueron uno de los puntos fuertes de la cena: extremadamente tiernas, jugosas y llenas de sabor. La experiencia se vio enriquecida por música de jazz en vivo que aportó un toque muy especial a la velada. Para finalizar, el turrón de pistachos con avellanas, tipo helado, fue espectacular tanto en sabor como en presentación, destacando especialmente el detalle de ser cortado en mesa. Pedimos también una fruta variada, una opción fresca y bien presentada. El servicio fue profesional, atento y muy bien coordinado en todo momento. Sin duda, un restaurante altamente recomendable, ideal para quienes buscan una experiencia gastronómica cuidada, elegante e inolvidable.

Лимонад приторно сладковат был. Мне видится, что лучше предупреждать, что данный напиток может быть таковым. У столов на 2-их широкая ножка, ногам не шибко удобно. Особенно девушке. Интерьер, особенно подсветка, милые подушечки на диванах создают прекрасную атмосферу :) Спасибо!

Gorgeous interiors and design of the restaurant! I was at the soft opening and Frou Frou took my breath away - bakery, champagne bar, cheese room, two large indoor and outdoor terraces. Just wow! Tried their signature cocktail experience - perfume first, choice of cocktail second. Can’t wait for more Friday and Saturday outs in Frou Frou!

He de puntuar simplememte por el ambiente ya que no me quedé a comer. Entré al restaurante y se nota que tiene un ambiente muy cuidado, elegante y orientado al lujo. No llegué a comer porque, personalmente, no conecté con la energía del lugar —me resultó más sofisticado de lo que busco— pero creo que a quienes disfruten de un entorno selecto, con un toque de exclusividad y mucha atención a la estética, seguramente les encaje muy bien. Mi valoración es solo del ambiente que percibí al entrar.

El sitio es precioso, algo diferente, los baños tienen una decoración única. La comida estaba deliciosa, tienes variedades diferentes de cada pais del mediterráneo, y el trato es genial. Volvería sin duda!!

Друзья пригласили в ресторан Орлова, нам было интересно попробовать этот концепт. Друзья только говорили на русском и испанском, да и нам на испанском общаться в Испании проще чем на английском. Началось все с того, что в ресторане не было меню на испанском, затем нам сменили 3 официантов, так как никто не говорил на испанском, в результате к нам пришел управляющий Хосе, он по сути вырулил весь вечер. Конечно, ребятам надо работать над сервисом, мы смеялись, чтобы не плакать. Такое количество людей, а с обычными запросами не могут справиться. Хосе нам пообещал устрицы, затем пришла полька, которая вначале не совсем поняла, что мы просили устрицы, затем сказала, что устрицы есть, но только для блогеров. На что мы ответили, «отлично мы блогеры, несите устрицы!». Девушка ушла, со словами, вам не хватит устриц, они все у блогеров, пришлось настоять на том, чтобы нам вернули Хосе, и с ними пришли наши устрицы. Тарелки не менялись, нам уже пришлось менять самим тарелки, тащить новые с соседнего стола. Когда мы закончили с аперитивом и первыми блюдами, мы минут 40 ждали когда кто-то придет нам заменить тарелки и приборы и уже принести вторые блюды. В этот перерыв пришел самый главный товарищ по сервису, который спросил: «как ваши дела?» на это мы ответили « замечательно, уже 40 минут ждем когда нам заменят тарелки и принесут второе», на что ответ был феерический «рад за вас» и товарищ испарился. Уже в принципе не ожидая, что в этом месте кто-то сможет датьтхоть какой то сервис, мы опять пошли звать Хосе и просить, чтобы нам сменили тарелки и принесли второе. Как их нам меняли это отдельный рассказ, вместо того, чтобы подойти к каждому и заменить приборы, попросили сидящего рядом со мной передать приборы соседке. Вообщем народу много, но все очень не скоординировано, ребята только начинают, надеюсь этот отзыв поможет им улучшить. Не стал сильно снижать по звездам, но если бы не Хосе, поставил бы 1 звезду для такого места с таким местоположением и позиционированием.

⸻ Посетили ресторан с друзьями и детьми (в компании было 5 детей). В это время действовало бранч-меню, которое, к сожалению, не совсем соответствовало детским вкусам. Мы уже собирались уходить, однако администратор пошла нам навстречу и в виде исключения разрешила выбрать для детей блюда из меню à la carte. Это было очень профессионально и клиентоориентированно. Более того, в дальнейшем нам также пошли на уступки и дали возможность сделать дополнительный заказ по à la carte, за что отдельная благодарность персоналу. Интерьер ресторана очень красивый, приятная атмосфера. Обслуживание в целом хорошее, но пока не доведено до идеала — есть некоторые моменты, над которыми стоит поработать. В целом остались положительные впечатления, особенно благодаря внимательному и гибкому подходу администрации. Обязательно вернёмся снова.

Интерьер на высоте, обслуживание немного не дотягивает до уровня цен, уровень цен немного выше чем я бы оценил вкус блюд. Мне не зашло заведение. Хотел поставить 3, но возможно моё мнение предвзято, кто-то из нашей компании был в восторге от пасты с трюфелем, кто-то сказал, что больше не вернется. Мне показалось не уютно и как-будто без души Я пожалуй тоже предпочту другие заведения этому

We visited this restaurant twice in just one week. The first time we absolutely loved it — the food, the atmosphere, everything was great. The only thing that surprised us was how pricey it was, but we didn’t really pay much attention to that and just enjoyed the evening. The second time, I looked at everything a bit more objectively, and unfortunately I noticed something that left a bit of a sour taste. It feels like the restaurant’s whole concept is built around getting the absolute maximum out of every guest. I understand the business side of it, but in the long run this approach comes across as quite disloyal to the customers. A little more care and generosity toward guests would make the place feel much warmer and more welcoming.

Disappointed, €300 for very poor quality & flavour. There are better gins thsn Beefeaters for cocktails, especially at the price point. Food was tepid rather than piping hot, green salad was a head of lettuce, with dressing full stop. No passion! Happy to pay for quality but this was a total rip off!

Воскресный бранч. Фиксированная цена с меню и вином без ограничений. В итоге вас уведомят, что даже из этих шести блюд чего то нет, заявленная половина курицы окажется четвертью, если спросите официанта, где вторая четверть, он не знает. Вино без ограничений, но официант не любезно подливает вино, когда бокал пуст, а старается избегать вас, чтобы этого не делать. В итоге за 65 € вы получите воскресное разочарование под оглушающую музыку не дающую никакой возможности общения. Стоит признать, что сама четверть курицы была вкусной и красные креветки тоже.

После увиденной рекламы в инстаграме, ожидали если честно большего. Сервис: Первое что нам не понравилось, это то за какой стол нас посадили (2х человек), а именно за стол с очень широкой ножкой из-за которой невозможно куда-то деть свои ноги (эти столики расположены вдоль витрины ресторана, на террасе). Второе - это то в какой момент нам вынесли вино. Официантка нас предупредила что из-за технических проблем вынесут вино нам попозже, хорошо, но вынесли зачем-то уже после первого блюда. На мой взгляд, лучше было бы задержать немного еду и вынести ее уже после вина или во время. Еда: Здесь тоже есть пару вопросов. Возможно из-за того что ресторан открылся совсем недавно выбор был очень маленький, и на тот момент когда мы пришли из двух основных блюд (утка и ребрышки) было доступно только одно - ребрышки. Они были действительно вкусные, но и утку хотелось бы попробовать. Также мы заказали салат из помидоров, помидоры восхитительные, в Испанских ресторанах таких сочных и не встретишь. Расстроил салат из цветной капусты, хотелось бы более яркого вкуса, а на деле просто авокадная каша с вкраплениями цветной капусты. Официантка которая нас обслуживала была доброй и позитивной, поэтому вопросов к ее работе нет.

Honestly I would have rather eaten my dogs dinner. Food was cold, drinks were wrong & the staff were rude. If you have a gluten intolerance - they don’t care. Eat at home instead 😊!

Food was cold and some of our party were left without mains for 15 minutes, drinks took 45 mins to arrive and we were overcharged on the the bill. Staff were then incredibly rude and argumentative when we tried to raise this. Wouldn’t recommend, it’s all aesthetics and nothing else.

The food was terrible. I had the green salad to start which was just a huge bowl of lettuce, after some digging you may find one or two bits of asparagus. The lamb pasta mains had three bits of meat, the saltiest gravy I’ve ever had (packet vibes) and some greens on top. It had the same flavour and colour profile as something served on a plane. My wife had the paella which was just fishy rice - nothing to note inside it. She ate nothing and the waitress didn’t ask if it was ok when collecting the plate. It’s a huge 300 seater restaurant so don’t expect the food to get better as it gets busier.

The decor is stunning the staff were welcoming and we had super high expectations on arrival. To note a nightlight were the Kelly Wearstler inspired decor in the bathrooms. However an hour in without a drink and I was very deflated… It was a Thursday evening 7:30 pm out of season so I didn’t expect it to be bustling, and in fact only a few table were occupied. The staff were super sweet and we got to reading the beautiful menus with excitement. 45 minutes later my friends cocktail arrives, and I’m told the bartender is struggling to make mine,15 minutes later I ask about it and I’m told it will be complimentary, 15 minutes later and I finally get it. It’s nice. It’s now 8:15 and we’re feeling a bit deflated.. We’d ordered food and snacked on bread in the meantime. My friend ordered the pasta, I ordered the duck ( €32 - just noting that this is a premium price point ) and my other friend wasn’t keen on the options on the menu so ordered fries to share and croquettes. We are finally served the food around 8:45 and my friends croquettes haven’t arrived. So my other friend and I sit and politely wait for her food to arrive. After 10 minutes we’re told that in fact they had an issue struggling to make the croquettes, something that surely could’ve been discovered earlier. They asked if my friend would like to order something else, but at that point, the timing and pacing of the meal were completely off. Would we wait another hour? We suggested the food be sent back so everything could be prepared fresh and come out together — we came to dine together, not to eat awkwardly in shifts or be served reheated plates. Instead, they offered to reheat our meals, which we declined. Eventually, my friend declined a new main and stuck with fries (declined to share ours), not wanting to make a fuss. They offered her a drink and brought out a beef carpaccio — a kind gesture, but unfortunately she doesn’t eat beef carpaccio. As for the food: my duck was lukewarm, very dry, and underwhelming — not what I’d expect for a dish at this price. It came with an oversized, watery tomato that reminded me more of a greasy spoon breakfast than a refined plate. I ate half, hoping it would improve, but it didn’t. Up until this point, the staff had been courteous, even acknowledging that they were new and going through teething problems — understandable and appreciated. However, when I tried to politely give feedback about the duck, I was met with what felt like an accusatory response: “Well, did you tell anyone?” It was a surprisingly defensive tone — I hadn’t complained earlier because I was hungry and tried to eat what I could. I was just offering honest feedback. The tone of that exchange left me a bit taken aback. When the bill arrived, a service charge had been added. While my friends paid theirs without fuss to avoid awkwardness, I politely said I would only be paying for what I ordered, and not the service charge, as I felt it wasn’t warranted. The server told me that wasn’t allowed and that she’d have to get the manager if I didn’t pay it. This should be optional!! We were only a table of 3 also! The amount in question was tiny, but it was the principle that mattered. After such a poor experience, being pressured to pay a tip crossed the line. I reluctantly paid it just to end the night, but I left feeling shocked, disappointed, and disrespected. I would like to return to this venue ONLY when the service and food is only as good as the decor…the price point is for sure…!
