This is a beloved and favorite coffee shop for our little family. We stopped in yesterday for cake and something sort of new breakfast sandwiches and burritos. Seating is now comfy sofas and the drip coffee is self serve. Which sets the tone for this place sit awhile and drink your coffee. im not entirely sure they still roast their own coffee but at one point they did and the smell was glorious! The memories here for our family are rich and beautiful and we love you pony espresso and we will see you next time

We were running behind and were going to stop at the nearest Starbucks. Decided to support local and we are SOOO gland we did. Delicious homemade frittata. Excellent Dirty Chai (because we all know this Varys by place) and the service was quick AND wonderful.

Nice lil coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere and friendly service. Got a house blend of their beans which made for some really nice espresso at home.

Kezzia is an amazing barista. Very kind. The coffee is great. I recommend mocha and Mexican mocha. Wi-Fi available. Plenty of seating and beautiful coffee ambiance. Love it !

I wish I'd have a coffee bar like this one at home. The fresh breakfast snacks are a great added touch coffee was on point. I'm glad I purchased a bag to bring home with me!

Coffee open at 630 in the morning with a great atmosphere, custom drink options and wonderful baked goods to go with your coffee for the day. Recommend any coffee or espresso drink as it is their own brand

a wonderful spot on our way into the National Parks. the girl working (I wish I remembered her name) was so sweet, talking to the students who were in starting school that day. quick + easy breakfast sandwich + the coffee was delicious.

Stopped in here for coffee after a few days hiking in Yosemite, great coffee and service. The coffee was so good I went back and got a 1/2lb fresh ground to enjoy on our Californian road trip. It was just as delicious in my aeropress. Thank you for the friendly service and we will be back when we return to your beautiful part of the world.

They were out of coffee when we got there because they were about to close. But we had a nice cup of tea and a very good (not too sweet) mocha. The decoration is very cute and welcoming and the staff was super nice.

Pony Express is a perfect stop from Yosemite for a coffee break. The staff is very attentive to your order and so sweet. The seating is cozy inside and they even have outside patio for dogs. Most importantly, their cold brew and latte were on point! Highly recommend.

Pony Expresso and Coffee Roaster is located on Hwy 49 near the Hwy 140 intersection at the north end of the town of Mariposa. This is a neat little coffee shop open from 6am to 6pm (Mon-Fri) and 7am to 3pm (Sat-Sun). There is a fair sized carpark just beside the coffee shop. We visited recently and enjoyed two well made double espressos at Pony Express. They offer an expected range of coffee drinks and have containers of ready brewed coffee for those on the go. A handful of bakery food items were on offer at the counter as well. In addition to the good espressos we liked the eclectic decor and seating of Pony Expresso. There was good music being played during our visit as well. You'll also find a small outdoor seating area, probably nice for evenings when weather is good. Overall, a good vibe and relaxing place to enjoy coffee drinks is what we found at Pony Expresso during our visit. Would gladly return if we passed through Mariposa again.
