The El Fogón rotisserie is, in my opinion, the most stable in terms of price—not too expensive, not too cheap. Although their product is of very good quality, it tends to be stale. Their packaging isn't very appealing, and delivery takes too long. Their strength is, and always will be, that they have branches throughout Martínez, which sometimes makes it faster to go in person to buy their food. Another important detail is the customer service; aside from the delivery drivers' delays, the service in general is good. But they have no other choice; if they want to sell, they have to do things right, since that's what we pay for. In short, if you want something reasonably good that's enough for everyone, buy here at any of their branches.

The chicken is delicious, but they should offer the option of serving the marinade broth or chili sauce, or the extra flavoring they add to the chicken, on the side. I've asked for it separately or for them to sell me the plastic bag they serve it in, and they've told me it's not possible, that they're not allowed to do it that way, that they have to count the bags. This is true at this and other chicken restaurants. Not all family members like the same extra flavoring, and that's why they should offer the option of getting it separately. Aside from that, they provide good service, the staff is usually friendly, and the rotisserie chicken is generally delicious.

Terrible service. On the 31st, I bought a stuffed chicken and the service was terrible. They don't wear face masks and the chicken still had too many feathers.
The chicken I bought was in bad condition, maybe it was because of the intense heat, but I did have a bad experience.
The service was terrible, the chicken was bland, and I returned an order of ribs because they were awful. I won't be ordering from them again.
I didn't like it at all, it's ugly and I also didn't like the owner.
The food looks good, but the staff is terrible. They don't know if they accept credit cards, they can't answer a simple question about billing, and the service from what appears to be the manager is the worst in Martínez de la Torre. There's no way I'll ever go there again.
