Not all Jimmy John's are created equal. I've had other Jimmy John's and they took forever to deliver and the sandwich was prepared very poorly. This one, however, delivers on time every time! On top of that...The sandwiches are always prepared perfectly! I notice all the bad reviews, but it seems like it's mainly because of their delivery range. I totally understand that they limit their delivery radius so that they can keep to their "freaky fast delivery"...I get that. Hopefully you're within their deliver area.
FAST!!! I ordered delivery to address by Pacific Pride gas station on Cedar. From time of my internet order to sandwich in hand, 10 minutes! Apparently they don't deliver far according to the other reviews, but for me, my experience with quick sandwich making and delivery was great!
Inside is well maintained and clean. Food is always fresh and the jimmy john workers are very polite and truly dedicated to making delicious subs.
I love that I am addicted to a fresh, fast sandwich joint that is consistent, friendly, and personable. I aleays feel like I belong when I go there, even though I am just an occaisional customer. The food is terrific, the place is neat and clean, and I really like them.
I know we've all had plenty of sandwiches in our lives but Jimmy John's is definitely a cut above the rest- everything is super fresh and the bread is super soft, and very flavorful! 10/10 would recommend!
I get the veggie sub and add onions and mustard. I enjoy it thoroughly. The bread is great. I often buy their day old bread (50¢ each) to take home. The veggies were fresh. I have never been disappointed with the service here. I have never had to wait more then 2 or 3 minutes for my food. I have and do suggest this place to others.
They are always so fast delivering to my work. Today it was taking awhile and I started to wonder what was going on. A couple minutes later an employee called me to tell me they realize its taking a bit but mine was the next to go out once a driver got back from a delivery. I am super easy going when I am updated so I was very impressed by this tiny little customer service action.
I had the ham and bacon. I think it's called the porker. It was good. More meat and other stuff than subway. That's very important. If I am going to pay someone to make a sandwich for me. I want it to be better than one I would make myself. Otherwise I might as well make it myself. They did good.

When I called they were so kind, apologized, got my sandwich to me right away and even put a sweet note on my sandwich and gave me a free cookie! Amazing! 😻

This is the best, friendliest, and cleanest Jimmy John's I've ever been to. They make everything to perfection, exactly how you order it. They are so nice, so friendly, and so professional. The quality of the sandwiches is so good, and they are large, filled size sandwiches. Everything was perfect.

Have usually had a good experience and they are super fast. I am .02 miles outside the delivery area of this JJ and it is a little sucky because it only takes me 4 min to get there, I have timed it. I also have had an employee dump a large soda all over me there, that was not fun. I don't expect anything but a laughing sorry didn't exactly please me either. Otherwise they are fast, freaky fast haha.
Great food and good service. But, I wish they delivered a little further out, and I can't leave a tip when I checkout online, even though there is a place it says to leave a tip, but when I click on it, it just brings me back to edit my credit card info. It's frustrating because I have to try and scrounge up cash before I go pick the food up, they definitely deserve tips. I wish whoever does their site would fix it. I have told the employees about it multiple times, but I don't know if there is someone they can tell to have it fixed.
I was greeted as I walked in the door, and didn't have to wait for the pretty gal behind the counter to take my order. The food was adequate. The 🍞 was plain, with very little flavor in the sandwich. I did a to go order and picked up myself. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was very nice, the music was even good. Food was pretty good better than Subway..
Always good subs from here. Clean, fast, what more could you ask. My go to place when I need something that isn't a burger quick.

Ordered the 30 pc catering box for $69.99. That seems a bit over priced knowing they were only 10 8 in subs cut into thirds. Overall my guess enjoyed them, but for the price I can't say it's worth it. They charge an additional $1 for cheese and extra condiments so always ask before purchasing. In all I paid $80 for the 30 pc catering box. Three starts for having great costumer service.
We like Jimmy John's alot. We stopped in here and it was ok. The making of our sandwich was not 'freaky fast' and the young folks that worked there chatted alot between themselves as they worked...they actually didnt seem to be able to chat and work at the same time...lol. The young man that greeted us wasn't crazy friendly but he greeted us. We chalked it up to young people running the shop...snd good for them for working. The place was clean and the sandwiches were made as ordered...overall, ok experience.
I wasn't too impressed. Very pricey, especially for what you get. It was my first time at any Jimmy Johns and I guess I expected something with more options. The girl at the register that was taking our orders was very monotoned and not helpful to say the least. Once I decided on a sub that was closest to the one I would normally get elsewhere and sat down to eat, it was surprisingly good. although, I don't think I would go back, $22 for 2 reg. subs (comes with no drinks or sides) and without having an option to pick what I want on my sub isn't worth it to me.

The girls working here are super catty. Every time I've gone here they are rude to eachother and talking behind other employees backs in front of the customers. It makes me feel awkward within 2 minutes of walking in this place. I think the blonde with glasses is the manager and she's the worst of them, she's rude and short tempered especially to the new kids(not to the customers). I just want to shake her and remind her that "YOUR JUST MAKING SANDWICHES"! and new kids, that's a toxic environment, start looking for work anywhere else. At this stage in your career a good mentor is more valuable than money.
Today is the second time I've ordered from Jimmy John's with less than stellar results. None of the additions I paid for were on the sandwhich either times and the sandwiches are not worth the price that was paid. The only plus is that the workers and delivery people are extremly client-oriented.
I only gave two stars because they were really nice and helpful when I called. But I ordered my food a got a couple black hairs in my sandwich. My boyfriend says his meat smelt like it was old and didn’t want to eat his either. So here we are -$47 and ordering another meal from somewhere else. I would say they need to keep a closer eye on sanitation and keeping their vegetables and meat more fresh. I’ve never had this problem at a jimmy johns before.
My husband and I just ordered Jimmyjohns in Marysville and my husband ordered a pickle with it and when he took a bite it had a worm inside....we took it to them and kindly just asked for a refund on our food, that was all we wanted and we were refused any help. My husband brought the pickle in the store to show them, he was discrete and just wanted a refund for our food considering we clearly had no appetite to finish everything we ordered. We can understand that things happen in nature and they didn't let this go bad even but I'm blasting this because of how we were treated over it and refused any compensation. When I tried to call for some names and information I was hung up on multiple times. So DON'T EAT JIMMY JOHNS and especially don't give business to the Marysville location thanks to their awesome employees.
A JJ delivery car drove by my house and got me a hankering for some delivered dinner. I called only to he treated extremely poorly by an extremely rude "manager" named Jasmine who rudely told me i live .2 miles too far, even though if I hit both lights I'm around 3 minutes away...and their commercials say 5 minutes. When I explained I got the idea because their delivery car drove by, she rudely explained they can decide where they want to go, and right now she just didn't want to because they are busy. Wow...unreal poor customer service. I routinely have $100 plus lunch orders for work from them, and LOVE their food. I will now switch all my business to the many other choices I have, and its all due to Jasmine. I haven't been treated that poorly in a long time...so poor I took the time to come here and write a review. She clearly does not care about the company she works for, only whats easiest for her. In a retail environment your only as good as who you hire to represent you.
Super slow-waited 15-20 minutes for one sandwich. The guy that took my order was friendly, but otherwise the service was not good. Very tense vibe. Would never go back to this location and judging from a lot of reviews, I’m not the only one
First time ordering from Jimmy John's EVER. Worst $10 ever spent, the order arrived very quickly, which was the only positive part of the experience. Delivery person almost forgot my drink, then when I opened my sandwich, it had both ingredients I asked to be removed on it, and had a couple extra that I didn't order. Way to drop the ball JJ's, not the best reputation starting for you in this part of Marysville.
Food was mediocre. Hubby said his tuna tasted stale and he didnt eat it and wanted to vomit after a few bites. And isnt JJ known for fast service?? Took me 5 mins to get my food. And there was just this one person who ordered 2 sandwiches before me and they messed up her order. They didn't fix her order and she wasnt happy when she left.
If I could give them no stars I would. Horrible customer service! We called and asked if they delivered to the area (2.8 miles away) and they said they would make an exception. Great right ? Nah. We say we will call them back because we don't know what to order yet, and when we do they deny our order and hang up on us -- after they already gave us an okay. On top of that, they were rude on the phone, put us on hold many times mid sentence, and we are just very annoyed.
After asking twice about my order it was still wrong and then when I called to tell them my order was wrong. I got one of the stupidest managers I ever talked to. I can't believe how stupid people can be and I'm not joking when I say this location must hire the dumbest people they can find. Just be careful and make sure that u know that u know, the brainless girl taking your order gets what u are asking for. Then after I called to tell them the order was wrong they cared more about getting that sub back then getting my order right. And they didn't even try to make thinks right. I just can't believe this, so be careful when ordering your next meal or send your kids to private school lol.
I ordered an unwitch and they gave me the most disgusting lettuce. It's literally completely brown all the way through. No way they didn't see it. They said unless I came back same day, which I was unable to make it back in, that they only give half credits. No other company has a policy like that. For 2 sandwiches and a pickle it was $30.38.
Do you know how annoying it is to take the time to order online only to have it made wrong. I don't have the time on my lunch to have you remake it and yet you wouldn't anyways. This store sucks. Go to Jersey Mike's
I give this location a chance every 6 months or so and after literally every order I've ever gotten has been either low quality or made incorrectly, I just won't ever come here again. Just threw away a 20 dollar sandwich because it had tomatoes all over it, and it was ordered no tomatoes for someone with an allergy. 0n top of that, the lettuce on both sandwiches was going bad. Lots of brown lettuce. And the tomatoes and cucumbers were soggy and mushy. What a waste of 30 some dollars. Not even gonna bother trying to get a refund cuz this place is notorious for refusing to refund unsatisfied customers and I sure as hell don't want store credit. Ew. No thanks. Not fresh. Not fast. Not good.
Our company Real Property Management North Puget Sound often orders from Marysville's local restaurants for lunch supporting our community. Our order today was made not with fresh lettuce the quality was very poor (yellow & brown colored) With our return of the order the manager was called to help us "Dio" was very disturb by our complaint. Manager check every order we brought back as if we were being picky and then tossed the order in the garbage. The manager was very rude with no comments or apologizes for the quality issue we experienced, just frustrated with the idea they had to remake our order.
I would not give this place a one star if I could. I would give them a negative 5. I was told by the manage they had no bread except for slice bread. After I had already ordered and received my food. They call one slice of bread 4 inches. They are a joke. They are far from freakishly fast. I spent almost 15 minutes in there and there was no one in front of me at the time. I think they need to change their logo to freakishly slow. What kind of sub shop runs out of bread.
I have visited two different locations and if they are any indication this chain seems to think it is okay to be rude as long as you are fast. There is only one cheese option and although the meats are tasty the bread lacks any flavor. Three strikes.....you're out! I'll take the Subway.

Food is great but service is really slow. I honestly wouldn't have left a poor review of it had been even a little faster. I ordered it toasted and I was the only order, it was at a minimum 10 minutes before the girl had my sandwich ready to even go in the toaster, I was falling asleep in the lobby waiting as the employees chatted, danced and -slowly- made my sandwich good grief, not much more to say other than I probably will not actually go back here.
terrible customer service. the girl at the register was CHEWING on her fingers while taking our order, barely talked to us, and when all was said and done she just walked away from the register without saying a word. i added bacon to my sandwich (for $3.50 mind you) and since we got our sandwiches to go i didn’t see my sandwich didn’t have bacon until we got to where we were going so i had to turn around and go back because almost $4 for two measly pieces of bacon is ridiculous and then to not receive it is even more ridiculous. when i went back i just wanted to return my sandwich since i didn’t eat any of it and the customer service sucked but a new girl, who was actually very nice, informed me that they are not allowed to give refunds and can only remake the item. that’s atrocious. if you won’t refund people, you better make sure that all the points are hit every time. won’t be back

As someone who works down the road, it shouldn't take 30+ mins for a delivery that says it is 4 mins away. The first time the gentleman was very polite, he apologized, and said to eat or toss the mistake sub and a new one would be on the way. The second time the worker put on the wrong bread and forgot veggies that were added on, when I mentioned I see them on my end (online order is always the best) she said, oh they tere are when I expand the screen. The third time, today (my bday of all days) was told they would replace my order OR give my 1/3 of what I paid for it. I said I'll gladly take tge replacement. IT TOOK 1 HR TO GET 4 MINS AWAY AND FOR A LETTUCE WRAP IT SURE LOOKS LIEK A SALAD. Unfortunately I'll be taking down the JJ menu from the school and replace it woth Jersey Mike's.

Said I'd bring it back tomorrow since I live quite a distance away ans was told, well no, unfortunately we do not accept refunds except same day. Never again Marysville...and I will share this experience. I was told to pass your store by due to others experience, but I thought I'd give you a chance. You blew it. 34.00 for 2 Sammy's, a pickle and pasta salad. I don't m8nd paying for decent food, or if there's a problem, decent customer service. But your store failed epically on both accounts.
I am not sure I can stomach Jimmy John's ever again after I found 5 hairs in my unwhich this summer. We had a large order. 1 hair is an accident, 2 maybe but 5 in one wrap was horrific.
I ordered my food at 4:59 pm, I’ve yet to receive it. It’s now 6pm when I called them they had no explanation and no resolution to the issue. I feel like freaky fast is a lot slower than I remembered. They sent a second order still haven’t gotten that 620. I live less than 2 blocks away.I’ve gotten my food. I’m disappointed in the customer service didn’t offer any resolution or anything. When I got my food she said “sorry if you’re mad?” Then a “sorry <3” on the receipt. Just childish nonsense. Have some responsibility for your actions. 1 hour and 25 mins to get my food when your whole thing is fast?
