I ordered to the wrong Taco Bell and everyone was so kind to help me get everything straightened out. I didn’t catch his name but he said that he had been working there for 9 years; he was so kind and helpful, and really brightened up my cruddy day. Officially my new favorite Taco Bell and I hope they all get the love and appreciation they deserve.
The Good Old Taco Bell drive-thru is always quick no mistakes and quick service
Insane fast, burritos made right meaning sides folded in correctly (didn’t burst open with lava cheese) and prepared right, meaning I didn’t bite into it and get only rice then only beans then only cheese. Insane fast, so fast I took the effort to pull up the location and write this review, I ordered, 2 cars were in front on me, it’s seemed like the two cars in front of me just pulled up and grabbed their food, and that’s what really happened since when I pulled up, dude had my bag of food ready before I even scanned my card, tapped the card and off. We need this at every Taco Bell good work!

I like the new menu items, but this location now has kiosk order only unless you have coupons or need assistance. They keep it reasonably clean & have recently remodeled the interior, which looks nice.
It was a Taco Bell. It was successful in tasting like Taco Bell. Got what I came for, no one was mean, it didn't have stains or visible grime that I noticed. Well lit and probably low crime rate so you can sit in peace.

This was a poor experience. Nobody greeted me when I walked in. Nobody bid me a good day or even a thank you for coming in when I left. This has such an impersonal atmosphere. The only thing anybody said to me was that now you are required to place your orders at a computer kiosk. You can only interact with a person if you are picking up and need to ask a question. There is no real customer service to speak of at all anymore. The attempt at Christmas decorations on the interior is a nice thought but the way they went about doing it makes the interior feel cramped and crowded. Nothing about the interior feels comforting or inviting and certainly not the employees either. If you're looking for just quick Fast Taco Bell food stick to the drive-thru. You won't get much from the interior when dining in here. Interior dining area is used for storage of overstocked items. This is not more than a drive-through stand now.
Soda machine was not working- no sign posted- the crew was loudly talking back and forth talk - very uncomfortable and unwelcoming to eat in the dining room with how loud the talking was, Floor was ultra slippery. The food was sloppily put together, we were the only ones in the dining room & drive thru wasn’t busy- I know this is fast food, but dang, it was like they hate working here. The restroom should not even be operating, massive amounts of water all over the floor & the smell was horrible, very strange sulfur smell.
Service is awful. Every time I order something that needs utensils, they never include any. I had to ask three separate times just to get sauce today. I really don’t like coming to this location, but I didn’t have another option. The staff is slow and seems like they just don’t care.
just came through drive thru 20 min ago, it was obvious they were trying hard to be fast and I appreciate that but not when I get a broken taco. When i looked in the bag I saw the tacos as they weren't wrapped properly. If i wanted a taco salad i would have ordered that. Only go through drive through the lobby orders get ignored. (UPDATING TO 1 STAR REVIEW) I live just down the street and come to this Taco Bell pretty often, so this is coming from someone who actually goes here a lot. The wait times inside are honestly ridiculous. Dine-in and takeout orders regularly take 20+ minutes, and there never seems to be any urgency from the staff. It feels like they only focus on the drive-thru while everyone inside just gets ignored. What really bothered me though was seeing a delivery driver who had clearly been waiting a long time finally give up and leave. As he walked out, two employees looked at him and started laughing about it. That didn’t sit right with me at all. People waiting in there are customers too, and some of them are just trying to do their job. I normally don’t leave reviews, but the long wait times and that kind of attitude toward people was pretty disappointing.

Went to taco bell with kids on our way home from school. Ordered at the drive-through 6 chalupas supreme 3 large nacho fries. and they asked if I want to add sour cream. I assumed its part of the chalupa, so I said, yes, the sour cream. They asked if I wanted double meat. I said yes. She azked round up? I said no. When i got home, the kids and i noticed that all of the fries had a cheese sauce cup inside the fries container, so barely any fries, especially in two of the fries. They were large fries bit didnt even have enough fries to be considered small. I've never experienced a ripoff like this. Paid over 65 dollars. Of course, the sour cream was charged as an extra. I usually dont call takeout places, but when i tried to call them several times within a half hour, the line was always busy. Not risking going there again.
I love Taco Bell so understand that, when I say that this is consistently the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, I'm not exaggerating. The employees here seem to care about one thing only - and that's getting you to add upgrades to your items. When you go through the drive-thru, they will ask you on every single item you order if you "want to add sour cream?" or "want to add jalapeños?" or want to add literally anything at all? It's extremely annoying to begin with, but the real issue is that they can't even get your order right when you *don't* add anything. I can't imagine how it would turn out if I did add something. Tonight, for example, I ordered a bean burrito with no onions (there were onions) and beefy nachos with no guacamole (there was guacamole). My husband ordered the new chicken burrito and was told that they were out of the specific type of chicken that comes on it (because they are closing for a remodel starting tomorrow) and was asked if regular chicken would be okay. He agreed...but the employee (Josephyne, according to our receipt) entirely forgot to add the burrito to our order. We didn't get charged for it, but that was half of my husband's dinner and he didn't get it. And, to be clear, it wasn't abnormally busy. The employees just DON'T CARE. This is just the most recent example. Something gets messed up nearly every single time we go. To the point where we won't be coming back. I used to live in Lynnwood and rarely had any issues with the Taco Bell there, so I know it's not a general TB issue, it's this location specifically. Marysville, train your employees better. No one's going to pay more money to upgrade their items if the employees can't even do the basics, so STOP ASKING ME to!
It’s unbelievable that a restaurant can smell this bad inside, how is it actually possible? Everything is on the kiosk but it’s really hard to communicate with the people working here anyway. The prices are so bad now. Horrible fast food experience, as bad as it gets
While placing my order I had inquired about the double decker taco being off the menu and I was told but the employee that if I requested in the Drive-Thru instead of online that they can still make it no additional charge! since then I have ordered double decker tacos (that are no longer on the menu) several times from that location with no issue until today I go through the drive-thru the lady that took my order was quite rude and I informed her that I had gotten the double dare to talk with several times as a special request with no other charge she refuses to do that offers me the double stack but Modified by removing crunchy strips and then charges me $2 more for the smallest amount of beans I've ever had on a double decker taco as well as leaving off two other ingredients that originally were supposed to be left on the double stack taco but remove them as well and the tacos that I got were by far the worst I've ever gotten from any tacos well I've ever!
I don't think they could be worse here if they tried, no service, no acknowledgement, food is sloppy and cold, store is newly remodeled dirty tables and floor, would give zero stars if possible.
Wow. This is so bad. Took a SOLID HOUR to get a Crunchwrap and it’s burnt to a crisp. Both of those are reasons for the review. If you’re gonna make me wait an hour just make it edible. If it’s gonna be horrible, it should be quicker. The gross food is too expensive for this bull.

Do not go here they screw up on the orders and wont do anything to make it right. They used to be good until my orders started missing items started coming with stale ingredients and on a few occasions moldy ingredients.
Good food, terrible service. They never give you any forks when you order something that needs it. I had to ask three times for sauce today. I hate coming to this location but today I had no choice. Very slow and they don’t care.
Don't bother ordering "extra" on anything. You'd think I would have learned my lesson by now. Time and time and time again they will charge you for the extra and never once will they give it. Not unless you are in the store staring down each and every one of their employees on the make line, and even then they're still going to "miss it." I wish I kept every single receipt I've had from them. They've easily stolen over $50 in "forgotten" extras — and I only go thrice a year if that. Order steak as a replacement, you get seasoned beef. Order chicken as a replacement, you get seasoned beef. Stick to the base menu if you're going to bother with this place — nobody understands what "extra" or "replacement" means. Better yet: go somewhere else.
Ordered Gordita with chicken instead of beef. Payed for chicken instead of beef. It was beef. Already back on the clock so I can’t go back to the store. Tried to call for an hour now and the line is disconnected or something, all I get it busy signal everytime. No spoon or fork for the side of beans. This is a continuous issue and I likely will not be back to this location. I’m tired of wasting my money for upgrades here and they never get done. I’ll be going to 116th Taco Bell from now on. Cleaner. Nicer. And the only time they got my order wrong (over a year ago) it was easy to get ahold of them instead of running circles. But seriously Taco Bell has their employees asking about upgrades to EVERY.SINGLE.ITEM. (I get that it’s corporate saying to do so don’t get me wrong) maybe make sure they get the upgrade kitchen staff. Your headset people are forced to ask, so LISTEN.
I went through the drive thru. When I got to the speaker, there was no acknowledgment. A few minutes had passed & the employee asked if I was using the mobile app, in which I replied, "Not today." Again, dead silence, no asking, "What can I get for you?" ... nothing! Finally, the guy asks, "we're you going to order something?" I apologized as I was under the impression he may have been busy with something else. He responds argumentatively, "No, I was waiting on you." I proceeded with my order... 1 cheese quesadilla add sour cream, 1 Burrito supreme, 1 soft taco. I was given my total & went to the window. The same employee took my payment and gave my card back... he then began yelling at the kitchen team to hurry up because there were 4 cars in line in the DT(mind you, it had been maybe 30 seconds). He throws my order in a bag & hands it out the window to me. I left, as I was driving home, I asked my daughter to hand me my soft taco... not there 😮💨 whatever, I'll let it go, mistakes happen. I then asked her for my quesadilla. She hands it to me... when I say it was cold, it was literally COLD! I opened it up...tortilla cold, not one shred of cheese was melted, the sour cream & jalapeño sauce were in 1 single spot... disgusting! Come on, DO BETTER! Yes, "times" are important, but you know what is more important...QUALITY! When you are yelling at your kitchen team to hurry up, you are allowing them to fall short of quality, unacceptable! Should anyone who works in management/corporate see this post(because there is no option for a survey on the receipt)I didn't get his name, but he had a very noticeable tattoo on his forearm: "Loyalty over love" I won't be back, not that it matters to them!
This place has consecutively short changed its customers with the food. They charge you extra if you want a chicken taco and yet they give you less than five pieces of chicken. Today I ordered a crunchy taco and as you can see it has very little cheese, lettuce, and meat. I have called and complained to the manager on previous times and then took a year break before going back there. I can see that nothing has changed and they continue to not even provide the Taco Bell standards of the amount of food per taco.
