I dont always write reviews but Syed was way to nice and quick doing his job. I dont know why he was working alone but he took care a long line of about 15 people with a smile. Taking the orders and making the drinks alone. Love my coffee by the way 👌. See you next time. Thanks again

My friends, staff and I have been to this place and that the staff ordered ice hot chocolate, and one my friends got bagel with cream cheese. The food and service were wonderful. The atmosphere was that there were people in there eating, drinking, waiting in line, and others.

I went to this place with the staff and the group. One of the people in the group purchased a coffee with sugar and two wake-up wraps. The wraps were so good that the people ate them. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was busy with people sitting, people lining up to order, and cashier taking order.

A regular Dunkin with all the donuts and sandwiches plus coffee you can get. Right outside the queens mall. Great location. Friendly staff, fast order. Got the power breakfast sandwhich with regular medium coffee. The sandwhich is good. I like it. Will get it again. Coffee I always get.

Very small Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin Robbins store. The store was packed but clean. Service was fast so the line kept moving. There were only 2 small tables so plan on takeout. There is parking in the small lot that is shared with a supermarket but only 1 handicap spot, IIRC. The store doors are manual and heavy and the aisle is a little close for a wheelchair. The Coolata I ordered was good and frosty. The sherbet I bought for dessert had only been frozen once and not refrozen after being left out.

They have potential. Could be a bit more organized with who's doing what orders. But overall 9 out of 10 times I'm satisfied with my visit.

Quick, friendly service. They always have everything (donut wise), pretty much full stock. Advice: after 8PM, I've been disappointed by some stale donuts and they don't seem to restock till after 4AM. The coffee is always perfect. I've had a few different hot breakfast sandwiches and they are always made very fast and are very tasty.

Like everyone here says, it's either a hit or miss. Service is quick the times I've been there, not sure about rush hour. And staff is alright, some are very nice some aren't. It's a "meh" would recommend most of the times although I haven't had to go there during rush hour or have had a terrible experience.

To me, wasn't there two weeks ago. Used to be a furniture store. It's ok, visited it because it's new and I wanted another cup of coffee. Needed a little more AC, but ok. I was in and out.

The service was fine it's just that 5 or so people were sleeping in this all night open Dunkin Donut shop. There was nowhere to sit even if I wanted to sit and sip.

The staff is great. The croissant was not fresh. The coffee was typically weak. DD used to have decent coffee.

They like 4 0r 5 gel dispensers on the wall but all of them are empty run from one to the other and were empty.

How come on some days the bagels are amazing, and on some days I don't even five it a second bite? Same person making them. Dunkin'...

The food was good but the service nope the lady working there had an attitude when I was given the wrong drink she then said she repeated it 2x when she never did. But the drink isn't even good I ordered the Strawberry coolatta but it didn't taste like it and was really really sweet. The food was good but the drink and service horrible

Nice place close to where I live. Coffee is not that good. I go there mostly for doughnuts. It's normally little busy. People are ok. They can do much better by just a greeting and a smile.

It has seating so that's good. Not open as late as other DD shops im used to. Suprising with its location. The stars are mainly because there is space to sit and since its a new location it is clean. However, staff don't know their product which could be hazardous to a persons health. I'm diabetic. When i went to order the new flavored teas i asked if it had sugar or are they unsweetened except for i guess whatever comes from the fruit itself. They told me no sugar. They neglected to mention the tea isn't just with fruit but they add fruit juice which has sugar. When i tasted it i said it's sweet are you sure there is no sugar. The associate said no it's sweet because of fruit no sugar. But i couldn't imagine that the fruit made it so sweet. I only took a sip. So went online found out it's not just tea and fruit but also fruit juice which contains enough sugar. Thankfully my diabetes isn't as severe as it may be for some. The few sips did make me feel ill and i threw it out after finding out it wasn't just fruit and tea. But another person could've had a more severe reaction. I do love dunkin donuts but honestly that's something i feel starbucks has on dunkin the staff are more knowledgeable about their product then dunkin employees. Plenty of times i have had issue with product at dunkin. At this point I'm transitioning into starbucks. They follow what you tell them to put in your product. I have had quite a few (too many) experiences with dunkin there very few locations i trust to make my coffee, tea or food. I am a muslim but i have been given wraps with bacon, i have paid for cold brew coffee which costs extra and have witnessed them putting regular iced coffee which is cheaper and watered down without even notifying me of the change, i have ordered macchiattos which is supposed to be extra espresso but they put milk in first and usually the espesso doesn't fit all the way which makes it more latte. So again been ripped off because i paid extra for the extra espresso. This rant those doesn't affect the rating i gave for the location. Like i said my rating is based on seating and my experience with my order. The rest is just the issues i present so customers are aware and are careful to pay attention and check thir orders before they leave any location.

Is horrible how this people in this restaurants don't care about customer service care,I when there to buy a coffee she trip the coffee with the cash register and the coffee was all over the place she didn't apppology for her mistake after I try to help her out to clean it up I told her make shure my coffee is decaffeinated because am caffeine free cause of health problems and she said yes I will make it for u after me waiting for 10 minutes for her to make it she end up giving regular coffee and not what I as for I end up real sick that day because of the caffeine in the regular coffee she messup my day I end up on the clinical side horrible they need to trains this people to be more careful about those things thanks

The employees are just rude really dont engage with customers nothing more nothing less your a customer no retention customer or repeat customer attitude seems could care less if you ever come back

Coffee tastes like water

Have come here a couple of times. They are not consistent with there food. You have to check your food because they burn it and don't bother the change it unless you actually tell them. When you tell them the food is burn they look displeased that you said it to them. They run out of mayonnaise at the front and tell you they don't have anymore left. It's not the first time and it won't be the last. This place is only good for the coffee and donuts. Avoid the food or make sure to check and get ready to wait longer until they redo your food.

Your average Dunkin' Donuts, awful customer service with employees who could care less about costumers. Impolite cashiers who would treat you like an undesired guest if you give the slightest hint of confusion on what they said, or to any inquiry about a product or promotion they have. On a side note, the door says they close at 11PM everyday, but they actually close around 9:30PM.

On a very hot day 92° and the store was extremely hot. I think hotter than outside. I think maybe the air conditioner must have been broken. I got my order quick.

The place is clean and sanitary but what ever I order there I always something missing in my drink. I ask my Latte with wip cream every time but they dident put it.

Cheap and affordable 24/7 Edit: However I stopped going there when the worker allowed a homeless individual to walk behind the registers, where the donuts are located, to collect bottles. It's one thing to have them outside in the seating area sleeping, that I have no problem. But to have them walk where only the workers are supposed to be....nope.

Unsafe due the customers around 2:55pm on 12/19/2022. Some older teenagers, caucasian, if I recall, repeatedly kicked and threw a wet floor sign. There was no security for other customers during this time. These dogs also repeatedly pounded the mobile surfaces in the area demanding the staff "hurry up" after having only waited about 90 seconds for the line to resolve. Then after all of this I am told the flavor shots I ordered via a mobile order are not available for my drink. Dunkin Headquarters is trying to manufacture chaos by taking orders for objects they do not have in stock in stores and not offering security for non-offending customers against such other customers.

Conveniently located near the Grand Ave subway station so you can pop in quickly to grab a coffee and donut before heading to work. I ordered an iced coffee from here and asked for cream and sugar. For some reason, they thought it would be a great idea to just put table sugar into the iced coffee instead of syrup. I've been to multiple dunkin donuts before but this is the first time I've ever received an iced coffee with table sugar added. The iced coffee ended up being not sweet at all because all the sugar ended up at the bottom of the drink. What's worse is that every sip I take I end up getting chunks of sugar that I have to end up chewing through. I'm sure the donuts and other items here are fine but I won't be ordering another iced coffee from here again.

Waited over 10 minutes to order. The man comes over and I tell him I want a pumpkin sugar cookie iced coffee. He continues to say “we dont have sugar cookie”. Fine, I pull out the app and show him the official drink on the menu. After asking like 2 other people if they have sugar cookie, he says OK and then I get my order. He rung it up as a normal iced coffee with pumpkin. I was already running late so I just left How do you not know your own menu?

Employees don’t have on proper uniform, they never wear hats. Poor hygiene.

Twice already I have seen the the staff try to cheat a customer including myself today a customer wanted to buy a a medium latte for $2 because the special says from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. you could get a medium latte for $2. The staff member told the customer set the special is only from Monday to Friday but the sign on the door did not specify and he days just 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and several other customers overheard and became annoyed because the staff member did not want to comply with the offer of the $2 medium latte the staff member ended up calling his manager and the manager approved the order and making it to $2. What happened to me is I usually get 2 Boston creams and a large coffee every location I have gone to the price was always $5.42 at this particular place it was over $6 actually $6.52 I believe and I asked if they raise the prices and the gentleman behind the counter say yes but yet several days later I get charged for the same thing $5.42 buy another staff member which I find very suspicious and still I go to other Dunkin donuts located in Woodside Queens and an ozone Park and still I pay $5.42 for my large coffee and 2 Boston cream donuts what's up with that!!!!!

There were 4 people in front of me I waited for my turn when I got to the counter I told the cashier please I need a bagel a medium hot coffee and please the bagel with less less Less cream cheese. Employee's are always rude and unprofessional, today my girlfriend order their signature lattes and It tastes too sour and old, we calmly ask to get a new one Instead they gave us Sugar. Then, it still taste too sour and complain about it but they dont wanna make a new one and the guy gets mad intead of apologizing about his nasty product. He told me he will put sugar again. I went here this afternoon to get the two dollar medium iced latte specials the old man with the glasses advised me eggnog flavor and cinnamon flavor I’m not a part of the special how can that be every other Dunkin’ Donuts offers it! Thought I would make couple of hours productive and also get some DD coffee. Brought my laptop along with me, got myself a coffee and sat down to crunch on some work. But guess what? NONE of the outlet works and I couldn't recharge my laptop. Not sure when they will fix it. For now, Don't come here if you want to have productive time. Period.

This dunkin has the slowest employees other than the guy with glass. Its not only today, its always slow so, if you are running late for your train or bus, never go there.

At 7 40 pm two customers and myself were ordered to leave by a dunking donuts employee who said it was time to clean the floor. The store closes at 11 pm not at 8 pm.

First time 2 weeks ago -I ordered through app for pickup at 10.46am...had to asked about my order at 11am to get my regular coffee. *So they take 15 mins*. They didn't look at online order until I asked Customer who walked in and order through the counter get drink and food before me. -this week , i gave it a chance again. Ordered(through app) just regular coffee at 9.19am...time passed 9.35am , no coffee. The place was not busy at the time, I'm asking for my coffee and tell the name. Then they JUST starts looking at online order receipt** said coming up and then make the coffee. **So basically this location they ignored online order until you asked them about your order, then they will make it** The owner or management needs to train the worker. Something needs to change. Bad service *I would give minus star if I could*

I always order coffee on the app on my way to work. And CONSTANTLY they never put sugar in my coffee. It's hit or miss every day whether or not they will actually make my very simple iced coffee the way I ask.. the same one I order every day. It's not that difficult but you can tell the staff there is extremely careless. I started ordering through the app because if you just go there in person to order they will just walk away and leave you at the counter and blatantly ignore you for 15 mins. Got tired of being late for work because of this so started using the app and now they never make my coffee right.

Oct. 3, 2018 @ 9:55am - To the staff who were working at the indicated date and time. I asked lady for a cup of hot water. She told me I had to pay. I asked for hot cups of water all the time at Starbucks and not a single time did they asked me to pay. It’s frickin’ hot water. You’re a franchise and you can’t even provide a cup of hot water. Not to mention my throat is very irritating me this morning. Horrible. I do not recommend this location. Update: And very poorly staffed

The lousiest dunkin donuts. They used to be so fast but now you have to wait 10 minutes to get your order during rush hours. And mind you, i ordered it through the app so its faster and easy. Its was just a hot tea and donut but you have to wait 10 minutes to get it. Given its rush hour, why don't you put more employees? Its been going since 3 months now. 1 cashier and 1 person who does the breakfast. You can't give it all to the cashier and have them multi task. Its ridiculous.

I just walked into this store and for the second time in a week the employees weren't able to make the drink I ordered from them, a simple "cafe au lait" , a beverage displayed on the board located on the wall. After I asked for the item, both of them gave me the answer saying they didn't know how to make that specific coffee , so they weren't trained to make all of the beverages described on the board. I didn't even get an apologize from them, and just they let me out feeling frustrated and upset I experienced due to the lack of basic customer service .

Went in to get some donuts the other day. They were charging me way more than the other locations. I ordered half a dozen donuts and they charged me the price for a dozen. The customer service was horrible as well. They didn't even finish taking completing my transaction and started taking the order of the person behind me. Avoid this location.

My paint would finish drying before I can get my sandwich and hash browns. Was waiting for 20 minutes and asked if my order was almost done and the cashier and kitchen staff talked to each other in their native language and started preparing our order. They legit forgot about us while we stood there waiting.

The slowest service out of all the dunkins I've been to. Staff would leave the register in the middle of your order and does not return until a whole 5 minutes later. You would need to repeat your order five times for them to get it right even though it's just a basic cup of coffee. At least three employees on the shift but somehow no one would at the register.

Was denied service because they didn't have change for the $10 bill, someone behind me ordered the same thing and paid with the same bill and service was granted to them. After asking the employee why they granted someone else the service and gave them change, she said I needed to buy more... mind you the lady behind me made an exact order as my previous order. After that I was completely ignored by both employees.

Ordered the $5 meal. In the advertisements, it says that the wrap comes with egg, bacon and cheese. All i got was some crumbled pieces of bacon with a slab of melted cheese in it. Not only that, but you also have to constantly get their attention to get your food order since they rarely announce it.

Took forever to serve, they didn’t even let me order with a person they made me order at the touch screen kiosk. And then, I got the 6 dollar meal deal and ended up paying 11.36 . This location is a masterclass in confusion. Walked in craving something simple, iced coffee maybe a donut, and left with a headache and a story I didn’t ask for. Staff had no idea what was in stock. I asked for a basic drink and got a shrug followed by a long disappearance act. No one at the counter. No bell. Just ambient silence and the faint hope someone might emerge from the back. Eventually someone did, looking surprised to find a customer in the store. No apology, no urgency, just vibes. And not the good kind. Then came the kicker. They didn’t know how to make a latte. Not a custom order, not a seasonal special, just a latte. At Dunkin. I watched a staff member Google it behind the counter like it was a chemistry experiment. The whole experience felt like I’d wandered into a break room, not a business. If you’re hoping for efficiency, clarity, or even the bare minimum of service, keep walking. Queens Blvd deserves better.

This is probably the slowest Dunkin in the world. I've taken to ordering through the app several minutes before I arrive there because I know they are so slow. But what's the point in doing that if I get there and my order is still not ready? This has happened on more than one occasion. But today's experience takes the cake. They let someone steal my order. I saw the discarded slip in the trash. I kept giving them my order number and my name, and they acted like they didn't understand me. Then they FINALLY found the receipt and remade my order. I was late to work because of this! They need to do better.

Please management, TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEE!!! He’s very rude and think we are stupid, keep asking us to wait in line. We ordered through the machine and luckily I took picture of order number. We waited in line for 15 minutes and asked the employees but he screamed at us, refused to make the order and asked to wait in line and even threw the box in front of us when a female employee want to take donuts for us (you can check store CCTV). We protested and finally the female (she is nice) employee found MISSED order slip and then she finally prepared the donuts for us after unprofessional behaviour of him.

Update : 03/06/2025. This place is horrible. Even if you order ahead, they’re too slow. I waited 15 minutes just for a hot chocolate and a single donut. I will never make the same mistake again. When you’re in rush to work, this is not a place for you because they always work too slow even for a small simple order. As a fast food employee, I know it shouldn’t take so long for a food and a drink that is ready and standby.

This location should be shutdown. Besides the lack of workers, the gentleman who waited on me was rude. If someone says "Good morning" to you, you expect the same in return. I've never seen such a poorly run establishment. And people sleeping in the place isn't creating a great atmosphere. The owner should hire a friendly, professional staff and more workers.

If you cant handle the rush hour in the morning do not even try to take the order. you dont know how to prioritize customers and their orders. They were just mashing the hash browns and one of the employees hair was just all over and they dont even wear a hairnet. Disgusting
