We ate here once but came for drinks a couple times. They had a great band that was fun to sing along to. The food was really good. I had the salmon and it was delicious. Loved the open air atmosphere, was a really fun place. Hope to go back next time we are in mazatlan.

Jesus is an awesome bartender. Super friendly, always remembers your name (even if it's been years between visits), and just an all-around good guy. The bar has a great atmosphere, very open, comfortable, and welcoming. The location is solid too. Definitely a place you want to come back to.

One can never go wrong when you step foot into this open setting bar. Whether you are planning to eat a meal, have drinks, people watch, sports, hang out at the bar area or simply listening to live band playing, always expect good times and laughs at Gus Gus. Servers are generally all good and attentive. Drinks are good. Even though food is not generously portioned/top notch, it still hits the spot especially when comes to the shrimp ceviche… aqua chile… machaca….or chilaquiles. Thanks to Carlos, our server, always welcoming and friendly! Also ,big shout out to Abel and Esteban! Gus Gus crew ya'll rock! Gus Gus is a must try 👍🏼

After a long hot day of walking the Golden Zone in Mazatlan. We needed food, refreshment and cool. This lovely place delivered on all 3. The air-conditioned room was exactly what was needed. I had chicken soup, so light and flavorful with a blended mango margarita. My husband had Marlin tacos and a beer. We were very pleased and will definitely return again when back in Mazatlan.

These were really good street tacos — simple, fresh, and packed with flavor. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, and they came with all the right accoutrements to round things out perfectly. The guacamole was super fresh and added a great touch. A solid spot if you're craving authentic, satisfying tacos!

I had the BBQ wings and let me tell you they were amazing 10/10 They are not small chicken wings they are a good size. I did want to try the Marlin Tacos, but I was already too full at the point must try for next time though. I do recommend all of their food because looking around my surroundings the dishes look delicious. The atmosphere in the place the service and the food was a 10/10. There is live 70’s 80’s rock band. Me and my husband will most definitely come back to this restaurant every time we are in Mazatlan. Thank you Gus&Gus .

This is a good spot for food and drinks. Live at night, I'd say in a way this is a 🇨🇦 hot spot, lol. Many Canadians here. I ran into some friends here from Canada, who I haven't seen for over a couple of years, lol. The food here was awesome, Gus Gus 🍤 (Bbq Bacon wrapped) here was on point, and the Pollo mini burritos were flavorful. Check it out if ur around !!! We got there in the afternoon, n they were setting up for a live band, so I'm sure they get live in the evenings. Many folks said gus gus is the spot !!!
