It's a small but highly recommended place. They welcome you with miso soup and a small salad. There's a wide variety of dishes. The prices are reasonable for what they offer. The rolls are a good size and generously filled. The jasmine tea has unlimited refills. They have a couple of parking spaces.

Quality always good and stable . Good portions, and the rolls have a decent amount fish in it. They are made to perfection that’s why it takes time what I really don’t mind. If you go out for dinner, enjoy the quality!

Everything is delicious. Honestly, I was hesitant about going into the restaurant. I was alone and it looked very small. Buuuut, I was really surprised by how delicious everything is prepared: the tea, the sushi, the hors d'oeuvres, no, no, no, no… everything is exquisite. I highly recommend it. Plus, the prices aren't high and the portions are quite good. The service is excellent and fast.

To my gringo friends, don't be scared to try sushi in Mazatlan! We ordered some rolls and tempura, which came with salad and miso and it was all delicious! The tempura batter is slightly different than what we're used to at home, but still very light and crispy. The restaurant was welcoming, and the bathrooms were clean. Service was a little slow, but that's literally everywhere in Maz. I will definitely go back to Piranha.

This place is amazing!!!! Great service and the rolls are huge! If you aren’t big into rolls with Philadelphia (cream cheese) which seems to be a big thing in Mexico sushi rolls then this place has plenty of other options. They don’t serve alcohol but if you are just looking for fresh fish and sushi at a great price (under $10 usd) a roll then this is a great choice! We bought 4 rolls between two of us and honestly only probably needed to order two because it was a lot of food. We will be back several times during our month stay in Mazatlan! Thanks amigos!

The name sounded fun so we decided on this place when the sushi craving hit, and this place was amazing. Sushi in Mexico is usually really good, but not often amazing. This was amazing! Probably some of the best sushi I've ever eaten. First off, no Philadelphia to be found! The bits of sauce that were used only accented the flavors in the ridiculously fresh fish and didn't drown it out. I might have removed a half star for the service, as it was a bit slow to start and we waited about 10 minutes to even get a drink order in. In the end the waitress was fantastic.

Excelente lugar para ir a platicar en familia, amigos o pareja. La comida esta rica y llenadora.. algo que no me gustó es que no tuvieran cambiador de bebés en el baño y tampoco rampa en la entrada para carreola.

Es el sushi más delicioso que he probado, además está bien reportado, casi siempre viene con una entrada de sopa ramen miso para chupar el plato literal... Pero y es un muy gran gran PERO, el servicio es pésimo, realmente malo y tardado a morir, casi 30 minutos para que te sirvan el te y más de hora y media para servirte tu guiso, sin contar la sopa claro te le sirven a la mitad del tiempo, casi siempre verás un o todos los meseros diferentes y la verdad poco atentos; me da mucho coraje no poder recomendarlo a menos que no te importe perder mucho tiempo esperando porque la verdad el sabor es muy superior

He de hacer una nueva opinión. La atención a la comida ha mejorado muchísimo, desde un principio era deliciosa, pero faltaba un poco de atención al detalle, sigue fallando un poco, pero van por buen camino. ------------ Pedimos un rollo sin aguacate porque mi novia no puede comerlo y lo trajeron de igual forma relleno de aguacate, le comentamos al mesero y lo cambiaron por algo que ni habíamos pedido.

El sushi de salmón super deli, al llegar que te dan ensalada y sopita, eso abre amablemente el apetito.

ME ENCANTÓ EL SABOR, es una gran experiencia peeeeero tienen mal servicio de los meseros, la mesera nada amable, una forma de hablar que no nos gustó, se nos tiró un poco de té y tardaron para limpiar y rellenar el vaso, el chef muy amable supongo que es el dueño, tienen excelente presentación en los platillos y el sabor riquisimo la verdad. Eso sí, está caro pero lo vale 👍🏼

El lugar no está muy bonito pero está deliciosa su comida. Muy buen sushi y bien servido. El precio para la calidad de la comida es razonable. El servicio es un poco lento pero también creo que es porque sólo eran dos empleados trabajando.

The truth is, the flavor and presentation of the sushi is 10/10. I'd say it's some of the best sushi in Mazatlán. A plus is that you get soup and salad as an appetizer. The place is pleasant, with an open-air area and a closed one inside. The only drawback is that the wait time for food is long, although they warn you when you arrive. The waiters and chefs are very friendly. I definitely recommend it.

I’ve eaten in most sushi places in Mazatlán. This is a family run place in an area that has a lot of restaurants. I had a roll, edamame, a side salad and miso soup. All were tasty. They do not serve beer but there is a bodega a few doors down and I’d you bring it in, they will keep it cold for you. They offer home delivery also.

Terrible experience. We visited this place last Sunday night, December 28th. Upon arrival, the waitress didn't even greet us and reluctantly handed us the menus (practically threw them at us). It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food to arrive. We ordered two appetizers, which came with the main dishes. They gave us a complimentary salad that made my daughter and me nauseous and caused vomiting, so we left. In short: terrible service, excessively long wait, mediocre food, and poor hygiene. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
