The ice cream is very good, I ordered bubblegum ice cream, but I would have ordered another one because it is very sweet. I don't know if there was lemon ice cream (most likely there was). I would have ordered lemon ice cream, but it was still good.
Delicious, creamy, and super tasty ice cream with generous portions. I highly recommend it. It's not cheap at 43 pesos for a simple cone, but it's worth it!

Delicious, really delicious. The place isn't much more than an ice cream shop, but the flavor makes all the difference. They're a bit pricey, but in my case, when it comes to enjoying myself, it's worth every penny. The service was very personalized; they let me sample the flavors, and I truly don't regret the ones I ordered. If you want ice cream and you're interested in quality regardless of the cost, this is the place. I would take my friends, but unfortunately, I'm from Chihuahua.

They say they close at 9:00, and I arrived at 8:45 and was told they were no longer open. It's a shame they don't keep to their schedule.
This is the third time I've bought from this store in different weeks and they give me the ice cream in a watery waffle cone... I'm a fan of this ice cream and I've bought it from other stores but at this particular store they give me a gummy cone.
Terrible service; the staff spends all their time chatting at the point of sale without giving proper attention to the customer.
The staff are rude; it's like you're asking them for a favor. If they don't like their jobs, they shouldn't be working in customer service. A job in the municipal police or as a security guard would suit them better. Terrible service.
Very bad service from the employees, while making my milkshake, the glass broke and very rudely and reluctantly, she put what was left of the broken glass into another glass, added a little more snow and milk and continued mixing (without the gloves now), when we told her that we would not accept it if it came out too liquid, because the milkshakes there are thick, the employee got angry and made a sign of 👍🏻, and even so, she gave us a very liquid milkshake, and very reluctantly gave us a refund.
Terrible service from the girls who work there; they never have crepes, or rather, they never want to make them.
