Terrible visit today. Dry chicken, cold fries and missing biscuit. Called the manager and instead of apologizing yelled at me and said she ”could only exchange the cold chicken if I brought it back.”

DO NOT MOBILE ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! This is the second time in two years that I order from this location and I always end up with missing items. I ordered a 16 piece family meal that is suppose to come with 3 sides and a box of biscuits plus two boxes of shrimp à la carte and a side of slaw. I got only two of my sides, NO BISCUITS, no slaw and only one box of shrimp. I asked the girl at the window TWICE if everything I ordered was in the bag and she said yes because it was sealed. I still had a feeling it was light but trusted her. I only went to this location because I needed to get to the expressway to drive to Mission to take the food to my in-laws to feed them. I get there and no surprise there are items missing. When I called them, they were completely incompetent and did not even offer a refund. They just said I could drive all the way back to pick up what was missing.

I’ve given this place way too many opportunities and every time I go something is wrong with customer service! This time no napkins and I had to ask for pepper and ketchup on the side. (Mind you, it’s drive thru- you would think they’d provide at LEAST the napkins) Ohh, and mustard is sold at 30¢ I wouldn’t mind paying for it but it’s the honey mustard 🤢 so yeah, NO! Went yesterday night for takeout and ordered a 10-piece spicy meal with mash and biscuits. They only gave me nine pieces of chicken, which was old, cold, and dried out. The mashed potatoes were also cold. By the time I got home and realized the mistakes, I was too over it to drive back for more cold food. I just had to throw it all away. I was very disappointed, and while I usually like Popeyes, I'm sorry to say I was not happy with my order.

Worst Popeyes ive ever been to General manager by the name of Daniel spoke to me with no respect. Told me he was very busy and basically told me to to hurry up with what I had to say because he had no time for me. Went thru drive thru the night prior and ordered a family meal 50+ dollars to get chicken that I wouldn't even feed my dogs. Chicken looked like it had been sitting there for hours. Was asked to wait for fresh fries and the fries where cold and soggy. When I called back to complain it took them 45mins to answer the phone then was told I took to long to return the food and was not refunded the total amount. Will not ever return to this location. Photo below is what I received for 50 dollars. Would you eat this? Reached out to corporate office received one email and nothing after that.

Went to this location about a week ago and our visit was ridiculous. We tried to place an order for the chicken tenders and we were told that they only had spicy available, there was no Mack-n-cheese and no mashed potatoes. This was ridiculous because it was around 4pm and they are completely out of the most popular sides. Someone either didn’t order enough supplies or they didn’t want to make it. We would have waited for them to make a fresh batch but they just straight out said we don’t have any. Needless to say we took our business to the location on Nolana where we didn’t have any trouble at all getting what we wanted.

Horrible location. Don’t understand basic common language and give you incorrect order. Upcharged for a large drink and never asked for it. Pieces of chicken were all small and old. Never received my side and was not told they don’t have any sweetener for an unsweetened tea. Called and asked to speak to a manager and the young lady was “like what do you want me to do”? Well, I don’t know I don’t work there you do and is that any way to speak to an upset guest? What happened to common sense and apologize for the incorrect order. It’s not that hard or difficult to make things right. There was no one in drive thru lane and there were maybe two tables seated inside. Unacceptable and inexcusable for the amount I paid for an incomplete order. Stay away from this location. Spend your money elsewhere.

to start off i rarely leave reviews, but this restaurant absolutely needed it. my boyfriend and i ordered online and went to go pick it up. once we got the bag we checked it and saw that they had only given us one sandwich instead of two. we drive right back and let them know and waited a few minutes for the sandwich to be made. after going home and ate we started to feel really weird after a little while. i want to say about half an hour later we both felt sick to our stomachs and had nausea all night. i’ve never had an issue like this with this restaurant, but this time was the absolute worst.

This trip to Popeyes was down right the worst experience in my life!! My wife and I had been craving Popeyes for the longest time and finally got around to making the trip across town to get some good chicken and I had been wanting to try the New wings they had. Boy was this the biggest mistake ever made since pulling up to the drive thru we were treated with the up most rudeness from the manger who was taking the order in drive thru my wife proceeded to get the #5 3 piece tenders with fries I ordered the 12pc ghost wings honey BBQ and garlic Parmesan with a side of fries now this whole time the manger was being rude kept telling me if that was it while I was still placing my order I had to repeat both order more than 3 times so we get to the drive thru window and the boy at the window takes forever to come and attend me then finally he opens the window after 13 minutes of waiting and proceeded to tell me my order well it was all wrong all down to the quantity and flavor of wings and the sides so I had to repeat my order for the 4th time then he proceeded to close the window I’m like omg here we go so I waited for another 5 minutes for him to come back and re ask me what my order was so this is now the 5th time repeating my order finally after 251/2 minutes we get our order and with our watered down drinks we get home and proceed to sit down and eat looking foward to a decent meal but to no avail the Parmesan wings are drenched in what seemed to be 40 gallons of sauce took a bite and had to fight the wing to just get the meat off of the bone the were crispy and old so I said has to be a fluke so I go to try the honey bbq ones well I open the honey bbq wings and wow there was hardly and sauce on these it was so scarce like water in the Sahara desert so I took a bite of this one and omg it tasted old and had a funky smell to it so all this time my wife is watching me with a smile on her face and she says well at least you could bite into yours cause she couldn’t even bite into her tenders so much for calling them chicken tenders should’ve called them crackling tenders they were so old stale and hard I could’ve used them as nails to build her the shed she’s been wanting the only decent thing were the fries not even the watered down coke.. like really Popeyes how can u let people like this run ur restaurant it’s a shame to serve a hard working person such mess and disgust like come on

Ordered all white chicken but they didn't have any so I got thigh & leg for a 3 piece. Took order back told 20 minute wait for 2 breasts & wing, ok. 2nd round 2 breasts & a leg! Took back for a wing 3rd round. Tasteless fried chicken! What?! Popeyes is over, worse fried chicken ever. 2nd order breast was half the size & Dry, old piece, just toss in trash. Probably using old oil from taste & after oily residue in mouth, YUK! Check your chicken when you order. Drive thru kept coming in restaurant about missing items too.

I love Popeyes but today I ordered their 3 piece chicken tenders. I was so disappointed on the quality. The tenders were so small and not worth the price of $11. I won’t be coming to Popeyes for a while after this experience. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
