Great gluten free crust! I was craving a classic pizza but particular like a thinner crust. GF crust is great and OMG their cheese and sauce! I had pizza with Italian sausage, mushroom, green olive and onion.

This was my first time here at Rosati’s. We order our food for pickup. It was on time and hot. We ordered the large supreme Chicago deep dish pizza and also the chicken wings, both flavors. The pizza was great and filling. We really loved the wings too.

Excellent service and the food is all delicious. The food was served hot. The waitress was very fast and attentive. They have a nice indoor seating area. The wings and sandwiches are excellent. The onions rings are also very delicious. Sometimes a kick in the form of a trip is needed getting around people. ;) 5 star business

Loved the cheese pull! 🧀 😋 We aren't from Chicago, can't speak to authenticity or anything, but this pizza was great. Getting that 3-foot cheese pull was awesome 👌 👏. Lots of ooooos and awwwwws. We came here for a celebratory lunch on a Wednesday. Place is small but decent. 6 of us crammed into a booth and started with the family Caesar salad. It had cute little mini croutons and was a perfect size for 6. We then ordered 2 12" Chicago style deep dishes, pepperoni supreme, and meat supreme. 5 sodas and a kid meal. With tip $100 out the door. All of us stuffed and a box of leftovers. Food was great and staff was friendly. Price to feed 6 of us was also on point. Definitely would recommend.

Moved to McKinney from Plano almost a year ago. Haven’t found a lot of pizza places real close to me, or that seems good I’ve ordered togo from here before, not long wait then & good pizza - But this day (12/19/25), my kids & I sat in (dinner time on a Friday). Not only in need of a bigger location to accommodate (it seems), but more staff too.. phones ringing off hook, ppl waiting for food, etc. We had gotten the appetizer (tasted better than it looks), then waited close to an hr or so waiting for our pizza. Service was okay - mixed experience. Server seemed either overwhelmed, annoyed, or just not happy mostly. Could come to the table more “giddy”, the next like he didn’t want to be there. I get it was a Friday evening, dinner service, more busy…. But still. There was a table next time us, drove 50 mins to celebrate a birthday, by the time we got our pizza - that table had just found out their ticket was lost.. & needed to wait longer I will say when we did get our pizza finally, it was very good, good sauce/flavor, better than when I’ve ordered to go Recommend ordering delivery/take out or going when it shouldn’t be busy Update: 1/23/26 - Owner & GM reached out, remedied situation. Truly appreciate them taking the time out to reach out and learn more about what happened

The pizza is always good. But the crust has changed and - imo - it ruins the flavor of the pizza. 🍕 for me the crust tastes more like a dry cardboard vs a fresh dough. I like the other flavors but likely wouldn’t order again. Total bummer - was definitely my splurge pizza that I always loved.

I love this mid western pizza! I grew up eating square shaped slices of delicious pizza with fresh Italian sausage and layers of real cheese. I love that I can find it here in Texas. I do with the thin crust was a little more cracker crisp but that doesn’t hurt my love for Risotis

This was a mixed experience that ended on a high note. Yes, we had a major delay—our pizza ticket was temporarily lost—which made for a long wait (45+ minutes$). That said, we were patient, and the server handled the situation with grace. When the pizzas finally arrived (Chicago Style), they were excellent—perfectly cooked and delicious. They also graciously applied a discount we didn't even ask for. The fried ravioli starter was a bit overcooked. Once the remodel is complete and they smooth out the ticket process, this will be a 5-star spot.

Listen, the pizza was good. The flavors absolutely were there but when you missed the most important thing, my salad how do I enjoy it to the fullest. I was looking forward more to the salad than the pizza ! being from the East Coast having and coming from the best pizza in the world. It was good. The sauce was good. I wouldn’t get the pan pizza again I’d probably do the thin crust or try the Chicago it was a little hard but the sauce the flavors were definitely on point. And I feel $30 for a large pizza. I do think that’s a little insane to be honest with you but again if they can charge it, they’re gonna charge it and we’re gonna pay.

Picked up a deep dish this weekend, got my kids fettuccini, a lasagna, and a baked penne. It’s been years since we’ve been and I remember why now. The pizza was as good as I remembered. The other dishes all lacked flavor and was good tbh Not worth 80 bucks for all of that together. Front Staff was helpful even when busy.

Not a very well managed place. I called ahead to have a deep dish waiting for me knowing I had a 30+min drive to the restaurant and still had to wait for my food to reach my table with a empty restaurant. The pizza was ok. It tried to reach Chicago taste but was just a couple steps above most local franchises (dominoes, pizza hut, etc.) The crust was so hard it chewed up my mouth like a bowl of captain crunch. The sauce needs work. Not Chicago but a ok pizza place.

Our pizzas were cold upon arrival. We ordered a few hours ahead with a scheduled delivery time. Very disappointed we spent over $50 for two cold pizzas. I am not sure if the pizzas were made early or the driver was late but the coordination didn’t work as the pizzas were not fresh. Additionally I asked for no oregano on both pizzas but one came with oregano which I am allergic to.

We have been ordering from this location for many years - not our "go-to" pizza place, but when we want it faster, we order from here. With our last order, our pizza was undeniably burned and only the toppings were edible. I contact Rosati's about the issue along with photos and after 4 days now, I've heard nothing back. I spent $34+ on a pizza that we didn't eat. We will be ordering from our favorite pizza location in Allen from now on.

We were a group of 7 and we drove 40 minutes to eat here and got there in the evening. The server was not pleasant to interact with at all. She seemed very disinterested in us. When we ordered appetizers they didn't come out until after some meals were already being served. When we politely asked a few times where the sandwiches were we were told they care more about drive thru so they are still working on them. In the end the food was staggered on when it came out. We were there WELL over an hour. Some of the food was mediocre at best. The group did really enjoy the pizzas. I would recommend either ordering by drive through or being prepared for a long wait and poor inside service.

2 pizzas ordered, one regular, one deep dish. Regular pizza was delicious. The hard cheese "kernels" on the deep dish rendered it inedible - threw it out after 3 bites. We ordered delivery from Rosati’s on December 13th and had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Out of the 7 items we ordered, 2 items were missing. Delivery took over two hours, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. After waiting an hour, I called the store and was told the driver was already on the way. Since we live only about 12 minutes away, I called back again 30 minutes later and asked to speak with the manager. The manager, Ryan, told me that the driver definitely had our food but admitted he wasn’t sure where the driver actually was. When the driver eventually arrived, the order was still missing two items. I immediately called Ryan back, and he assured me a refund would be issued to our credit card within a few days. It has now been 7 business days, and we still have not received the refund. After reheating the food, the quality was just average at best. The pasta was overcooked, and the pizza was mostly crust with very few toppings, especially considering the price. Between the long wait, cold food, missing items, and an unfulfilled refund promise, this was an extremely frustrating experience. We will not be ordering from Rosati’s again, and I would not recommend this location to others.
