They were very busy due to the cowboys game, but they kept kicking butt to get the orders out. First time I had been to this location as a former pizza hut employee I can tell you they were doing an awesome job. Great attitudes even though it was hectic. 👍👍

I bought a pizza and a couple of pizza melts today and the melts came out a little too crispy than Tommy was comfortable providing me with so he made me a couple more for me. During Dallaska 2025, our employees had to work on a Saturday. I ordered from the website. The manager called to let me know our large order would be delayed but they would try their best. We only got it a half hour later than the original time and before the time he thought. I appreciate the professionalism and grit to get our team the order. Thanks and will order again!
Never have I been to a Pizza Hut location that from placing the order to picking up was the whole process a very pleasant experience. We had ordered 13 pizzas and Jason had them ready exactly when we needed them. He actually helped us out to the car!!! You don't see this very often. Kudos
I stopped by this Pizza Hut and used the drive thru. The atmosphere outside was dreary but the person at the windows was bright and cheerful. He was patient with me as I was deciding my order and made helpful suggestions. It happened to be Tuesday and the personal pan pizza was $3.00. SOLD. It came hot and crispy.

double check online orders to make sure you put correct toppings, so no one has to remake and then make a second trip to the location.
No doubt Pizza Hut Pizza is best among all Pzza but it is very difficult to order online simply because you can't get the items as special advertised price and when walk-in to the shop you end up paying higher price tag. Website order should be more simplify for customer. And stores should be allowed to offer same price as online offers because of website issues. Unless Pizza Hut markting intentionally advertised amazing price to hookup the customer's only.

Ordered online, watched the Door Dash delivery driver pass my house 5 times. We received cold pizza and inedible wings. We were able to talk to a representative from the store who gave us a credit, but cold and concrete style wings with a pizza that probably has more bacteria than an event bathroom stall is un exceptable. Solution was not a new order, corrected order, or an apology!!! Just "On your next order you SHOULD receive/have a $25 credit, but you have to call in to get it. Althoughi we dont answer because we are understaffed which is why we use Door Dash.
One of the pizzas we recieved had completely the wrong toppings and when we called to try and get it replaced the store did not answer their phone......after 4 attempts we gave up. Not a good experience at all. Very disappointing

Called them to order a pizza. The man who answered the phone started off by using profanity and hung up. I was shocked. I brushed it off and called again.....same thing. I will not be ordering pizza there again. This pizza hut should be ashamed.
I called earlier with a simple request for Tyler Durden, but not only were they not able to fulfill my request, but they were very rude on the phone, hanging up on me before I even completed my order! I've never been treated so poorly by a professional business. I definitely will not be using their service again.
I would recommend going to the other pizza Hut in Mckinney. When I came to pick up my order, I stated my name quite clearly, the guy ask for the wrong amt of money. Finally he found the right order, when I got home , the pizza was not even cut into pieces, wont be back!
I received the worst service I have ever received in the restaurant industry in my entire life tonight (I have been involved in the restaurant business for over twenty five years). My buddy Tyler ordered a two pizzas and some bread sticks. Two hours later our food still hadn't shown up, I proceeded to call and find out where our food was. A man named Brandon answered the phone, I asked about our order and he asked me "Who's name is the order under?" I replied "Tyler-" Brandon proceeded to use fowl language and name calling in an angry tone, interrupting me before I could finish speaking he told me to"Kill myself" and hung up. I'm the head chef of a restaurant, and if I ever heard one of my employees use that tone with a customer, I would have fired him and contacted the police. This is the worst service I have ever had in my entire life. If you want my advice, take your buisness to Domino's.
The driver forgot my Dr.Pepper which I paid for online. I talked to the manager and he said he was leaving the store 20 minutes after the fact. He then rudely said have a nice day and hung up on me. I called back again he hung up after he probably recognized my number. The food was over cooked and hard. I am still waiting for the soda I paid for online. I need a full refund. This is theft. Well the driver got here. I am better.

Sorry not sorry but Little Caesar’s and Domino’s can do better than this for half the price.

Delivery was quick, which may have lead to the order that was delivered. I don't know if pizza hut has a quality control person looking over the orders before they are delivered. If they do then they need more training, if they don't then they need someone! I ordered pizza and cheesy bread sticks. The pizza was undercooked and cold (I had to cook it in my oven before I could eat it) and the bread sticks were burnt! I don't know if they switched the time they were supposed to cook 😂. Another small mistake...I paid for two garlic dipping sauces and got two ranch cups. Not a big deal but I did have to pay for something that I didn't request, and didn't get the item I paid for.

First off I used the wrong card to place my order so it was declined, but it took them over an hour before they told me that. So when they called to tell me my card was declined 1hr after ordering, I gave them my updated card and it went through, and took 1hr 30m to finally deliver it, and it was cold. Never ordering here again.

They can't even deliver a pizza. The address was from a hotel. Yeah I didn't have my phone on hand when the delivery driver called to ask about the address. Should of specify some people can't use a GPS I guess haha

Ordered through what I thought was the store - turns out it was a call center. Waited an hour - drove to pick it up. Was told it wasn't in the oven yet. That's fine - asked for them just to deliver it to me instead. They said they couldn't/wouldn't do that and that my only option was to wait 45 minutes for them to make it.
Terrible service almost an hr prior to closing ordered got a call back denying my order after they charged my card, called back in to request pickup they immediately hung up on me i drove to the store 20 minutes prior to closing the guy covered his face and said he doesn't give consent to being recorded i asked if the closed at 11 or if its up to their stoner discretion he just ducked his head and hid in the back worst service ever fire this dude already... ive been ordering here as a regular for several years he is bad for business. Ordered 2 pizzas one came missing a topping and no marinara for the breadsticks called the store and went through two people before someone said they can remake the pizza but would have to be for today or her manager would be up her butt. And finally offered a discount after telling me how hungry she was and couldn't think straight such disappointing food and customer service.
Wish I could put 0! The delivery driver parked in our reserve spot as we were driving up. When we asked him to move, he moved over half a space, not enough room for our car. We said he should move to unreserved spots across the aisle, he told us to F**k off! When he came back he said we should just wait 5 minutes or park in someone else's spot. Called to store to complain and the manager said there was nothing he could do, even though he said there were four complaints this week. No wonder the employees get away with acting rude to customers!
Today 03-17-21 I had a bad experience and poor customer service resolution. I ordered online. It chose incorrect time. I called to this store to have it ready within 30 mins, but he said he can't change the time and I can't have my order ready earlier. If place the order again, I will be ready in 15 minutes. He was rude and not customer service oriented. I placed the order in different PH, and it was ready within 15 mins.
This location sucks!! Why even have a drive-through window at this location if no one ever mans it or answers when you sit there driving over and over the dang bell??? Have tried picking up thru drive thru before and never works so thought I would call this location to see if working before placing another order but no one ever answers the phone! Will take business elsewhere. I have torn tendons in my knee and a drive thru should would help me out.
Customer service from Nick, the manager, is less than desirable. I ordered a thin crust pizza but the crust was more like hand tossed based on measurements and taste. He was VERY rude. He could use many lessons in customer service. In won’t be ordering from this location for fear of retaliation.
I called to place an order on 9/10/19 at 9pm. This location closes at 11pm on weekdays based on Maps results. The young man who answered the phone kept repeating himself as if he couldn't hear me. I thought something was wrong with my phone so I called from a different phone. Same result... I called repeatedly and the young man kept doing the same thing over and over again. Clearly he didn't want to make any more pizzas with almost 2 hours left of his shift...
Worst Pizza Hut location I have ever come into contact with. Quinn is Absolutely terrible. Ordered online and they absolutely ignored my order because apparently it was too late for them even though it was an hour before close. Quinn actually threatened me with knowing my number and therefore home address. Very scary they have these type of people working there. Beware.
Worst store ever! I travel for work and have ordered from Pizza Hut literally all over the country and this is the worst store by far. They forgot my drinks for the second time in 4 days at this same store. When I try to contact the store nobody answers the phone. I tried calling non stop for 25 minutes and still no answer. So after traveling all day I have to sit here on hold with corporate for 25 more minutes just to get a refund. Don't order from this store!!
Do not eat at this place. I ordered a simple order and they got my whole order wrong. I called back and the manager was very rude. He told me specifically ' He did not care, do whatever' and hung up. I will NEVER be using Pizza Hut again! I pre-ordered 8 pizzas to be delivered for an 8th grade pizza party by 2:30pm and they never showed! I didn’t even get so much as a phone call. I had to call Dominos to have them whip me up 8 pizzas for delivery ASAP and dominos made it before the class ended - within 30 minutes of me placing the emergency order. I’m so disappointed in Pizza Hut and their customer service, especially when I had pre-ordered the pizzas the night before which gave them PLENTY of time to prepare for the day. I still can’t believe this happened and would have ruined the special treat we had planned for the students. So happy that Dominos came through for the save!

Ordered delivery at 6:30pm. No pizza and it is 9pm. We called store beginning at 7pm, we were hung up on by customer service because they only do orders they said Drove up to store actually worried about them and they said 15 minutes they would make pizza...that was an hour ago and still sitting here Nobody seems to have a clue what is going on and certainly not enough staff This poor staff Who owns this franchise? Get it together.
I wish I could give negative stars after my experience today with the store on Central Expy in McKinney. Never received the pizza I ordered and the store never answered the phone. Customer service could only take new orders, and their remedy (each of the 4 times I called) was to transfer me to the store--who still never answered the phone. I will never order from this location again.
Horrific experience. They called my phone one time and by the time I got downstairs they left. The manager was rude as could be. Said "Well he said he called twice." I have screenshots proving otherwise and proving that we tried calling him back. I will be talking to the general manager. This is such poor customer service.
Order took longer then the expected time pizza was cold and burned, stale couldn't even take it apart and and top of all that it had missing toppings the driver that came to deliver the pizza did not say a word no hi or thank you just took my tip and left no word complete unprofessional. This store has such bad service. Made my pizza wrong and it wasn't cooked all the way. I took it back and they refuse to give me my money back. The GM said pizza hut doesn't allow them to.... That is total BS!!! Calling corporate next......
Where to begin with this.... My stepson has been dropping hints about the new hot dog crusted pizza, so (with family game night) I decided to surprise him with the meal. I ordered it, along with some cheddar breadsticks. Said it would be delivered in 45 minutes (which seems like an extremely long time to me, but whatever. 45 minutes AFTER the estimated delivery passes, I call the store. *typical "too good for this job" teenage female answers with "yeah?" I said... "Is this Pizza Hut". She confirms with the same response. I told her my name and wanted to check the status of delivery since it had been a while and I wanted to make sure there wasn't a glitch. The little *punk* says "yeah well we only have two drivers and we are going as fast as we can." I say, "oh. Okay. So do you have an estimate since it's been a while?" She says "I don't know. As soon as he gets there." -20 minutes LATER (a very nice) older Asian deliveryman brings our food. He was the only pleasant part Now I'm p.o'd that I just spent 25 dang dollars on a dang pizza that was mediocre and cheese sticks I had to stick in the oven because they were cold and hard as a rock. Will NOT be using this business again
Awful. Just awful. Every pizza I order from here is strangely overcooked, and lacking in both sauce and cheese. The pizza also frequently has a lot of other random toppings on it, as if they used my pizza to catch the other dropped toppings. The deliverymen/women are nice, though. Probably the only redeeming factor.
This store cancelled my order and will not answer the phone. The number listed is a call center who transferred me to the store twice for the phone to ring for 3 minutes then be picked up and immediately hung up. I was immediately refunded but still given zero explanation as to why my order was just cancelled almost 2 hours after placing it.
Where do I begin?????????? For starters the pizza could be fully cooked, they could get drivers from doordash who don't steal freaking orders, they could have made it right with free or even a 50% off discount from the whole meal, they said they would throw in a drink for all the issues and then I was charged for the dang drink, plus it took 2hrs just to get dinner. I'm highly disappointed with my experience! I will never ever order from here again, this was the worst experience I have ever had.
I placed a order online for two large pizza and one was uncooked when i received it cheese wasnt melted and it was moist and saugy, ive been trying to call to complain but ive been hung up on and put on hold for 30 mins at a time. Since moving to McKinney last year we have used this Pizza Hut many times. We have always enjoyed their pizzas until last night. It was absolutely the worst pizza we ever attempted to eat It was like it was never cooked. The center was extremely doughy...could not eat it. I would have gone back but we were late meeting with some friends . It was the worst pizza experience ever.
I placed an order at 8:25 by 9:30 I’m checking the tracker and it says it’s still being prepared. Ok. But by 10:00 I’m calling to see what’s going on. The young man tells me that they don’t have any drivers and that he will call me back later to let me know IF they can deliver my food. I’m sorry what?? About 30 minutes later my food arrives cold and hard. Why are you accepting delivery orders if you don’t have drivers?!
I ordered online through the app, and set up for a pickup. I got there early and waited my car. Once I got the notification on my app, I went up to the nifty drive-thru window (A really cool idea)... But everything went downhill from there. The gentleman who assisted me was nice enough, but not only was my food not ready yet (It took another 5 minutes... So why was I informed otherwise?) But the employee who assisted me was not even wearing a mask! Isn't that basic hygiene nowadays? Especially for a place that handles food... Not the best experience.
I worked for PH for years. Just moved back to Dallas and ordered from a location about a mile from my house. Delivery was over an hour late. We called and he asked if we had a problem. My daughter said we are checking to see where our order was. He said he would call the driver and call us right back. 30 minutes later we can’t get through. Finally we got through and they hang up. This is beyond ridiculous!
I can understand it taking some time to check out things about my complaint. I also understand this is not a normal situation. As I stated initially the store in question bares no responsibility for my complaint. My issue is paying for something I did not get. Then being advised there would be some sort of follow-up with in 3 business days and this is C.O.B. of the third day and still no response has been received.
Two times in a row (over 6 months apart) this location has canceled my orders because they couldn't find a delivery driver to go to my address. I live off 75 & Virginia!! NEVER THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!
We waited over an hour and a half for our pizza. They informed us it would be a 30 minute delivery. We live 2 miles down the road. It looks like they outsource their delivery through DoorDash, we used the Pizza Hut app and chose regular delivery. I'm not sure if this is a common thing but the wait time is unacceptable. If you want your pizza and a timely manner I would suggest ordering from a different pizza hut.
Poor customer service. I live 9 min away from this location and they cannot deliver to me because my address isn’t in their system. Had the same problem about 1 week ago and some how they were able to deliver to me before but now they refuse to deliver to me. Very frustrating. Im never ordering pizza from here again. This location needs to be closed down for good. Just horrible.
We were missing half our order, they never returned our phone call. The actual location in McKinney never picked up their phone. I was rerouted and rerouted for several hours. Trying to feed seven kids without the food or service or even having an anyone acknowledge, my existence was disgusting.
This location is the worst. We always have an issue with our order. Always. We stopped using Pizza Hut because of this and we order from other places. Our last experience, we had a house full of people including children, and had points for a free pizza for Pizza Hut so we decided to order delivery. The app was not working - we could not apply the hut points for the free pizza. So I went to the website. I couldn’t customize a pizza the same way as the app and ended up spending $3 more to get what we wanted. In all of the ordering confusion, I forgot to add in wings. Oops. Wouldn’t have been a big deal considering we ordered a ton of other food. Delivery driver arrives with only 3 pizzas. None of which were the ones for the kids. So we had to wait for him to go all the way back. I called the store and asked if because they made a mistake, could I please have a small order of wings. He says no and that the delivery driver ‘wasn’t told there was a second bag’ with our order. That made me really upset. It is not my family’s fault that someone didn’t tell him but because he didn’t, the kids had to wait another 40 minutes for dinner. I really didn’t think asking for a $5 box of wings was too much to ask as a courtesy for their mistake. I am not the type of person who goes around asking for free food or my whole meal to be comped. Regardless of the wing situation - we will go back to using other pizza places because this location seriously sucks.
Ordered a pizza, waited an hour, no one showed up, called here and they said they would resend a new order, wait another hour and nothing. Claimed the driver showed up and couldn't find me and couldn't get a hold of me.. No call to my phone EVER came through nor did the driver ever show up. Called again and was told there was nothing that could be done another than refund my money. Piss poor customer service on I think the managers name was Eric? Will update when know more.
Called in a carry out specialty pizza . I get there and they said I didn’t order it from them . So I show them the number and the google maps number to prove it to them . So they apologize and tell me to give them 15 min. So I gave them 20 min. Came back and he told me the pizza was going in the oven . Then I see him grab toppings with his bare hands and starts making my pizza . I already paid and I just left . It was big fat guy . Greasy type . Never again.
🤮 This location is not one to revisit. We were served old food. The food tasted rancid and had a powdery and sour taste to it. We ordered the family pasta meal and both meaty marinara pastas were spoiled. We couldn't bear asking for another meal from the same location with the sour inventory again. Our stomaches are officially turned over from the food and the service. We were told a refund couldn't be given after we decided not to go forth with getting another remake. What kind of company tries to get and keep your money when clearly the error was made on your side. The food was rancid and that's your fault not ours. We won't be back to this location ever again at all. Neither should you. They simply have no remorse for the sickening food they served us and can't be trusted. Not eating somewhere that can't acknowledge their mistakes and fix it accordingly. Worst service and food I've ever tasted. Can't believe this happened to us! Completely disgusted overall! Need to close this location. 🤮
If I could give this place a NEGATIVE 5 STAR I would. The manager and staff who was working on May 2nd 2019 at 7:30 PM are the rudest people I have ever experienced. I ordered online, paid in full with my credit card and then received a call from the manager stating that they would not be delivering my order and I requested a refund and was hung up on. I called back and the kid who answered was rude and the manager refused to come to the phone. PIZZA HUT YOU JUST LOST A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER. NOT TO MENTION I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO COST YOU YOUR JOBS.
I couldn't leave 0 stars. I love pizza Hut but this location is absolute trash. Our last pizza showed up 50 minutes after the estimated time. I called and they ensured me it would not be delivered cold. Well it was, but the most frustrating part was they forgot our drink. This is the service we have came to expect from this location which is Plain sad.
When I place an order wait an hour then when the order shows up wrong I expect to call and have my correct order delivered as soon as possible! I don’t expect for the manager Patrick who won’t give me his last name to tell me it’s going to be another hour before I get my corrected order! That’s terrible customer service! Also when I call corporate to complain about Patrick it says “this party is not available “ I’ll try again tomorrow and hopefully get an answer! I guess Pizza Hut just lost a customer but they probably don’t care because I’m just a drop in the bucket right!!

Takes 1 time with me thanks for the reviews never again refund or Corp office asap. 2weeks later no refund no order, manager was not professional wouldn't even attempt to satisfy the situation with another order 2 weeks ago. Today didn't have a badge or name given to resolve. This is theft by order and theft by cash case. Will Never come to that location ever again makes not never want Pizza hut look at this Franchise or Corporate service. This isn't customer service this is a lazy job for workers. They have delivery online but actually they use dasher that don't deliver on time to your service. Had to leave work after 2 hours that day 2weeks later still no refund for service this place they all need to be FIRED!!! You never know who knows who..

They wouldn’t allow me to order what i wanted on my pizza that i paid for which i found strange since this is the ONLY location that had denied me that. They also told me i had only 2 options of wing flavors i could choose from and also gave me my wings with little to no sauce on them . i was even willing to pay extra for any additional toppings of spice level i wanted.Very unsanitary of them not to use gloves as well! The icing on the cake was them trying to distract me so they could give themselves a tip! This will be my last time coming to this location very disappointed and unsatisfied!👎🏾👎🏾

The lady here at night just doesn't care she locks the doors early then when I came to drive thur had a nasty attitude I brushed it off then she told me it would be 10 min so I said okay I'll go around and just come in when its ready she says okay then 10 minutes goes by I go to the door she has it locked an mopping the floor she could've handed me my order then but she told me to go back in the drive thru knowing its a car already there and its already taking a while now I have to wait longer. Very poor very Bad customer service 👎🏻and the attitude wasn't worth it find another job if you hate it here so much just my opinion.
One of those, “if I could give zero stars I would” reviews. The manager sassed me so bad after being an hour late for our delivery with the wrong food. Seems there was an issue with the online ordering and they got two addresses, no problem, accidents happen… but their inability to navigate that situation after the fact would have been humorous if I had had the good fortune of only observing it. The female manager on duty at 7:55pm on Friday January 2nd needs to be addressed and taken seriously by ownership or this store is not going to survive. I’m sure she has my contact info, reach out if you need to talk.
Honestly I wasn't even gunna do this because I called up there about it last night and I told them I didn't want anything free and I paid cash so I didn't want to come back up there for a credit...it was something as simple as sauce cups, yall really need to understand that when people pay for extra sauce cups $1 a piece and stacking them up the least you could do is just put them in the bag. I would rather people be like "did you put any in there...I dont know, and just throw some in there" and then I see i ended up getting extra! But to just not get any is simply sad. Yall gotta do better when it comes to people's money
They had the audacity to have customers exit the lobby and pull around to the drive thru window once they entered. All due to them wanting to “shut down front lobby” at 7pm is ridiculous. After reading these reviews, they can use some training on customer service.
When I pulled up to pick my order up all of the employees were just sitting in the lobby on their phones. My food was cold. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Absolutely horrific, waited for well over an hour for our order. I called to cancel my order and I couldn't understand the guy he sounded more baked than the pizza. Made sense why mine never made it. I THINK I cancelled it he said my first name and YUHHH a few times. Maybe I'll check back with the day crew. Good luck if you decide to order.
the website showed a car coming to deliver but it never arrived, called to find out what was wrong and they said i used the wrong phone number. the address they had was the right address. he said he would redo it. got a call from someone , didn't understand a word he said, pizza never came. manager said they don't have drivers they have to use door dash. never again.
The service was horrible. The doors were locked in my face and was told to go to the drive thru. My cheese sticks were not cut let alone my icing for the cinnamon sticks was a thick yellow paste. This is not to criticize but for them to do better.
Ordered a pizza online. I went to pick it up and was ignored for about 8 minutes with several employees walking by and not looking at me. I finally got my food and went home to eat it. A few hours later I'm having terrible stomach pains and an feeling extremely sick. This is the last time I order from here.
So i get to pizza hut and they have a sign that says lobby closed at sunset please use drive thru in mckinney tx. I just would like to know how am i suppose to get my pizza i ordered if the lobby is closed and no one tends to the drive thru. Im literally sitting and watching your employee ignore me while hes watching football!! And another employee with a black and white lettermen type jacket is just walking with airpods in. And one of the cooks watched me pull up and still ignored the bell that sounds off when a car pulls up and dodnt wven notify anyone thats actually worling the window. So i knock on the front door to get their attention ,since the bell doesnt seem to work or theyre just ignoring it, he then proceeds to say i have to go through the drive through. I then tell mr lettermen jacket that ive been there for 30mins. he then insinuates im lying and walks me around the side of the building to show me the bell thats there when cars pull up and says it didnt go off. But once i told him he wasnt even paying attention and that i was literally watching his coworker watch football his tone changed. Sad to say i still got no food after waiting so long. Thank you pizza hut for hiring such good workers. They are very trusting and reliable!!! Your monday night shift workers on monday night 11/17 at 8pm until close SUCKS!!! I then get a call from Pizza hut from someone thats says my order is still there. And when i explained what happened her response was "yea he probably didnt hear it cause i too have a hard time hearing the bell". Yea him walking around with headphones had nothing to do with him not being able to hear. Lmao stick together huh!!! I love it!! This is by far the worst!!! then said awww are you still interested in getting it!!! I ordered that pizza a whole hour and half ago yall can take the pizza home!!!

This store cancelled my order and will not answer the phone. The number listed is a call center who transferred me to the store twice for the phone to ring for 3 minutes then be picked up and immediately hung up. I was immediately refunded but still given zero explanation as to why my order was just cancelled almost 2 hours after placing it.
