I took my nephews out for piadina after school, but several ingredients were missing, so we couldn't eat what we wanted or take what they had. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, especially in the bathrooms! A little more attention to these things wouldn't hurt!

Ordered food at the restaurant on the app and sent it to take away. The wrong piadina. They were forgetting drinks and games. The piadina is good, though, and that's the only winning point. A little more attention would boost the rating...

Embarrassing wait times! We waited half an hour for four piadinas and then another half an hour for a baby piadina with Nutella. This is unacceptable! Not to mention that they got our order wrong, as we'd ordered the classic piadinas folded in half and only received a roll... However, the piadinas are good, and I'm sure the staff are good and certainly very kind. The slowness is probably due to a lack of staff, but it can't work like this.

One of the worst piadina shops in Brianza, with missing ingredients and forgotten drinks. When I visited this shop, in addition to the errors in my order, there were 3 or 4 other people complaining about errors or omissions in their orders, and someone even came from home with an incorrect delivery order to have it corrected. I don't recommend this place and I don't think I'll be back.

This evening we had the crazy idea of having dinner here! Ordered via the app and consumed at the restaurant. Ordered 4 piadinas: - 1 piadina with cooked ham only - 1 piadina with cooked ham and mozzarella - 1 piadina with cooked ham, mozzarella, and salsa rosa - 1 piadina from their menu (I don't remember the name) with raw ham, mozzarella, lettuce, prawns, and salsa rosa. Order delivered a little over 5 minutes late. (But that's understandable!) The girl at the cash register, to apologize for the delay, gave my kids a surprise gift of the children's menu even though they hadn't purchased a children's menu. Unfortunately, out of 4 piadinas ordered, 2 were wrong! Compared to the order mentioned above, I received: - 1 cooked ham (the filling was just 1 thin slice of ham) - 1 piadina with cooked ham (the filling was just 1 thin slice of ham) 2 piadinas with cooked ham, mozzarella, and salsa rosa - 1 piadina chosen from the menu with the wrong filling (filled with cooked ham instead of prosciutto crudo) At this point, I go to the cashier to report it and find two other customers reporting errors. I point out the mistake, and a few minutes later the girl shows up at the table with the two piadinas. Of the two piadinas delivered, one was still wrong! They delivered two ham and mozzarella. I go back to the cashier and, annoyed, report the error. The guy at the cashier seems almost annoyed by my further report. A few more minutes pass, and they deliver the piadina to my table. As he hands it over, the guy says, "Sorry for the mistake. This time I made it myself!" Thank goodness! Among the ingredients, lettuce and salsa rosa were missing! Oh well! I'll eat this wrong piadina, and this agony will end here!

The piadina was missing an ingredient; they didn't warn us or deduct it from the price. When we pointed it out, the girl who was cleaning at the time came over and tried to take the piadina with cleaning gloves... at that point, I was feeling nauseous, so I told her to leave it alone. I wouldn't go back.

I wonder how the Meda piadina shop is still open. We live 200 meters away, and at first we went there several times, and each time it got worse, so much so that we stopped when they didn't have mushrooms and gave me eggplant without even asking or warning. When I complained, they told me the mushrooms were out. Okay, a year goes by, and we go back, hoping they've improved. We order a vitel tonnè (piadina of the month) and a gentile. They come to tell us they don't have cream cheese for the gentile, and they don't have the sirloin for the vitel tonnè. We ask for a refund and they say no. In the end, they force us to order a tuna piadina and a bresaola and arugula for the price of the other two. Cold chips, cold Nutella piadina, the two piadinas (paid for the price of one vitel tonnè and one gentile)—judge for yourself from the photos. Would you eat them? We wouldn't. Never again in life. Change your profession.

I purposely gave one star because it's not possible to give 0 or even remove any. Quality? Nothing to say, good. Staff? The girls are very kind. You? As for the chain and management? You're embarrassing! You only let two people work on a Sunday; these poor girls were going crazy. Obviously, the wait times are long, but it's your fault! Paying them an extra salary, right? Terrible human resources management. Shame on you. Very kind staff, and I hope they sign their resignations soon!
