I ordered an Açaí smoothie, so delicious! Only exceeded by Griffin Kurlinski’s delightful, fast and friendly service, I’ll return for another soon.
One of the employees, Griffin, was a great source of knowledge on the protein powders available and I had a great boost from the smoothie after a difficult day fixing fences.

Madison and Emma were absolutely amazing! I went through the drive-thru, and Madison took my order in such a professional, friendly, and organized way it really stood out. Emma prepared my order quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was just right when I pulled up to the window. You can tell her and her team really care about the customers. The store is always clean, the smoothies are consistently great, and her positive energy makes the whole experience even better.
My family came here and tried the Coco Colada bowls, avocado toast and Island impact. Everyone loved everything especially the Coco Colada! One bowl had a minor mistake in the bowl for my son and I had no issue taking it as is and switching mine, but the young lady graciously made my son a new bowl 🤗 We will be back! Happy to have come today!

At my first visit to this Smoothie King, I was overwhelmed by all the choices on the menu. One of the employees there, Griffin, recommended that I try the Angel Food smoothie since strawberry is my favorite. It was delicious, and I look forward to sampling some of the other drinks on my next visit.
We had a baseball tournament in Melissa and wanted to grab something quick and healthy. Stopped by to grab a smoothie and was delighted with how well the customer service was along with the taste in smoothies. Not here in the area often but good to know there is something good to grab out that way!

Picture: is from the Melissa Tx. Location. Unfortunately, I did not take the pictures from the previous locations because I drank them so fast, that's how good and delicious they tasted. Melissa Tx, location was a one sip and pic, not my favorite. I ordered the Pumpkin D-lite smoothie at the Smoothie King location in Frisco Tx on Eldorado pwy, and it was pretty good. Therefore, I tried another location in Aubrey Tx, ordered the exact smoothie choice ( Pumpkin D-lite) and the Aubrey location did not disappoint. The smoothie was super delicious, I mean fantastic. Finally a few days later, because I'm on a health and fitness journey. I tried another location in Melissa Tx. Let me say; if my evaluation was to be solely placed upon the Smoothie King location in Melissa Tx, it would be a hot no thank you ( Sir/ Ma'am) it was so runny and the flavor was chalky and I shouldn't pay money to go home and redo the smoothie myself. All in all the other two location pulled the team.
I was on hour 5 of driving and in the worst mood. I was helped by this young girl who was so welcoming and helpful, she was amazing. Made me miss living in Texas and the hospitality that comes from this southern state. Im stopping here on my roadtrips to Texas just to say hi to Veronica.

Smoothies are good but why must we always wait 20+ minutes to get one drink? That’s the main reason I don’t come here more often.
ordered at drive thru, it took 25 minutes to get to pick up window and had to give my order again and wait another ten minutes Smoothie was goid, but drive thru was very slow and should not have to wait thislong one smoothie. Please improve!
I’ve come to this Smoothie King location three days in a row because my husband is currently sick, and smoothies are the only thing he’s been able to keep down. Each time, Kaitlyn has greeted us with genuine kindness, which I truly appreciate. However, today around 12 PM, I ordered a smoothie and it was made the wrong size. I politely asked if it could be fixed — I was even willing to pay for a new one and just keep the incorrect drink since I had already paid. Instead, the other employee (I wish I had gotten her name) rolled her eyes, made a big sigh, and dramatically threw the original drink in the trash before walking off to make the new one. It wasn’t about the smoothie — it was about the complete lack of empathy and attitude I was met with. You never know what someone is going through. I hope, truly, that you find some peace in your day.
I almost always have good service here, but these kids do not know how to make smoothies. Either my smoothie is too thick to drink through the straw or it’s filled with so much water and ice that I can’t even taste the flavors. Management please teach your workers how to make these smoothies properly! They’re not cheap!

They are very very slow, I waited 20 min in the “drive through” and it was wrong. Most of the time it’s too frozen to drink. I go to smoothie kings all over the metroplex and this store is by far the worst in the DFW area
waited an hour in line for 2 smoothies, I will never come back here, clearly there is something wrong, looked through recent reviews and im not the only one RECENTLY with this problem, really need to get this under control
On 6/7 around 5:15 the girl that took my order had very little patience as I tried to order one smoothie and then says the speaker is broken and to pull up to the window. I pull up to the window and there is a girl with black curly hair in shorts and wearing a headset and literally sitting 10ft away and does not even acknowledge me for well more than a minute, possibly 2. No hello, no thank you for waiting. I had to have her make my smoothie again and it was still terrible. All the while there is another employee making smoothies, working her tail off as I sat there dealing with an entitled brat who does not give a crap. Asked for napkins because she didn’t clean off the cup and it’s pouring out. Asked if she was the manager and she said no there isn’t one. I told her she was extremely unprofessional just sitting down on her phone and she said she was on her break. That’s BS, just laziness. It already tasted awful the first time and she probably put something not pleasant in my drink so I threw it away. They didn’t even have lights on.

I recently visited Smoothie King with high hopes for a refreshing treat, only to be sorely disappointed by the minuscule portions served. Contrary to the tantalizing images plastered across their advertisements, boasting smoothies brimming to the rim of the container, what I received barely reached halfway. Even more disheartening was the explanation provided by multiple employees, who callously informed me that they are trained to skimp on portions, stopping only "to the crown." This blatant disparity between expectation and reality left a sour taste in my mouth, figuratively and literally. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Smoothie King anytime soon. A shame, as I had previously enjoyed their offerings, but the significant drop in portion size is a deal-breaker for me.
Definitely one of the worst locations sadly it’s the only one in this area. The smoothies are typically watered down . Most of the time have to get them remade . The drive-thru always takes long and not because of extensive lines just simply because drive thru isn’t a priority . Someone needs to fix this because I’m ready to not frequent this location anymore .
Today I went in the morning for my regular smoothie, a very rude lady took my order, I tried to be nice and polite but she didn’t understand about manners, also my smoothies went directly to the garbage, no what I order, I didn’t when back to tell her something because I was already driving out to work when I noticed the bad taste. Honestly I’m afraid of getting sick after drinking that. Worst experience ever!!!
I had ordered a medium smoothie and a food item and it took them forever to make it. There was no one in the store either so there was no excuse for timing and then my food item was very very cold and not even warmed frozen from the center of the egg. I was very disappointed in the customer service. I can't even rate it 😕
Ordered 3 smoothies at 11:47am through drive thru. 12:44pm here I am still in line with two cars in front. Can’t get out because of cars behind me and curb on side. Horrible!! How is this possible?!? 1:00pm pull up to window and order isn’t even ready or taken. New receipt is typed up so original time isn’t shown. I ask for reason for over an hour wait in drive thru…”oh we had a bad rush inside.” No apology. No legitimate reason. I’ve worked fast food before and recall that drive thru was priority.

I like this location because it’s drive thru but for $13 the portion vs the other locations I’ve eaten at doesn’t make me prefer coming to this one. The drive thru is convenient but I’ll stand in line at the location across from Raytheon in McKinney.

The manager needs to hire more staff clearly because the two who are working are not enough!

I asked for a refund and I was told to call back and speak to the owner. Well, the owner never answers the phone, and I went in for my refund, but that didn't work either because the owner wasn't there. So, I guess this place just takes your money and rips you off. I want my $20 back.
For the busy establishment, the management and lack of training here has to be worst I’ve ever seen. I placed order online b/c I drive 40 minutes to get here (recently had heart attack and not a lot of options). I get to location in drive through and told pull on up. Then I’m told the system went down and they can’t make my smoothies, ask for refund and they can’t do that cause online “I’ll need to do it”. I park and go inside to see them making smoothies, why can’t you make mine?, show them their own email confirmation and told well it has to print our side. Okay give me money back “ we can’t cause ticket hasn’t printed”. Several options to correct this easy: make $25 worth of smoothies that cost your $4. Give me $25 dollars and figure it out later. Nothing offered by any 16 year old. Nothing at all wrong with 16 year old as I’ve managed multi million $ establishments with a lot of 16 year olds but you should have leadership and management on site capable of putting easy fires out. Instead I stayed 2 hours helping her make decisions, did I mention I recently had a heart attack. Going back now and reading reviews this location will be closed or for sale soon. Ridiculous!!!! Manage your business, no businesses are safe without customers. Then I’m assured someone from management would reach out to me, did they nope. Just an AI response. Lots of places for smoothies
Absolutely pathetic customer service. Was mischarged for a size I didn’t ask for, wasn’t told the total price before taking payment and then refused refund or gift card exchange. Great job driving customers to different locations!
