Ristorante ottimo sia per il cibo che per i vini. Consigliatissimo sia per la carne come il pesce. Costo al livello della qualità ma non esorbitante per i prodotti e la quantità.

It's been a long time since we've eaten so excellently. We had a bit of everything from starters to main courses to dessert, plus a fantastic wine recommendation. First-class service, so incredibly friendly, courteous, attentive, professional, and humorous—a truly great pleasure. A cozy and stylish ambiance, friendly guests, and a lovely atmosphere. When it comes to food, you don't know where to start—such a special selection of dishes, or rather, creations. An absolute delight, not just for the palate but also for the eyes. The desserts we had were divine. Pure culinary delights and truly delicious. All in all, a wonderful evening and a great pleasure to be a guest in this special restaurant! Anyone in Merano or the surrounding area should definitely not miss a visit.

A beautiful and elegant place, slightly dark, but it depends on your taste. High-quality food, well-prepared and beautifully served. Abbiamo scelto di cenare in questo ristorante su consiglio di amici, le già alte aspettative sono state altamente superate, Indubbiamente la qualità delle portate è ECCELLENTE. Peccato per l'eccessivo rumore ed il vociare di clienti non abbastanza rispettosi del loro prossimo... Invece le quantità, non è all'altezza del costo... Un consiglio: ho notato in altri ristoranti di ugual livello, viene proposta la possibilità di scegliere una porzione ridotta (critico culinario) o una porzione adeguata per saziare gli appetiti da ristorante. Inoltre in ragione del livello del ristorante sarebbe gradito un assaggio a inizio pasto ed un intermezzo (mini-sorbetto) tra una portata e l'altra... A mio parere, in mancanza di quanto sopra scritto, la spesa sarebbe troppo elevata, nonostante la qualità elevata delle materie prime. ( stella Michelin ? )

A truly positive experience. A very charming and elegant location, with a typical Trentino atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Superb, exceptional dishes, amazing flavors. We were all thoroughly pampered, even my 3-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, however, I am forced to give it 3 stars because my final receipt included an extra bottle of wine during payment, which obviously wasn't consumed and which increased the bill. This was certainly an unintended mistake, but one that a respectable restaurateur cannot afford. Rereading your receipts when paying is a good way to avoid these mistakes. I recommend this restaurant, but please reread your receipts!

We went for dinner as tourists, given the proximity of our hotel to the property, but we weren't satisfied with the dinner. The staff was kind and very attentive, and the place was beautiful. The food was certainly high-quality, but the bill was far too high for the portions, and the final result wasn't up to par. The first course cost €17 and consisted of five ravioli; I liked the meat-based second course (saddle of venison); my wife had a different type of meat, which she asked for well-done, but the meat sauce had a lot of blood, which ended up on the side dishes, and she left them there because she doesn't like it. The dessert, on the other hand, was very good. In total, we spent €134 for two first courses, two second courses, a bottle of water, two glasses of wine, and a crepe. At other restaurants in the same category that we know, for €30-40 less you get better food (still fine dining, but the portions are generally larger for starters, and the dishes are truly amazing) and we even manage to get a bottle of wine instead of two glasses. I could even give it 3 stars, but since the reviews are almost all very high, I prefer to be more critical.
