A very quick lunch break!!!! How wonderful it is to experience Vanessa's smile and friendliness!! And her staff! I had a need, and Vanessa was able to find a tasty compromise in an instant!! I will definitely be back to eat at this piadina shop again!! Congratulations
Inside the Adda Center, located on the first floor. The piadina was very filling, and the girl who served me was very kind and smiling.
Absolutely excellent piadinas! Perfectly cooked, with the freshest ingredients. A Contadina with brie, ham, and crispy, flavorful lettuce! And an exceptional Leggenda for the husband! Plus a sweet treat... Piada with Nutella! 😍 The places are all alike, we've been to many, but... the difference lies in the preparation! It's the hand of those who work there that counts! Compliments to the lovely young woman (Patrizia) here this afternoon! We'll be back! 😊
La dipendente Vanessa Barbara, che ci serve tutti i venerdì presso la sede di merate, è sempre gentilissima ed estremamente disponibile. È competente e svolge bene il suo lavoro, rimanendo comunque simpatica e mantenendo un ottimo rapporto con i clienti

This was a piece of my piadina service from the Merate Conad branch
I can't believe how a chain like this, in every store I visit, is always understaffed. It's a constant. Stellar minimum wait times, disgraceful stuffed piadinas, and above-average prices compared to other restaurants that serve piadina. I can't even say the quality is high, because that's not even there. The cooked piadina, for example, is the same as the one from a no-name discount store, sloppy and sad. For this specific place, at 8 pm with just one person cashing in and preparing... Well, what can I say? Obviously, I've been waiting for over half an hour. There are eight people waiting in front of me. In short, if you're in a hurry, don't go to Piadineria. But not any, and not from any chain.
