I love panda. I gave three stars because that's the average I give when something is neither good or bad but it's okay. I got the orange chicken bowl for me and my son. I had rice in mine. Didn't care for the rice. Next time I won't get the rice in it. The noodles we're great and I actually think they are the best anywhere. Noodles as in chow mein. The orange chicken was very delicious. As we were leaving I went out to the car and my son went to the counter to ask for some water. As he stood there for 3 to 4 minutes another person came up and was immediately helped. I don't know what it is with children but that happened a year ago and I had to say something to the people. So that's why it's only a 3 star. Remember people to help the children they're not standing there for fun.

Ai cant take a correct order ever!! Very few people in store, no one in line still sat at the window with NO acknowledgement for 6 min and still had to wait another 4 to correct the order by that time the line was 6 or more long ridiculous

One thing I hate the most is having to repeat myself. When AI operator tells me to wait for a Team Member and that TM doesn”t say anything other than “yes”, like how am I to respond to that? Once I got all my food, it was so disappointing my sirloin steak and my sesame steak were so overpowering with sauce, I had to make my own steam rice because the fried rice that I received was hard undercooked.. My sesame steak beef was so hard as if it was overcooked like jerky status toss in with sauce. It was not worth the $43 I spent.

Food was as good as I expect. Issue is, the food was delivered with an entree missing. Tried to call three times but every time the phone says their isn't anyone there and hangs up on me.

Counter Staff passed me a couple of times before a greet. Staff did more talking then assisting.

If you visit this panda don’t let Brandon serve you your food he is very discriminating against certain people, panda should not allow server’s to have their own made up authority to decide the amount of certain foods are served that is purely up to the paying customers not a racist server. My wife and I will definitely drive the extra miles going elsewhere next time.

They messed up our order of food, so I called and explained what had happened and what was wrong with the order. The guy I spoke to on the phone was like oh im sorry we can replace the plates jjst bring the receipt and I said ok, I sent my son to go get the food and they made a big deal and said they don’t do that even though I spoke to someone prior to him going and on top of that they only have him two little boxes and even then they still didn’t give us completely what they had messed up on items. I’m very upset. I know I probably should have gone there by myself.

Horrible. Spring rolls tasted old and stale. Sweet and sour sauce was only filled to the bottom, my husband ordered broccoli beef and orange chicken for me and they didn't even put any broccoli beef in my order, they just placed his egg roll in my plate and that was it! I have never experienced such horrible service from panda. Very disappointed and I did not enjoy my food.

My food had been sitting there for. Quite some time whe i asked for the fresh chicken she. Just piled the new stuff on top of the old. It was extremely unappetizing and quite lazy in my opinion. Anf was awfully dirty for bwwing as late as it isThey lost my business Panda can Count on.
