Placed an order on the app to have delivered, left a tip. Had to call to find out the delay, had no I for on my order, after speaking to 3rd person, was able to help. Order was oredered at 4:10, estimate time, 4:40. Did not receive order till 5:40pm. Asked if they could throw in some mints, no mints. Spent over $60 on this order, lack of urgency and customer service.

Horrible. Rude management and just an over all bad vibe. This is my nearest Chick-fil-A and I will be driving to another town if I ever want to eat there. Will never return to this location. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

workers forgot about my order in the Drive-Thru when they remembered about my order which was only for two drinks. They got them wrong and say that they can only give me a new drink if I came into the store. Not issue a refund for the incorrect order. Meanwhile, I'm already back on the expressway. Never going back again

Forgot how bad this location is since we moved a while back. When we come down, we usually drive to Harlingen, which never disappoints. Mercedes location always gets orders wrong, cold food, horrible sunjoy mix, and for some reason, small fillets. Person taking order got it all correct, however, people that get orders together did not. Never had issues in Harlingen, Portland, McAllen, or any other location. Nice and friendly service though. But damn, management has to step up training, logistics, and random quality checks.

Food was way overcooked. Nuggets were so burnt. Chicken had a weird flavor. I don’t think they’ve changed the oil in a while. I walked the entire restaurant looking for a place to sit and i am not exaggerating when i say that every single table was dirty. Food crumbs everywhere and sauce stains on tables. Had to go tell them to clean a table for me and the girl was very polite but complained about having to do all the cleaning because her coworker refused to do it. My concern is that if the restaurant is that dirty in the dine-in area, then I’m convinced the cooking station must be equally dirty or worse. The crew seems really young and inexperienced. Really bad management overall. Needless to say, will not be eating there again.

Good seemed as it was cooked with burned oil. They aren’t cleaning the oil friers. Fries seemed a bit too brown as well.

I got a spicy chicken sandwich on my way home. I bit into the sandwich, and it was not fully cooked 🤢 I called and spoke to a manager named Alexis. I explained to her the situation, and from her tone and response I could tell she couldn't care any less. She said I could go back and get another sandwich. Yeah right, I live in Weslaco. I'm not driving all the way back there. Plus, why would I want to eat anything from there after getting my food under cooked.

Every time I get kale crunch there it’s so ugly. This time was no different! Why would you sell something that is rotten?!?! Paid extra to substitute it instead of fries and to get home and see all this while eating it, it’s disgusting! Don’t think will be going to this location again.

This chick fil a does not meet the standards of others. Super slow with the services, asked to park on the side after waiting in like for 20 minutes just to wait another 10 minutes. All this time waited I got old burnt nuggest. Taste like it was old nuggest they put in the fryer. Get your act together.
