Excelente atención Voy todos los domingos y los chicos que se encuentran atendiendo siempre son muy serviciales, es un excelente lugar para refrescarse, probe las balas de fresas en mi bebida y fue definitivamente una experiencia, la variedad y precios son estupendos sí quieres algo rico, bonito y barato. Si aún no has visitado "Pop Tea" no tienes idea de lo que te estas perdiendo, "buena música, bebidas, pláticas y atención inigualables. ¡Un saludo para los muchachos que siempre me atienden! Hacen de mi experiencia como cliente, algo muy agradable.

Si estás sobreviviendo al calor de Mérida y no has ido a Pop Tea en el Centro... ¿qué estás haciendo con tu vida? 🥵 Descubrí este lugar a unos pasos del Parque Santa Lucía (sobre la calle 58) y se acaba de convertir en mi oasis personal definitivo. Pedí el clásico Taro con tapioca y, wow... superó todas mis expectativas. La tapioca tiene esa textura chewy perfecta (ni muy dura, ni hecha puré, ¡en su punto exacto!) y el sabor de las bebidas es súper rico y equilibrado. Además, si le agregas las popping pearls (las bolitas que explotan), la experiencia es de otro nivel. 🤯✨ El local está súper bien ubicado, los precios son excelentes para estar en pleno corazón del centro histórico, y el staff tiene toda la paciencia del mundo para explicarte el menú o darte recomendaciones si es tu primera vez. Si andas turisteando por el centro o simplemente tienes el antojo de algo dulce y extra refrescante, este es EL lugar. Háganse un favor y vayan ya. Yo ya estoy planeando mi regreso para probar el menú entero. 🏃‍♂️💨

My girlfriend and I love them! The prices are quite affordable and the flavor is delicious compared to others. The place isn't the best; maybe they'll remodel over time, but you can't expect too much from something that more than meets expectations. I highly recommend it!

Whenever I go to Mérida, I always get a green tea with milk and tapioca because my palate is pretty simple, although I have tried their fruity flavors and they are delicious, though a bit too sweet for my taste. My partner loves them, so I think the problem is me, haha. They're very reasonably priced, and you can customize it to your liking. They accept cash and card payments, the service is friendly, and they don't take long to deliver your order. Definitely my favorite drinks in all of Mérida 🙏

Very affordable prices, excellent flavors and portions. Great value for money, definitely. I went on a rainy afternoon and it was practically empty, so the service was very quick. Unfortunately, they didn't have black tea this time, but I'll definitely be back. 👎🏻👎🏻 Areas for improvement: They should remodel and clean up the advertising; it doesn't inspire much hygiene and looks a bit old and neglected. The space could easily accommodate tables and a more comfortable place to spend the afternoon! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is in my top 2 recommendations for tapioca bars in Mérida, and I've tried quite a few!

Overall, this place could be better because they don’t offer coffee in their frappe’s. They don’t have a bathroom. It was dirty. The cleaner was very lazy although the server was nice and the drinks taste good.

Today, my friend and I arrived to go shopping just as they were opening. I thought it was a little rude that the girl gave us the cold shoulder for arriving when she opened and was getting things ready. We didn't tell her we'd be fine waiting for our frappe, but I did think it was rude.

I always go for a taro and tapioca frappé, and only when there's an elderly gentleman whose age and name I don't know, but who seems to be the owner, that the frappés taste delicious. I hope the gentleman sees this.

As sweet as the server was, it was sadly disappointing, perhaps because we came close to closing time??--They only had green tea, the only drink we all liked was my hubby's pina colada smoothie, they missed the milk & ran out of bubbles for my son's drink. (Note that we paid full price for the latter.) My older son & I said that we should have just had drinks from Michoacan a block or two over. Their shop sits in an interesting old mansion that use to be a hotel. Details (ie flooring), are nice to look at when you step past the counter into the building interior. Nevertheless, with all the competition out there, & with this being the only product they sell, they really need to step up their game & give much more than they do.

Very nice and patient service. This is no way near bubble tea. You must add an arrificial flavor like kiwi or other fruits, otherwise it has “no flavour”. The milk used is Coffee Mate. The tapioca pearls are all mushy and taste an artificial sweetener. The place is pretty ugly too. Absolutely do NOT recommend it.
