I only go to this one. I have one near my house w/ terrible service. I always get good service here. The people that work there are very nice and never get my order wrong. It's on the corner of Vernon and Figueroa. I'll go out of my way to go to this one.

Burger King truly exceeded my expectations! The service was exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff who made sure my order was perfect. The food was outstanding – my Whopper was juicy and delicious. The ambiance was also great, with a clean and welcoming environment. Can't wait to return!

I had another wonderful experience at this BK, and it's all thanks to their outstanding customer service. Every time I visit, I'm impressed by their speed and kindness. Today, I made a mistake with my order, and I approached them with a bit of apprehension, fearing that I might encounter some attitude. To my pleasant surprise, the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They not only allowed me to make changes to my order but did so with a smile. It's rare to find such genuinely nice and understanding service in today's world, and I'm grateful. If you're looking for a place with exceptional customer service, this is definitely the spot to visit. Kudos to the staff for making every visit a delightful experience!

I don't know if they were short staffed that day but the drive-thru was super slow that day. Ordered through the app in order to speed things up, but experienced the complete opposite. Next time I'm getting out of the car and picking the order inside. The food overall was good, the only thing is that I wish they followed the directions on what I wanted on my burgers. They were all made the same. I normally don't go to this location since it's a high traffic area. I would recommend going elsewhere if you can.

They literally forgot about my order. I'm an online order, I came in and 4 other groups of people with a lot more complex orders arrived way after me and still got their food before mine. I only asked for a cheeseburger and some fries, it still took like 20 min or more. I had to ask for it to be done. Apart from that the order was well executed and the staff seemed cautious about their doing, they don't smile but it's alright. But I don't understand how they forgot...

The wait time was unbearable 🫤. I was in the drive through for 15 minutes, without the car moving. We decided to park and go inside to order our food to get out food quicker. I felt bad for the people working in the kitchen but they seriously need more workers here. There were only 3 workers I counted. There was one in the drive through taking the drive through orders, one lady was in the kitchen doing the burgers, and another lady taking the orders inside for the customers in line the restaurant was packed with a lot of people who didn’t even have their food. Then the lady working in the kitchen got mad, at the one taking the customers order, and it was a mess…. I felt bad for the lady taking the orders she seems more older and seems about 50 but they need to be more organized and Definitely whoever is in charged of this place please do a better job at making sure that this place is functioning well.

I’ve been coming here maybe once or twice a year for over 10 years. Every single time they manage to mess up my order or not give me an item. Happens every single time and it’s super annoying to have to check for the stuff inside my bag before I leave and then have to tell them they messed it up and then wait 20 more minutes for them to fix it. Horrible place
