Sunday and you don't know what to do? This button-operated bar is sure to save you. Classic bar snacks, beans, chips, delicious homemade tostadas, and even liver with onions (for true bar connoisseurs). The menu items are more than extensive and moderately priced. Guacamole with castacan (a type of pork sausage) is a great starter, along with a portion of cochinita (a type of pork sausage) because it's the main attraction, and a little bit of chuc (because it's Yucatan). To drink, you can order a black or special cahuama. The price is $300 per person. Super affordable, delicious, and the service is very friendly!
For me, the best roast suckling pig and piglet in the area.

A small but cozy place, we liked the snacks and the super fried beers, we ordered a chamorro al pibil that is enough for two people and ufff delicious, recommended.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and I always ordered the breaded pork at the Temozon branch, but I decided to order a suckling pig torta to share, and it was absolutely delicious—so much so that I wanted it all to myself. I also saw that they were vacuum-packing half-kilo portions of cochinita pibil and suckling pig on the spot; I think it's an amazing gift to take to people from out of town so they can enjoy the culinary gems we have in Yucatán.
The best cochinita and suckling pig in the world!! Don't go anywhere else, it's a waste of money! Eat here! It's delicious!
Delicious food and excellent service. The only thing worth mentioning is that there are two people serving the canned food; sometimes one serves it with more care than the other, which might spoil customers, but it's all excellent. I miss them.
I bought a suckling pig cake and they didn't put the rind on it 😒
We didn't like the food, the cochinita was very dry, tasteless, and the suckling pig was bland.
It's tasty, the prices are good, and the service is good, although I think they need a few more staff. I know you don't eat cochinita pibil or lechon with lemon, but being in northern Mérida, they should realize that a large part of their customers are from out of town, and we think it's a nice touch.

The new concept of a "botanero" restaurant needs to improve its service, because when we went, we got tired of sitting down and weren't served.
