The service was very attentive. I would only suggest adding ice to the drinks, as they are served cold, but after a while they get warm, and they don't offer ice. A very nice place, nice atmosphere.

It's a very colorful place. With different types of music. Because it's enclosed, it's very hot. The beers are very expensive and warm; they don't give you ice. The snacks could be better. They charge a 5% commission for card payments and also demand a 10% tip, and they won't let you leave until you've paid. Even so, we left a considerable tip for the person who served us, and they came looking for us all the way to our car to demand more money.

It's a good place to party with friends; they give away shots throughout the night, and the wings are decent. They advertise the famous "nalgachelas," but I don't recommend them. It's just a michelada for over 100 pesos in a glass shaped like a butt, which you can't take home. I don't see the point in ordering that drink. Ask before you order.

On a Sunday, you'd expect more attractive deals, but instead, the ice bucket was the regular price, they required a minimum food purchase, and they charged you extra for the ice. And they added a 5% surcharge for card payments—a total rip-off. I definitely don't recommend it; for the same price, there are places with a much better atmosphere.

I don't really like clubs or bars, I only went because of my friends, but the back area they put us in stank and there was no air conditioning. Plus, the lights were harsh and the music was so loud I couldn't even hear my own thoughts. That said, the service and the food are the best things about the place, and if you like to drink (which I personally don't), the drinks are nice.

On Friday, which is Salsa Day, the DJ doesn't play salsa; only the band plays five salsa songs, starting at 11 pm and performing two 40-minute sets. The salsa competition goes until 1 am. Honestly, it's not suitable for people or dance schools who want to dance salsa, as there's not enough space.

The initial service is friendly and attentive. Their promotions always come with conditions, and sometimes they charge extra for the sauce on wings. Ice is also charged separately. When you order more promotional items, the service becomes less friendly; it's not rude, but it does become pushy and uncomfortable. We ordered nachos, and they had a couple of fingernails in them (disgusting!), and the wings weren't in the best condition (hairs and stubble). When we complained, they said they couldn't do anything. The atmosphere, I repeat, was good at first, but then it got bad. I would only ever return if I had absolutely no other option for food or drinks.

Terrible service from the waiter demanding a 15% tip when he didn't even treat us like royalty, and if you don't pay the percentage, aside from the poor treatment, he pressures you to leave the place and responds arrogantly when you give suggestions for improvements. A change is definitely needed. Maybe that's why the place always looks empty, even though there are good promos and a very nice place. The food was excellent, but it took a while to come out even though we were the only table.

Especially if you have a big sign at the entrance that says "royal treatment." The most outrageous thing was the waiter's response: "I'll put it to go because I can't cancel." No, my brother, it's not acceptable to pay for something you wanted to eat right away. Be careful, because to have that slogan (royal treatment), they have to significantly improve their customer service, their attention, and the speed of their food.
