Health Ha is a charming little restaurant with a health conscious menu. Before we even entered we heard a good morning from inside the restaurant. Staff is warm and super welcoming. We originally came here because we needed something healthy in our bodies, after days of tacos, the body craves something fresh and healthy. I ordered the waffle with frutos rojos and a latte, while my partner chose to go with a latte and a smoothie. We were both super satisfied with our choice. Will definitely be back for more whenever we are in Mérida.

Whenever I need a pick me up, I head to Health Ha for one of Wendy’s special iced coffees. It’s not just cold and delicious, it’s also got protein powder, which makes it substantial and gives me energy to power through my day. The food is great too. Fresh salads and their signature healthy waffles. But the best part is Wendy and her staff, they really care and exude positivity. Every visit is energizing and restorative. Thanks Health Ha!

The food is simple, correct and healthy. Perfect for those who count calories. Served quickly. You can ask for a recipe of some of the delicious smoothies they serve. I recommend taking banana one with a protein bowl. These bowls taste like a good ice cream. Sincerely recommend.

Excellent breakfast spot. I had the waffle and fruit and my wife had the fruit and granola bowl. Both were delicious. Large selection of coffees and fruit-based drinks. Very clean and nicely decorated dining area. Wendy was extraordinary! Very friendly and patient with us non-Spanish speakers. Highly recommend.
