El crocante de la pizza es perfecto, y los ingredientes son de calidad. A mi gusto le falta variedad de ingredientes pero las que hay son buenas. Las ensaladas de buena porción y muy buenas. Las bebidas bien.

La comida esta riquísima, la pizza estaba deliciosa y el servicio ni que decir, todos muy lindos y atentos, lo ameee, sin duda regresaría y lo recomiendo mucho 🥰🙌🏻

My husband and I went to dinner here and it was fabulous. Their house bread with olive oil and balsamic is so good. We got the bruschuta for an app. I had the pesto gnocci which I'm still dreaming about and my husband had a pepperoni pizza. Everything was delightful and we highly recommend that you eat here. Yum!!! Our server was great too.

We had a wonderful time at the restaurant. The portions were honestly great for the prices and we all found that are drinks were not overly sweet which we appreciate. We shared a family pizza and we ordered pasta for each of ourselves and we were all stuffed. We also enjoyed that the place was nice and clean with the servers being responsive and respectful to what we needed and ordered. Our server, Will, was beyond nice and really helped us with pace with our food and drinks. For his service alone, whenever we get a chance to come back and feel the need for a meal that we know will satisfy us, we will think about this place.

La comida es muy rica y el servicio es excelente. El personal muy amable y siempre atento. Lo único que no me gustó es que el mesero te sugiere el 15% de propina. Es lo que iba a darle, pero me resulta molesto que él te lo pida. Ojalá puedan evitar esos comentarios. Sin duda volveré.

El lugar se siente como que no tiene una identidad ya que la decoración y ambiente de restaurante italiano no combina con la música de rock de los 2000s mas sin embargo no es queja, me agrada esa música pero si se sentía extraño. Esta bien ubicado aunque no tiene estacionamiento por las noches puedes estacionar en las calles laterales. En cuanto a la pizza la verdad esta buena y ya. nada del otro mundo ya que no se podía manejar bien por lo delgada y muy suave. Su menú algo simple, no tiene muchas opciones sin mencionar el hecho de que es una hoja impresa ya algo manchada y medio borrosa. Eso si lo que fue imperdonable es que no manejaran ningún picante mas que salsa tabasco, es raro que en un restaurante italiano no tengan chile seco, tal vez eso pudo haberle ayudado a la pizza. En nuestra visita nos nos sirvieron cervezas al tiempo ya que luego mencionaron que se dieron cuenta que su nevera había fallado. Tuvimos que pedir vasos de michelada, por cierto muy rica, la recomiendo. El costo de la cerveza va de los $55 hasta los $70 en las ultras. Eso si, la atención del mesero Oscar fue muy buena y atenta.

Pizza was ok as was the lasagna. Service was good. What kept them from getting 5stars was the lack of flexibility. They were out of all salads, ok cool. No issues there, it happens. They only had med pizza which was a decent size. But when we asked if we can add ham to the pizza we were denied. They only add toppings to large size pizza. This was silly to me. You don’t have large available to order and you are denying an upcharge to the med. let’s say it was for the purpose of size of topping for cost, that they only have one up charge cost, tell us so. But if you are out of larges, you should be making the exception. There are very few logistical reasons this cannot be done. But I guess I have the make it happen culture for guest. Not a place I’d return to, for food.

We loved the food and the service. The only reason I gave them 4 is because we came for a pizza at 7pm and they ran out of pizzas. A pizza place without a pizza. We had spaghetti and gnocchi instead and they were great.

Pedimos una pizza margarita y una ensalada el mesero nos dijo que la comida iba a tardar 30 min y que por eso sería bueno pedir una entrada; la pedimos a petición del mesero, La entrada fue un formaggio la verdad muy rico, la ensalada Super normal y la pizza de lo más equis; pedimos una naranjada que sabía a naranja rebajada y un aperol spritz horrible. Al pagar la cuenta el mesero nos obligó a agregar propina del 10% o mas a pesar de que el servicio no fue bueno. Se nos hizo caro para la calidad de los alimentos. Su gancho es una promoción de pasta o pizza en $99 pero solo es pizza margarita personal o para pasta solo 2 opciones tipo spaghetti a la crema o en salsa roja; mehhh…

The food was good however the service was not the best one and at the end of the dinner, they were a little unpleasant with us.

Cuando llegamos el servicio prometía ser bueno, pero en cuanto un amigo tuvo una duda respecto a una bebida, el mesero Oscar nos dio el peor servicio. Como estábamos sentados afuera el mesero hacía como si no viera, las bebidas llegaron hasta después de la pizza y cuando solicité condimentos los llevó vacíos.

Fuímos hace unos días mi pareja y yo, parecía un lugar agradable, solo estaba una mesa de 4 personas y nosotros. Pedimos una pizza margarita y unas cervezas, después de nosotros llegó un grupo como de 10 de personas. Y hasta dijimos "uff que bueno que llegamos antes porque sino nuestra orden saldría después de la de ellos". No debimos decir eso 😞🤦. Nos llegó la entrada pan de ajo con queso, rico 😋. Pero la pizza... No llegaba. Nos comentó el mesero que era porque el horno debía estar a cierta temperatura y como llegó el grupo grande de la otra mesa debían meterse todas las pizzas a la vez, etc ,etc y el chiste fue que tardo fácil 1 hora. No me quedan ganas de volver. Lo que me hace darle alguna estrella es la atención del mesero, se notaba que le daba pena la demora y pues se entiende que es algo que no está en sus manos. Nos sacó plática preguntando de dónde veníamos y pues tratando de hacer más amena la espera. Los precios de la pizza son razonables aunque el precio de las bebidas fue un poco exagerada.

Lasagna estava congelado Porque estava frio en el centro La salsa de la lasagna estava muy salado y sobredosis de ajo en la salsa. La pizza está bien pero del estilo con masa mas gorda. Nada especial. Inclusive un pizza del supermercado para hacer en casa inclusive mejor. Comida tardava mucho. Era por causa del lasagna que estava congelado supongo. Mejor ir a otro lugar. Hay lugares mucho mejores en Mérida.

He estado leyendo los comentarios y vi que muchos comensales tuvieron el mismo conflicto que yo. Mi novio y yo decidimos entrar al restaurante, desde el momento enel que entramos el mesero oscar no nosdejó avanzar demasiado en el restaurante sentandonos en una mesa solo para dejarnos olvidados en ella después de entregar el menú, cuando quisimos ordenar, le hicimos diferentes señas para que tomara nuestra órden, pero a pesar de vernos, no nos atendía. Al momento de la entrega de nuestro pedido fue otra mesera quien nos atendió y cuando pedimos la cuenta fue mi novio quien se tuvo que levantar de la mesa y acercarse al mesero para pedir la cuentay cuando finalmente se dignó a entregarnosla, nos pidió la propina. También fue otro mesero (O tal vez el gerente) quien tomó nuestra cuenta con nuestro pago y al ver esto el mesero Oscar se acercó de regreso pidiendo la cuenta y le dijimos que la se la habían llevado.Cuando nos trajo el cambio decidimos dejarlo como propina, fueron 3 pesos que honestamente sentí que fue lo que valió el servicio, y este mesero los miró, preguntó si era su propina y al decirle que si los tomó y se los devolvió a mi novio. No recomiendo que se arriesguen a ir al establecimiento a menos que quieran ser tratados de la peor forma posibe por personas que odian su trabajo .

La comida estaba muy buena, pero tuvimos una muy mala experiencia HOMOFÓBICA con el mesero y el servicio. Llegué primero y ordené, me trajeron mi comida y bebidas como en 20 minutos. Después llegó mi hermana con su novia, pidieron bebidas y comida, pero incluso UNA HORA después, no les llevaban ni siquiera las bebidas. Preguntaron por su comida varias veces y les dijeron que "el horno ya no quería servir", pero las bebidas no necesitan horno oara ser preparadas. 🤨🤨 Después llegó mi otra hermana, ella pidió pizza y en 15 minutos se la entregaron, ¿entonces el horno sí sirve para una pizza pero para la otra no? Cuando preguntaban por sus bebidas y comida, el mesero era muy grosero, y desde que llegaron las veía mal. Al final no comieron nada pues NUNCA les sirvieron su comida. Toda esta situación parece homofóbia y no podemos aceptar tal comportamiento. Muy triste que el mesero (que según el ticket es el capitán) le de tan mala experiencia y reputación a un restaurante tan rico.

Go here if you like your pizza to be drenched in oil and the pasta sauce to be watery. We also found a piece of plastic in the pasta. When you tell the staff you don’t tip them because of this, they get annoyed at you. There were 2 speakers playing different music

The server sadly asked "no tips?" when we abruptly paid and left. Here's why. It was the worst food we had after two weeks in Mexico. Next to that, two very loud speakers were playing different party music. This made it difficult to communicate. The pasta alfredo that was promoted outside for $100 was a tasteless spaghetti with nothing more than cheese and salt. I guess we should have added all ingredients as extras. The pizza Romana had cheddar in stead of cheese, no arugula/rocket (this was informed in advance), barely no mozzarella. It made me not like it in general. Our son was tired and being loud and altogether the atmosphere nor food brought relieve to that, so we stood up, paid and left. To add a positive point: the lemonades were served in big glasses and tasted good!
