The food is good and I understand that delivery times are slow, but I've called more than 7 times and they never have delivery service.

After many years, I returned to a super pizza place, the Sucursal Sur 2, located on the southern circuit, across from the Armando Manzanero monument. My experience today was very pleasant, the girls at the register were very friendly and attentive. I placed a takeout order, buying two packages: one of a VIP pizza with a 1.5-liter Coca-Cola and cheese banderillas, and another package of a leg pizza with Coca-Cola and banderillas. The wait time was good, about 18 minutes.

Tardan demasiado en contestar y además se me hace increíble que en pleno 2025 solo acepten efectivo y no acepten pagos con tarjeta o mínimo transferencias

La pizza siempre me a gustado El día de ayer pedí una mediana y me dijeron 80 mints pasaron 2 h regrese la llamada y la señorita me dijo q me faltaban 20 minutos Cuando le dije q estaba mal no era congruente me colgó Volví a llamar un poco molesta y me pasó a un empleado llamado Raúl q me dijo q ya no tenían repartidor y después q ya me la habían enviado Y yo no salí q si quería la fuera a buscar Para esto mis niños esperando pizza me volvieron a colgar llame de nuevo y me dijeron q mi compañero había sido muy grosero Les comente q iría a ATECION AL COSUMIDOR Me respondieron :Q fuera donde yo quiera Nunca me había pasado pero ya tienen varios clientes menos

Bad service, I waited over two hours for my delivery order, they just kept giving me the runaround about my food arriving.

Pésimo servicio anoche pedí una pizza hawaiana y parecía más una pizza de queso con unos trozos de d jamón contado y piña ah y sobre todo me la entregaron toda fría Espere casi una hora para q me la entregaran cuando me habían dicho media hora

Realicé pedido en línea como siempre lo he hecho y decidí llamar a la sucursal para confirmar mi orden ya que no aceptaban mi pedido seguía saliendo despues de 10 minutos “EN PROCESO” al contestar me hicieron esperar y después me confirmaron mi pedido pero me comentan que el costo era mayor ($50) por el envío, lo cual lo cuestioné ya que nunca me han cobrado el domicilio y en el portal no lo dice a lo cual me responde la señorita que eso no es posible que siempre cobran el envío y ya le dije que no me interesaba el pedido y solo me colgó la llamada sin decir absolutamente nada, muy grosera.

Pedi 2 ordenes de pasta el 16 dia de hoy y la salsa esta echada a perder y se nota que es recalentada por lo quemado de las orillas del plato. Pesima calidad en alimentos

Pésimo servicio, nunca tienen repartidores, no tiene pago con tarjeta ni transferencia, si yo fuera el dueño tendría todos los métodos de pago para no perder ganancias, en fin la sucursal de Francisco de Montejo siempre a sido una pésima sucursal desde hace unos años. Si estás pensando comprar en esta sucursal, te lo desaconsejo, cuando al dueño le interese su negocio otra historia será, mejor no pierdas tu tiempo ni tu dinero.

Pésimo servicio, hice un pedido, tardaron en atenderme porque decían que tenían mucho servicio cuando la verdad se escuchaban que no tenían mucha gente. Cuando me atendieron me dijeron un tiempo de 2 horas, lo tenía en cuenta ya que había pedido antes y llegaban a veces antes y calientes pero está noche tardaron más de 3 horas, cuando pasaron las dos horas volvimos a marcar y nos dijeron que ya estaba en reparto diciendo que esperemos unos 20 minutos más, paso una media hora más y volvimos a marcar, diciendo que ya estaba en reparto, llegó una repartidora de Didi y nos dijo que apenas les dieron las pizzas y las trajo, ella nos comentó que las pizzas estaban en el mostrador y en el tiempo que dijeron no estaban calientes y ni siquiera las habían mandado, solo porque habíamos marcado antes decidieron mandarlas, no la recibimos completa ya que ni las banderillas nos trajo y si estaban frías. La persona que nos atendió nos decía que no se tenían la culpa, que eran de los repartidores cuando la verdad es que era un repartidor de una plataforma y ella cumplió en tiempo, solamente ellos quisieron no hacerse responsables del caso y culpar a otros.

Hoy fui a comprar mi pizza para cenar y las empleadas que me atendieron fueron muy groseras! La cajera se enojo porque pedí unas banderillas en mi pedido y me hizo una cara.... Les dije que su servicio era pésimo y me agredieron verbalmente, jamás vuelvo a comprar ahí , horrible trato al cliente

El peor servicio a cliente que he tenido en toda mi vida. Intentamos tres personas diferentes ordenar un miserable paquete, pero la señorita que atiende pareciera que le explota un pulmón del esfuerzo por responder a la solicitud.

De lo peor en atención al cliente, para poder hacer un pedido via telefónica me contestaron y me dejaron en linea mas de 20 minutos mientras de fondo se escuchaba que atendían a otros, no les lleva mas de 2minutitos tomar una orden y seguir atendiendo.

Las señoritas del mostrador son super groseras, de la fregada el servicio , la comida horrible, primera vez que compro esas pizzas y última, los ingredientes de pésima calidad , debut y despedida

La comida está bien, pero el servicio es horrible, jamás tienen repartidor y siempre te contestan y dejan colgado el teléfono, así que hablas a la nada.

No hay servicio de reparticion y no dan bolsa para los productos el servicio es pesimo nc por que tantos adornos si lo que deberian de cambiar es su servicio al cliente

La gerente solo le grita a los empleados , solo hay 1 persona en recepción , donde no contestan las llamadas . Tardando más de 1:30min de espera para pasar a buscar un pedido , cada vez decayendo

Te dejan colgado al teléfono, necesitan mas personal se escucha toda la conversación y entregas de otros pedidos.

Terrible service. You try to give them another chance and they always ruin it. How is it that it absolutely has to take two hours for my order to arrive? I tried ordering through the website because when I order by phone it takes two hours for delivery, and this time it took an hour just to have the order accepted and another two hours for it to arrive. It's not like I live on the other side of town for it to take that long. I even had to wait for the order to arrive because the website doesn't give me the option to cancel. The pizzas arrive in cold, soggy boxes. It's not the first time; it's happened almost every time I've ordered. They've never been able to deliver a single order on time and correctly.

Truly the worst service. I was kept on hold for over 40 minutes and they never answered. Now I remember why I never order from this establishment. Good for the people who have had good experiences; in my case, the worst. I would give it 0 stars.

Very bad service. I called for an hour and a half and my order still hadn't arrived. The pizza never arrived. I called again to cancel and as if nothing had happened, it seemed like they weren't bothered about losing a sale.

The service is getting worse and worse. They always deliver more than two hours after you place your order, and the pizzas are all cold and hard. It's a shame the owners aren't doing anything to improve the service.

They don't accept 1,000-peso bills, no matter how large the amount. (Unfortunately, it was the only bill I had, because I thought the amount wouldn't be a problem.) Last time I order from that branch! They took forever, the pizza was squashed and tasteless, the stuffed potato was plain and empty—a total disappointment! It's nothing like their Alemán branch!
