I went to the nostalgia concert! The place is very nice, but they're very poorly organized! Distributed! You pay in one place, you order food in another, and drinks in another! The prices are outrageously expensive. The José José and Vicente Fdz concert was good, but the Juan Gabriel concert, which is the most anticipated, was a flop, as were the mariachis! They still have so many things to improve! They use a QR code for payments, but it doesn't work. There were only three waitresses for the venue, and they couldn't even get through because everything was so crowded.

Un lugar viejo, arreglado a medias. NO cuentan con estacionamiento o algún acuerdo, a pesar de tener 4 estacionamientos en una cuadra. Hay que dejar carro en la calle en una zona de mucho riesgo. La organización es pobre. No recomiendo hacer eventos aquí, en estas condiciones.

I came to the Luis Miguel tribute concert; it seemed like an interesting idea, but the organization was TERRIBLE! They segmented the entrance pointlessly, getting in was a nightmare, the sightlines were poor, the seating was all wrong, and it started incredibly late—they opened half an hour late with a saxophonist. It's best to avoid the hassle. From what I can see, it must be the same company that still hasn't learned how to do things right.

A 1-hour line to buy a drink? Really? The worst organization I've ever encountered at a rave. 1 hour right now to buy anything. You actually ask for help, but they don't help at all. Also, add 1 hour for the bathroom.

The space is very pleasant and the audio is very good; however, the staff is extremely disrespectful, aggressive, and poorly organized. I can directly report this individual, who behaved extremely inappropriately and aggressively during the event. I would definitely think twice about attending just because of the staff. Unfortunately, I went to report it, and they ignored the situation.
