The only thing I would change is that with takeout, you should be able to get extra sauce. They added dressing, and when I asked for a container of more Buffalo sauce, they said no, but if I order them to eat in, it's unlimited. It doesn't make sense. The customer service is terrible. Honestly, it's like they're doing you a favor by serving you. Everyone is incredibly rude. I still order from them because I love the fries, but I prefer to order through Uber Eats so I don't have to deal with the rude employees.

Nothing out of the ordinary, the fries aren't even that great. I'd bet they're those frozen, thin, dry ones from a bag. They're a decent snack and all, but honestly, they're not worth the price. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The place is tiny, they don't explain how things work, they give you a cone all messy, and there's no parking. I went in with really high expectations.

The most expensive and bland fries I've ever had! 🥴 A terrible experience because the manager didn't even bother to explain how to serve them. The fries had absolutely no flavor! It's not worth spending over 100 pesos on some simple fries that you can make better at home! They're just hype.

I went on a Saturday and there weren't many people there. It took them a long time to prepare my order. It seemed like they had turned off the oil, since the wait was so long. I ordered a takeout order, and the fries were so greasy they didn't taste good. I won't go again. I don't recommend it.

I didn't find the fries that great. I was a bit skeptical, as they put too much dressing on them and the fries were salty. There's nowhere to park, and I recommend ordering the simple ones for two, as they're plenty for one.

They no longer put enough dressing, and they put very little boneless potatoes and potatoes from the bottom and the rest is plain. They no longer make them crispy and they still skimp on promotion, which is why they no longer have people.

I commented that I was missing two dressings, and all they did was tell me they had sent them, even though I offered to send a picture. She was very rude and kept saying no, asking how she could send me bacon bits and cheese. If they can't send them, the best thing would be to remove them from the platform. Besides, they're not even good enough to put up with this kind of attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Even though they're delicious and the price is good, the wait time for your food is terrible. Over 40 minutes to receive your order. That speaks volumes about the branch and the company. Employees still say that because the orders are large, they don't have the necessary quantity ready. They don't even warn the owner that it will take a while to process your order. A note to the owner so they can improve their service and speed because the restaurant and the quality they offer leave much to be desired. What a shame, really.
