Muy buenas promociones diarias en comida, el único detalle de las promociones es que no se pueden modificar, como por ejemplo AMI no me gusta la mayonesa y a la promo de la hamburguesa no se puede pedir sin mayonesa, de igual forma en el sushi no me gusta el alga y tampoco se puede pedir sin alga.

Es un buen lugar y con muchas opciones de comida a muy buenos precios y sobre todo muy buena atención de parte de todo el personal. Mi experiencia en fatboy me sorprendió, a mi no me gusta el sushi pero siempre se me antoja, asi que me arme de valor y llegué a fatboy de lombardo toledano (que es el que queda cerca de mi casa) y le dije al que estaba en la caja que quería un sushi preparado extrictamente a mi gusto (no había uno igual en el menú) el joven de la caja me dijo: dame un segundo, y le llamo al chef y me dijo, este es el chef, pídele con toda confianza el platillo que quieras y como quieras y el te complacerá. Pues el chef me miro, y con toda la atención del mundo me dijo "que le sirvo señor", pues aproveché y le dije que quería un sushi especificamente con los ingredientes que te voy a decir y o sorpresa que cuando el platillo llegó a mi mesa, era justo como me lo imaginé, revise el interior del sushi y tenía todos los ingredientes que le pedí y exactamente como se los pedí, asi que esta fue mi primera visita a fatboy y fue mi primera vez comiendo sushi. Yo si los recomiendo. PD: si quieres comer barato en un lugar con miles de lujos, este lugar no es para ti. Pero si queres comer barato en un lugar popular y con muchas opciones en el menú para todos los gustos, este lugar si es para ti.

Personally, I love their menu options. If you ask me, it's an excellent place to eat; they have something for everyone, including the best burgers, burritos, hot dogs, etc. Everything is great for eating in or taking out, and the prices are good too.

I'd been there before and tried some delicious chimichangas and tostadas, which felt and tasted very homey. This time I went for hamburgers, and the meat and everything that goes with it was really good. The fries were a little cold, but otherwise very good. The service was a bit inattentive, but all good. Two years ago we came for the first time. The food was good, but we had the unpleasant experience of witnessing an argument between the owner and a waiter, and I didn't like the atmosphere. Three weeks ago, we went back at my son's insistence (all because of a flyer he got on the cruise ship). And guess what? Well, we witnessed another argument between the owner's son and a waitress/cashier. The worst part is that they didn't even try to hide it; they were really yelling and saying awful things to each other. Now we went again (just to please my son)... we sat in the dining room, at the table farthest from the register so we wouldn't witness any arguments. And guess what?... well, this time the waitress and the cooks were raising their voices as if trying not to argue... but this time I can kind of excuse her because there was only one waitress and quite a few people. That waitress really handled it. As for the food, well, it's noteworthy for being flavorful and reasonably priced. The flavor is average. The dining area, although small, is very comfortable. Both the tables and the condiment and extras area are clean. The service is so-so; they're almost always friendly, but I think the stress gets to them, and sometimes they don't pay attention to orders and are constantly checking with the customer. Keep in mind that I'm an older woman; perhaps younger people don't care about the atmosphere or the staff's attitude. 😅

When they have promotions they don't respect the wait time they give themselves, they should really say the wait time or if they don't have enough supply then they should just say it and that's it, the bad thing is that they tell you one time and then they tell you another and that's how they applied it to me, so I better cancel because the last time I asked they told me they didn't know about my order, but they had already charged me.

Hace 1 mes aproximadamente hicimos pedido y estuvimos ahí más de 1 hora esperando, los trabajadores cada rato nos preguntaban que habíamos pedido,y al final nos querían dar comida fría, desde esa ocasión ya no regresamos ni volvimos a consumir ahí. Nesesitan más organización

The worst experience ever! We waited over an hour for our food. I ordered a hamburger without mustard, and the first thing they put on it was mustard. When they prepared the fries, the cheese was completely frozen. There were no chili peppers or bacon. We asked for bacon at the register, and the staff just turned their heads at us. The fries were raw, and the jalapeño poppers were disgusting. They weren't even whole chili peppers; each one was just a quarter of a pepper, and there were only three in the pack. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The food used to be good. I'm so disappointed because I always used to go there and buy food. 🥺

I don't recommend it. I ordered a roast beef burro from DiDi Food (it had everything except meat). I specified not to add guacamole because I'm allergic, and they still added it! They stuff the burros with other ingredients just to look outrageous. For the price, I don't think it's worth it (it's not cheap).

I ordered a donkey through Didi Food. I asked them not to have any avocado on the donkey, since I'm allergic, and any avocado poisoning would occur. Well, the surprise was that they sent me the donkey with avocado. When the order stated that the donkey wouldn't have avocado, their response was that it didn't have any, when the photo clearly shows that it does. I don't recommend them.

Bad place, they try to do everything but don't focus on anything. The BBQ ribs were chewy, the sushi salad was dry, the cake was soggy, and the wings were red and had red spots inside the meat.
