It is an excellent experience, a highly recommended place. The Place. It's not very big, in fact, it's small and a little cramped, but for the service and the food, it's worth it. If a mosquito bit me, I wouldn't get angry and if a fly flew, it wouldn't cause me any trouble. The environment. Although small, it is cozy. The decoration is appropriate, very Mexican and proud. There is a young lady singing live, with a very beautiful and not very strong voice, enough to talk without being interrupted. But from time to time, he sings a piece that forces you to applaud to recognize his talent. The attention. The waiters do their job, but it seems like they don't do it for money. They really show that they are passionate about receiving clients. Beyond treating them as such, you feel that you are a guest, you are very well received. They propose to you, they explain to you, they serve you with a lot of respect and great urgency, I would say that the attention is familiar, but not even in my house do they treat me with so much pleasure and service. It is worth mentioning. The drinks. They are very good, excellent presentation, impeccable in their preparation and the service is expeditious. They don't let you wait long to receive your drinks and continue the visit with pleasure. The food. Exceptional, the cuts are delicious, the preparation is impeccable, the flavors are not very complex but the chef's objective is met without any complaints, it is really very delicious. The presentation is proud and the experience is memorable. The chef treats the meat with great respect, considering the diner, he knows the cooking terms skillfully and it is reflected in the flavor. Everything is presented to make an impression, with care and good taste. The seasonings are well measured, nothing in excess that could ruin the dish, there is no excess in the seasoning, but everything explodes on the palate. There is not much to say, other than a broad invitation to all those who like cuts of meat to dare to spend a pleasant time in the company of a lot of flavor. We will definitely return. When the food is exceptionally good, the price doesn't matter. When the food is exceptionally bad, even if it's cheap, it feels expensive. This place is not cheap, but every penny paid is absolutely worth it. La Palapa de las Carnes is not a meal, it is an Experience.

First time there, we were a group of eight celebrating a birthday, and everyone was very happy with their meal—delicious flavor and presentation. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived; they sang "Las Mañanitas" to the birthday person and even gave them a shot. The parking lot is large, but there are other businesses nearby where we had a little trouble finding a spot.

The food was very good. We celebrated a family member's birthday there, and it was worth it. It's delicious and not overly crowded. The meats are cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is also good, the music is just right, and I would go back for the burger I had. My family ordered a variety of dishes and none of them were disappointing. The rib eye my dad had was good for the price, but he probably won't be eating it again anytime soon.

I went on my anniversary, it was my first time visiting, they hardly had any cuts available, but the one they gave us was good, the place is small, good waiter service

The truth is, the food is delicious... but don't even think about ordering by phone because they answer and leave the phone off the hook. We've called them more than 6 times to order by phone and they do that...

The food tasted good, and the service was excellent. Cocktails are definitely not their strong suit. I ordered a mezcal with red berries... and the berries weren't just unfresh, they seemed to be mixed with jam or a very thick syrup. It completely ruined the flavor of the drink. I didn't drink it and preferred not to say anything, since the menu isn't very extensive either. We ordered a Cuban with Indio beer, but the Cuban mix also left much to be desired. Something else I'd like to mention is that the place is small and not well-ventilated. When we arrived, it was full of smoke inside; I don't know if it was from the fajitas someone ordered. The tables are too close together, so much so that when someone walked past me, their belly or hip bumped into my head or back. It wasn't very comfortable either to notice two waiters arguing about another table. If there are disagreements, they should go and discuss them behind the wall. Or tell the whole story so no one jumps to the wrong conclusions 😆😁. Honestly, I doubt we'll ever go back there.

We asked for medium steak it came rare we sent it back it came back well done seen the servers laughing ,never going back again wanted to say something but wife said leave it alone .and on her birthday too tacos would of been better than that food

We ordered the meat medium-well and it arrived dry. They don't give you a salsa for grilled meats; they just give you a salsa with tortilla chips, and that's it. The place is old, the chairs are dirty. Someone came to ask if the cuts of meat were okay, we told them, and they said they'd see if they could serve them the way you ordered them in the future. We were hungry and didn't return the cuts for that reason. I wouldn't eat there again.
