I didn't like it. There were no fish tacos, no pie, and no wine, so we brought our own, but they didn't know how to open the bottle. They didn't have mayonnaise, and their response was, "We ran out yesterday." The food and the price don't match. The burrito, for example, is very thin. The owner said they only add more lobster for the advertising photos. Half a kilo of lobster is just two tails with about 180 grams of meat. They give you a small plate of beans, a cup of rice, and only one tortilla. The waitresses aren't attentive; the waiters are friendly, but honestly, it's not what you see in the pictures. We wouldn't go back. There were seven of us, and we wanted to leave, but we didn't dare. We ate, and afterward, we went to Heidelberg.

Extremely expensive and the food is awful. For example: The lobster burrito is nothing more than the most expensive rice taco in the world. Nothing like the original Puerto Nuevo #1. It's well worth driving almost three hours to enjoy a good lobster, even if it ends up costing you more.

Extremely small portions. The waiter had a terrible attitude toward service. He said they were short a worker and it took hours. Very small portions. You ask for soda without ice, and they bring it to you with ice. Since I paid with cash, they told me they didn't have change and gave me the change in dollars. The cook very kindly came out to ask us how everything was, but it really was a very bad experience, and it degrades the name of Puerto Nuevo. We asked for an extra tortilla, and they never brought it. Also, it's very expensive for what you get; the only delicious thing was the flour tortillas.

Frankly, the food they serve is a joke. This place is the Temu version, next to Puerto Nuevo Ensenada. Their advertising is completely misleading compared to what you actually get. We paid almost $1700 pesos for three dishes. There's only one tortilla per table, and if you ask for a second one, the waiter gets annoyed. One shrimp has more meat than a real lobster. The glasses are ice-free, the hibiscus tea is lukewarm, and it's very expensive. The place isn't even nice, and their advertising is the complete opposite. They only serve YouTubers; the dishes are so appealing! 😂 You're better off visiting Puerto Nuevo in Ensenada; that's a truly excellent experience!
