Good flavor. Pretty consistent. You'll always get good quality food. Plus, it's very fast and efficient. At other locations you can wait up to 30 minutes, while here you get your food in 10 minutes.

They Don't Care About Adapting to Customers I arrived very hungry and with high expectations because the place looks clean and well-maintained. I was eager to order a small salad and the soup of the day, but my experience changed completely when I ordered the salad. The server stopped me and told me they only had large containers for salads. When I suggested they serve the small salad in any other bowl since I was going to eat there, he simply insisted I get the large one. I was annoyed that they didn't offer any solutions or flexibility, especially since the problem isn't with the customer, but with the establishment. It's not about imposing something the customer didn't ask for. I ended up leaving without eating anything. I hope they improve customer service and learn how to handle situations like this, because the place has potential, but the staff's attitude leaves a lot to be desired.
I ordered a Greek wrap and a Caesar, they were very good 🫶🏻 It's my first time there, and as far as customer service goes, it leaves much to be desired. I walked in and said hello, but the young woman serving was chatting with a guy and completely ignored me. She only came over to see what I wanted when she was finished with her conversation. She didn't even say hello. For many, this might not mean anything, but for a customer to return to a place, you have to treat them with courtesy and respect, because ultimately, the employee isn't just there to do their job, but also to give the customer a good experience!
The wrap was decent, a bit too much lettuce, but the chicken breast was tasty and flavorful. I loved the facilities. What neither I nor my companions loved was the cashier's attitude—terrible customer service. She was wearing headphones, didn't answer, and seemed out of place. The chef was very friendly; he was the only one who greeted and said goodbye. The place needs music; you can hear conversations. I would go back to give it a second chance, but it's not one of my top choices.
Les sugiero capacitar a sus colaboradores , reprobados en atención al cliente ; recibí un trato muy descortés , y no me quedan deseos de regresar ni recomendarlo , la actitud de la cajera muy prepotente . Estuve hoy viernes 6 de febrero 2026, a eso de las 3:15 pm .
Llegamos a las 8:10 al restaurante ( cierran a las 9:00 pm) y no nos dejaron comer en comedor , una actitud muy grosera de los empleados pésimo servicio al cliente .No vuelvo
I arrived, got in line, and the girl who was serving me ignored me and left me standing in front of the counter for about 15 minutes until I complained. She told me she couldn't take my payment because she was waiting for a cancellation. I don't understand why she didn't tell me that instead of leaving me waiting for 15 minutes in front of the counter without saying anything. Very bad customer service. This happened on Saturday at 7 pm on December 20th.
We called and when we arrived to pick it up they acted like we hadn't ordered, and when we showed them the number they said impossible, and everywhere it says the same number, just because it was already 8:25
I ordered the soup of the day. They told me it was potato soup, but it was actually COLD soup (obviously with broth), and instead of potatoes, it was crammed full of celery, tomato, and onion, with three tiny pieces of cheese and a handful of potato. They don't give you things for free, and if you're paying, you have the right to demand quality 😡. As for the service, there's not much to say. The cashier was practically waking up with a chocolate milk.
When I place my order by phone they tell me they don't accept card payments, I place my order, I get to the cashier and there's no service, I speak and ask if they accept transfers (a guy answers, the same one who took my order) I get there and a girl helps me and says they don't accept transfers, not even an apology... I leave from there to another cashier, I come back and the order isn't even ready...
It used to be one of my favorite restaurants... today I ordered through Didi: a wrap, soup, and a drink... the soup was fermented and bubbling (spoiled). I called and they offered no solutions whatsoever... It's clear they have no control over their processes or products. How is it possible that they don't check that their food is in optimal condition for sale?
