The best café/restaurant in Santiago. The location and decor are beautiful—perfect for a date or family dinner (they have board games). The staff is very friendly and service is fast. The hot dogs are delicious and well served. The desserts are also spectacular.

- The restaurant's appearance is among the best in the area. At first glance, it seems small, but it's well-laid out and has ample space. The decor is warm and inviting, and as a bonus, the restroom is very well-maintained and homey. - The food is excellent, with generous portions and attractive presentation. The ingredients look and taste high-quality, and while the seasoning isn't extraordinary, it's very good and above average. Even the tableware is tasteful and vintage, complementing the ambiance nicely. - The service isn't exceptionally fast, but there's a reasonable wait time, and the person who served me was very friendly and attentive. - The cleaning is meticulous, and after each table is served, the table and chairs are thoroughly sanitized.

I ordered a coffee and it was delicious. The tuna salad isn't recommended, but the KitKat donut is a 10. I think this place is amazing at donuts. They have a great variety and the coffee is delicious. I like that they accept transfers and the service is great. If you're lucky, you can park outside. The donuts are really, really tasty.

It's a really nice place, the service and everything. The menu is great too; there's a lot to try. There's just one thing: the frappes don't come with a straw until you ask for it, so the ice doesn't go down as you drink it. I really liked the carajillo, though. Every dish is presented in a very attractive way.

The food was delicious, and they took my order very quickly despite there being other diners. The place has a lovely and charming atmosphere. With all due respect, I think the prices are a bit high. Of course, the ingredients are high quality, but I still think they're a little overpriced. And the friendliness of the owner and the waitress was lacking. They weren't rude or discourteous, but they could smile a bit more!

The place is very nice. The first time I visited, everything was great, both the food and the service; but I was very disappointed with my last visit. The potato wedges were as thick as a sheet of paper 😞 The lettuce salad was horrible both visually and in taste, and the hamburger meat was dry. Well, everything was bad.

The place is lovely and very photogenic, and the customer service is excellent. As for the desserts, the brownie was fine when freshly heated, but after 5 minutes it was rock hard. The crepe was disappointing. The cappuccino was okay, and that's about it. I hope they can improve on those points, because the place is beautiful.

The place is nice and cool, but the downside is that their products are very expensive. The crepes aren't worth the price; you're better off making them yourself. Their value for money isn't great.

Horrible!!! 🫩 Honestly, when they first started, the food and coffee were very good, and they had a good variety of desserts. The last time I went, I ordered a hamburger, and it was truly awful. I took two bites and then left it. The coffee wasn't even close to being hot. If they can't maintain the quality of a place anymore, they shouldn't even bother offering service. I don't think they even had supplies... I noticed one of the guys serving had gone outside for a milk.

They made us change our order three times because they didn't have the products listed on their menus, not to mention that it took them a long time to bring iced tea, in addition to their high prices for the portion served.
