At Fermatta, they had some complications; however, the entire service has improved because they have focused on preventing it from happening again. As a school, they have been able to grow and manage what is most important: the academic aspect and the students. I congratulate them on providing the necessary attention and a prompt solution to the situation, and I wish them continued growth and success in training great musicians.

The teaching staff is highly qualified, passionate, and knows how to adapt classes to the needs and goals of each student. It's a well-trained school with qualified teachers who are attentive to teaching and courteous; respectful and direct. The administration is attentive, the deans are courteous, and adhere to school rules. The financial services are excellent. Geraldin is the most attentive and kind person with whom you can discuss any problem. Like every institution, it has its ups and downs. However, they deliver on their initial promises. Up to my current grade, I haven't had a single problem. I recommend the institution.

I loved my time at this university. I have very fond memories, and they gave me tools that will be very useful in my professional career. I would love for the administration to be better. Everything the professors do well is undermined by their lack of quality in administration.

They're not upfront about the degree issue; they claim to have an exam or a master's degree, but students who have completed everything still haven't received anything after two years. They don't say if they have the necessary approval, but they do sell the idea. The academic level is generally good, but there are elements like the one above that make you rethink things.

Victor Espinoza and José Alderete are the biggest joke in the institution. They claim to be deans, but they don't answer a single message. They can't even provide professors with proof of employment.

We went to visit them and it no longer exists. They answered me on this cell phone, asking me for payment and to send them a receipt and then they would give me an appointment. The school no longer exists. Someone is using the name and logo and is scamming.

Fernando Garduño Vega

This school is awful. There are much better options. All the teachers make students sign blank sheets of paper, and they don't even have insurance to cover accidents. The only redeeming quality is the teachers themselves, but even then, it's not worth it. Especially if they're going to tell you, "Because of the curriculum change, if you fail a subject, we'll send you back to the fifth semester." They don't even have the materials to teach a proper class.

They never answer. I only wanted information, and there's no way to contact them by any means. Terribly bad service. I didn't even get a chance to talk to anyone. Their bot was all poorly programmed.

DO NOT ENTER THIS "SCHOOL" There are some good teachers, but in the two years I've been here, I can only say that two are truly good. The rest, besides being the same teachers, lack any real teaching skills; their classes are boring and not at all effective. As for the administration, I haven't had any problems yet. The facilities leave much to be desired, and the reception staff seem to be there out of obligation. One day I went to submit my registration papers, and the man at the door was rude, to put it mildly. There are better educational options at other institutions; you won't find them here.
