Tlacoyos are delicious! Although they don't have any variety or stews. Only bean tlacoyos, I still recommend them. Add more variety and I'll give them a 5.

Para mí comer las quesadillas y tlacoyos al momento con las salsas son buenísimos pero la verdad ya se siente caro porque las raciones que les ponen ya comienzan a ser ridículas, especialmente las quesadillas de papa. Antes iba todo mejor servido y pedía uno para llevar para la familia pero ahora hasta para llevar si compras 20 quesadillas te ponen condimentos ni como para 10!! La verdad es muy rico pero si antes uno llevaba para toda la familia ahora es un gusto comer una quesadilla para cada uno y ya porque no te llena y hay veces que sí es una burla lo que les ponen a la de chicharrón y la de pollo, más de 25 años comiendo ahí pero la verdad si le subieran un par de pesos pero estuvieran bien servidas como antes lo valdría...

Un lugar para comer garnachas de manera rápida y de un sabor característico del lugar desde las salsas que son bastante picosas con dos opciones y el tipo de queso rayado que utilizan de un sabor muy fuerte. Mi calificación tiene que ver con qué: -No cuenta con baño -Regularmente es difícil sentarse -Y regularmente el trato es muy seco incluso sin llegar a contestar el gracias o ellos diciendo gracias vuelva pronto. Por los que sólo como ahí cuando el antojó es mucho.

Bean tlacoyos ($20) are delicious and filling, although it would be even better if they had a little more beans and a wider variety of fillings and stews. If you want to add stew to your tlacoyo (pork rinds or chicken), the price increases to $30. The portion of pork rinds in the tlacoyo was quite generous, and the red salsa was very tasty and not spicy at all. The service was good and fast, even though there were people inside and outside the shop. 😉

The food is very good, but the staff is always in a bad mood; sometimes they don't even answer you. However, the quesadillas and tacoyos are delicious, the salsas aren't spicy, and it's always packed. The price is between 20 and 30 pesos.

Debo decir que soy cliente de este lugar desde hace más de 30 años, y hoy en mi última visita realmente me decepcionó el que el sabor a cambiado de manera notable, y en lo personal no me motiva la idea de ir con frecuencia a este lugar, ya que el otro tema que también es lamentable es el precio al que venden hoy el producto, $22 pesos ya sea tlacoyo, quesadilla o refresco de 4 a 5 cosas promedio por persona total $110, creo que por este precio hay en la misma sona comida más completa y deliciosa, por lo que en lo personal me parece desproporcionado y abusivo como han subido el costó, quizás lo que les ayuda es el hecho de que el personal qué atiende ya lleva años en el lugar, y siempre las chicas han sido muy amables en su trato, y en lo personal me dió gusto poder ver a varias de ellas aún en el lugar, por lo que seguro muchos de los que llegamos a ir tenemos la misma sensación de encontrarlas ahí, me parece que de mi parte ya no será un lugar que tenga en mente cuando pase a Cristo Rey y decida comer algo en la zona.

I do want to leave a bad review because I've been a customer for over 40 years, and today I went to buy some tlacoyos, and they couldn't give me any salsa because they usually give very little. I think that if they were to look at the success their business has had for over 50 years, it's because of their salsas. The tlacoyos are just simple masa, the beans are just beans, but the salsa is what makes them delicious. And I'm telling you, I've been a customer for over 40 years. Another thing is that after having eaten their chicharrón quesadillas for many years, today they were disgusting. I think that instead of worrying about giving a lot or a little salsa, they should worry about their preparation. I didn't return the quesadillas because I'm a customer who travels all the way from El Ajusco to eat there because I love the tlacoyos and the salsas, but I did find it rude that they restricted the salsa. I bought six pieces to eat there and six to take away, and they only gave me a spoonful of each salsa. I think the takeout tlacoyos need to be much more careful with their preparations instead of being rude to customers with the salsa. The cashier commented that people were upset because they were given too little salsa, so it's a recurring problem. It's not the first time it's happened to me; I think it's happened many times. What I suggest is that to avoid problems, they put a price of $10 for extra salsa on their board. And believe me, I'm not going to ask for it for free. I'm simply not going to eat the food the way they want it; I'm going to eat it the way I like it. And to be honest, after 40 years, today is the first time I've had a really bad experience. I can't speak badly of the business otherwise. The service really leaves a lot to be desired because the people who make the tlacoyos are very rude. They should also address that because, regardless of having been in business for over 50 years, I personally will never set foot in that place again, and I know I won't if they continue like this. If they continue treating people the way they do, many people like me are going to react. We're not going to ask them for free extra salsa, whether it's 10, 20, or 30 pesos. I have no problem paying it, but they shouldn't try to make us do whatever they want. They take advantage of the fact that they sell a lot, but the service is terrible. I can't criticize the place because it's very small, and I know it's always been like this. What saddens me most is that the apparent owner responded, "We always give people too little salsa, and they get upset." I think that as the owner, they can't answer like that. I think that as the owner, they know that if we ask for more salsa, they don't have to give it to us. They can't force us to eat their bland dough. Because I'm telling you straight up, their dough is bland, but their salsas are delicious. I am very upset, and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. If it does happen to you, please report it. After 40 years, this has never happened to me before. I think the people in charge should remember that they depend on customers, especially on food. I'm commenting on the disgusting chicharrón quesadillas. I've never had a more disgusting chicharrón quesadilla than the one I ate today. It's May 31, 2025.
