My recent visit to Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen in Miami Lakes was a fantastic. The moment you walk in, the vibrant and clean atmosphere is immediately welcoming, setting the stage for what promises to be a great meal. The food quality is, without a doubt, a highlight. The concept of building your own "bol" allows for a completely personalized and healthy meal. Every ingredient I chose, from the perfectly cooked protein to the fresh, oven-roasted vegetables, tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. The menu is 100% gluten-free, which is a big plus, and their commitment to using quality ingredients is evident in every bite. My chicken was moist and savory, and the sweet potatoes and garlic broccoli were cooked to perfection. It's a place where "healthy" doesn't mean "boring" – it's a celebration of bold flavors and wholesome ingredients. Beyond the delicious food, the service was truly exceptional. The staff at Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen is a team of "rockstars," as they call themselves, and it shows. The new steak is delicious and very reasonably priced for the amount you get. Make sure to add a free serving of chimichurri tomatoes! Don’t forget dessert. I was pleasantly surprised at how soft and gooey the chocolate chip cookies were. 10/10 recommend!

Definitely not a disappointment! I've been here twice, first time was for dinner and the second for lunch, and both times were great. I find the small bowl to be just right but if you are hungrier then the large will probably be best. I had the jasmine rice and kale salad as my base ( yes you can still get 2 bases it'll just be less of each for a small), broccoli and mushrooms which were a great balance and seasoned perfectly, and tofu (must try!!! I am not a vegetarian by any means and I usually avoid tofu because it's just something that you either make right or wrong and this is how you make tofu right!!)! I also put cilantro and call it a day. You get to pick a sauce from several options and although I've tried a few I didn't see a need because the food is already well balanced. This has been a great addition to the area!

Very pleasant experience! The place is squeaky clean and when I asked the server if I could get a Child’s portion (I don’t eat much), she agreed WITH A SMILE. In a small strip mall; some parking handicapped and not.

I really loved this location. It was very clean, very friendly. The bathrooms are super clean. The food is delicious. I was greeted very kindly by the employee named Lindsay. She was very patient with me as I couldn’t decide what I wanted and also recommended me one of her favorite sauces which I believe was the herb vinaigrette. It was phenomenal and possibly one of my new favorite sauces and when I went back to go, thank her I was greeted by a very lovely woman named Pearl, who went out of her way to go Get the employee so that she could be thanked in person. I thought that was very humble and it goes to show that they’re all a great team who care about each other and care about the personnel I definitely will be back and they gave me a cookie for my daughter, which was so sweet.

There was an employee with a nose septum that was very rude to me and two customers behind me, "We're closing 10 minutes", to my face like I was stupid. She was very unprofessional and unproductive, feeling like I was unwelcome here, if you plan to come by yourself or with loved ones think twice. I wasn't halfway done eating and she pestered me about a tray. Seriously?? Management should do better so they wouldn't allow this to happen! Customers do NOT like to be rushed when they're eating.

The nerve of Bolay Kitchen Miami Lakes mandatory charge. My order total $24.03 I was told I have to make the vents even $24.05 or else. Let me tell you why don’t your pay the cents$ up Bolay. With your high prices. It’s not mandatory in Pembroke Pines. Plus your prices are higher than Pembroke Pines location and your bowls are smaller. Not worth it. Thank God, I had a dental appt. I would’ve left that lunch right there. The nerve, I know not to come there no more.

I’ve ordered from Bolay several times and usually have a great experience, but this delivery order was disappointing. The portion size was significantly smaller than before. For the price, I expected more consistency.
