This place is absolutely incredible! I came with my wife, my cousin, and his wife, and we were all blown away. Amavi radiates major Tulum energy, paired with a vibrant and beautifully crafted Mediterranean menu. We kicked things off with the burrata, the carrot tarator, and the bluefin tuna crudo—each one light, fresh, and absolutely delicious. For mains, we went with the chicken and steak skewers, both perfectly juicy, along with the tagliatelle and branzino. We shared everything family-style, which was ideal because it let us taste it all. The DJ, the fire cocktails, and the whole vibe had us turning up right at the dinner table. An absolute must-try—we’ll definitely be back!

The ambiance of this restaurant can be described as a neutral subdued and sheik .The neutral pages mix with subdued lighting create sexy romantic vibe. We arrived 15 minutes before or rest time and settled at the bar after checking in.At precisely our reserved time hostess approached us and offered a seat at our table.The waitress was pleasant and engaging.we ordered from Miami Spice menu The portions were generous and the food was delicious. Well paced dinner .The wait staff were impeccable and accommodating .At 8:30 DJ came on and created a very cool vibe .The cat walk is located in the middle of restaurant. The fire breather comes on a bit later. The dessert was Dubai chocolate cheesecake!!!!! I would recommend this restaurant ,it has everything ,PLUS!

The cuisine was exceptional: every dish was prepared with care, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. We ordered an array of appetizers, and each one was freshly made and bursting with flavor. You could truly taste the quality in every bite. The food temperature was absolutely perfect — something surprisingly rare to find in Miami. And let me tell you, I’m picky when it comes to steak. I like mine cooked between medium and well — not an easy balance to strike — but they nailed it. I’ve never been to a restaurant where I could describe exactly how I wanted it prepared and actually receive it just right. The presentation was also a standout — every dish was photo-worthy, which made the experience even more enjoyable. And the best part? It’s so close to home! Outstanding new spot in Miami! Amavi delivers on all fronts — beautiful presentation, bold Mediterranean flavors, and a relaxing yet upscale atmosphere. We ordered the lamb chops, rigatoni pomodoro, tuna crudo, bone marrow with tartare, and grilled octopus — every dish was a hit. The lamb was juicy and perfectly cooked, the pasta had a deep rich sauce, and the tuna crudo was light, fresh, and seasoned just right. The octopus had that ideal char and came with a refreshing fennel salad. Service was attentive and warm, the ambiance felt intimate but modern, and the attention to detail (from plating to glassware) made it feel like a true dining experience. Highly recommend for a date night, client dinner, or just when you’re in the mood to treat yourself to something memorable. Will definitely be coming back.

Unbelievable food! Probably the best I had recently. So flavorful and tasty. The dips, bread, pita, salad, chicken were all so so good. I have been to casa neos, motek, amal etc but this place beats all. The service was also out of the world. We learnt this place becomes like a night club later so we have to come back for it too. Definitely my new go to place.

Had such a fun night at Amavi Miami. The vibe is perfect if you want upscale Mediterranean dining with real Miami nightlife energy. We ordered a few mezze, the branzino, and cocktails and everything was fresh and flavorful. It starts as a beautiful dinner spot and turns into more of a celebration as the night goes on. After going to the Amavi in NYC many times I knew I needed to visit the Miami location and I couldn’t recommend more. If you’re looking for an elevated vibe paired with really great food, you have to try! The service was also exceptional. Our server gave great recommendations from the menu including some amazing cocktails. 10/10!

Booked a large party here for a friends birthday and everything was amazing! Service, food, accommodations, everything was great and they were very willing to do anything to make the birthday girl feel special. Bri, the events director was super nice and helped us with anything we needed, and best of all was that she was such a good vibe! She was fun, outgoing, and welcoming. Our service was great, they would remove utensils and change plates every time a new dish came out, the server was also very attentive to anything we needed. Lastly, the food was amazing. We had a family style dinner where the kitchen brought out dishes (they obviously asked us for any preferences before/allergies) and that gave everyone an opportunity to try different dishes for a price that was more than worth it! Would definitely come back here or maybe try the New York location, everyone was very satisfied with the time that was had.

Wonderful experience for a birthday. Had a Saturday reservation for 7 pm for 2 people. Nice and early to enjoy Miami Spice in the late summer months, which was a similar menu compared to the standard menu. Great service by Nadie who was helpful and fun all throughout our dining experience. Great bussers who cleaned the table quickly and were always ready to assist with any needs. As for the food, delish kofta on pita with tzatziki, short rib and truffle tagliatelle. Deserts were standard and had great taste. It may get a bit louder or become a clubstraraunt after 9 or 10 pm, but we wrapped up by 830 and the music level was fine for us during dinner. Enjoy!

There’s a stunning gold mesh netting on the ceiling that catches the light perfectly, and the lighting itself is dim and moody—perfect for a date night or a sophisticated dinner with friends. We sat in the main dining area, which had a great energy. It feels like the kind of place that transitions effortlessly from a dinner spot to a more vibrant nightlife vibe as the evening goes on. The Food We started our meal with a few appetizers to share. First up was the Whipped Eggplant Dip. If you are a fan of baba ganoush or melitzanosalata, you will enjoy this. It had a wonderful, creamy texture—very smooth and light, not heavy or oily. It was seasoned well, likely with a hint of tahini and lemon to cut through the richness, and served with warm, fresh pita bread that was perfect for scooping. It was a simple dish, but executed very nicely. We also ordered the Caesar Salad. I’ve had a million Caesar salads in Miami, but this one was "good" in a reliable, satisfying way. It had plenty of shaved parmesan and the dressing had the right amount of tanginess without drowning the lettuce. The croutons added a nice crunch. It wasn't necessarily the most inventive salad I've ever had, but it hit the spot and paired well with the rest of the meal. For the main course, we decided to go with the Branzino, and this was definitely the highlight of the night. The fish was excellent—cooked perfectly so that the skin was just crispy enough while the meat inside remained incredibly moist and flaky. Branzino can easily be overcooked and dry, but the kitchen here clearly knows what they are doing with seafood. It was served simply, allowing the fresh flavor of the fish to shine through, enhanced by some light Mediterranean herbs and lemon. If you are a seafood lover, this is the dish to order. Service & Verdict The service was attentive and polite. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu.

Salmon was moist and paired with an excellent sauce. I personally enjoy a little extra salt, but that’s just me! Hummus could use a touch more salt to bring it to life, but the texture was on point. Music transitioned from North African vibes to a more Mediterranean lounge style with a live DJ—nice touch for the ambiance. Looking forward to visiting again as they settle in and expand the experience. Definitely worth keeping on your radar.

Came for the Valentine’s Day special. At first glance, thought it was a vibe. Obviously put a lot of thought into the decor and music choice. But as soon as the food started rolling out my wife and I couldn’t believe it. Every single piece of food was flavorless. I don’t mean that hyperbolically it was quite literally flavorless. The only thing that had some sort of flavor was the tuna tartare, and it wasn’t a good type of flavor. They filled it with green onion and it felt like I was eating a bag of Sour Cream and Onion Lays. The biggest slap in the face was the dessert though. We’re paying $300 for the whole meal and they bring out what looked and tastes like Publix frozen dessert. A small red velvet and strawberry tart as the $300 price dessert supposed to cap off the “love culinary experience” Benefit of the doubt — maybe it’s just the pre-fixe menu, and maybe their regular menu is better. But both mains we had (the rigatoni & ribeye) were underwhelming to say the least. Steer clear, not worth the $ by a longshot.

I went here for Valentine’s Day and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. My boyfriend and I chose to sit outside because it was packed inside. As we were being seated, my boyfriend jokingly asked the hostess not to forget about us outside, and she assured us that since we were outside, we would actually receive great service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. We waited about 15–20 minutes before anyone came over to take our order. To our surprise, we were told we had to order from a prix fixe menu, even though the website stated that à la carte options were available. The ability to order à la carte was the main reason we chose this restaurant, so that was very frustrating. I will say that our hostess was wonderful—she apologized and offered us two complimentary cocktails, which we appreciated. However, it then took another 10 minutes for our server to return to take our order. Our drinks arrived before the water we had requested when we first sat down. To make matters worse, a couple who was seated after us received their drinks and were already enjoying their appetizers while we were still waiting. After about 45 minutes with no progress beyond where we started, we decided to leave. Overall, it was a very disappointing Valentine’s Day experience.

I’m a long-time Midtown resident (over six years) and was genuinely excited to check out this new restaurant I’d seen on TikTok. Unfortunately, my first visit was ruined by the behavior of the hostess. I dropped by during a night walk with my dog and my boyfriend, just to glance at the menu for a future visit. I’ll be upfront: I was in loungewear, sweats and definitely not dressed for fine dining at that moment. I fully acknowledge that. However, that doesn’t excuse what happened next. The hostess deliberately blocked the menu with her body and arms, pretended to be on the phone, and made it very clear she didn’t want me looking at it. My boyfriend, who stood back and witnessed the whole thing, was equally shocked and uncomfortable. I was simply trying to plan a future visit on a night when I’d actually be dressed for the occasion. It’s really disappointing because I live right across the street and was looking forward to recommending this place for my weekly girls night. Now, I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I strongly suggest management train staff to treat every passerby with more respect. you never know who’s a potential loyal customer.
