This place was great. I came here my first time in Miami to experience a place that captured the Miami vibe without any of the Miami sin haha. I ordered eggs benedict and they were quite expensive, but delectable nevertheless. The main reason I came here anyways, food aside, was for the view, which I was not disappointed by. I have attached a few pictures so I will let you be the judge of that. Only criticism is that the parking wasn’t so easy, but definitely would do again.

The view is nice and staff are very friendly. We were here for the breakfast, their Benedict eggs were really good! Though they can get pretty busy in the morning, but I think the service, food, and view are worthy for the wait (and price).

A fine dining rooftop bar & restaurant. Honestly, the food did not really meet my expectations. However, the waitress was super nice, they even treated us with complimentary champagne. The views were absolutely spectacular, especially at night. I had both breakfast and dinner here, it is quite pricy but overall, I'd say it is definitely worth it.

The girls bit the town for Area 31 Happy Hour and I am SPEECHLESS!!! The most important detail was the vibes in the atmosphere of the outdoor bar. The DJ was incredible, the drinks were not overpriced during happy hour and the little bites (although definitely little) were DIVINE!!! Do not expect to leave full from these bites. Highly recommend and I will be back!

We had breakfast here 3 mornings in a row. I thought it was quite expensive for what you got and the coffee wasn't great either (too strong). The service was superb (shoutout to Pedro who was the friendliest server and was always so lovely to us!) We didn't have any food here in the evening but it smelt and looked amazing. The evening bar has a great atmosphere and superb staff who can serve great drinks quickly.

The food surpassed expectations, very delicious! Only constructive criticism is that the food could have been served hotter and the restaurant lighting could be a bit dimmer to create a more romantic evening vibe. But will come again! Compliments to the staff and chef

My sweetheart surprised me by taking me here for our anniversary. We came straight from watching a soccer game at the Hard Rock Stadium, so we were a bit underdressed. Thankfully, it wasn't an issue. The hostess was very helpful in seating us. Since it was my first time there, she strongly suggested sitting outside. We were seated by the glass railing; where I very much enjoyed the breeze and view, especially when the sun was setting. Marcus was our server, and he was a true delight. He was friendly, genuine, warm, professional, and attentive - such phenomenal service! I started off by ordering both of their zero-proof cocktails (Plain Jane and the Guess I'll Drive), and they were deliciously refreshing. For our appetizer, we ordered the Parmesan & Herb Crusted Scallops. They were incredibly tasty and seasoned to perfection. For dinner, I ordered the Lobster Bucatini and a side of grilled asparagus; he ordered the Australian Lamb Rack. We were both very impressed and pleased with our dishes. I've never been one for lamb since I was a child, but their lamb changed my mind. (I ended up eating around 10 lamb chops the following week, on a cruise - lol.) Since my boyfriend's birthday is the day before our anniversary, that was celebrated as well. He was surprised with the Area 31 Baklava. And oh my gaaaah - that was one of the best baklava I've ever had in my life! All in all it was perfection for us. Thank you for the unforgettable service and delectable food on our anniversary/his birthday. We will be back!

Beautiful views! Can be pricey but we just went for apps and drinks. We tried a mixed menu including some great specialty cocktails from the bar . Thank you to our server for helping us get the right table and for recommending our entire order. Great setting all over the place and incredible views all over Downtown Miami. Totally worth it.

Area 31, located on a high floor of the EPIC Hotel in Miami, offers a truly memorable dining experience. From the moment you arrive, the modern and sophisticated ambiance, combined with stunning views of the city and river, sets the tone for a special evening. The outdoor terrace is undoubtedly one of its greatest highlights. Whether at sunset or under the city lights at night, the space invites you to relax and enjoy a unique atmosphere. As for the food, each dish shows attention to detail and high-level culinary technique. The seafood is fresh and well-prepared, with balanced flavors and beautifully crafted presentations. The tasting menu is an excellent choice for those looking for a more complete experience, featuring creative dishes that impress both in taste and presentation. The cocktail menu is another strong point. The drinks are original and expertly crafted, perfect to pair with the dishes or simply enjoy at the bar during happy hour. The service is impeccable: attentive, professional, and always ready to offer helpful recommendations without being intrusive. Area 31 combines quality cuisine, excellent service, and an unbeatable setting. It’s ideal for a romantic dinner, a special celebration, or for anyone who enjoys great food with a spectacular view!!!

If you are trying to get the Florida local experience... well you found it. (If you visit area31) Area 31 is in the center of Brickell, on the 16th floor. I know what you might be thinking 16th floor only... well you get one of the most amazing views from it... From the moment we arrived the front desk are so nice and helpful. I always love a good smile, followed with a good time and good drinks. When we got to the the roof, the fun and great talks began. Jaw dropping views.... omg amazing view breath taking views. City view, river view, a view that makes you think what have I done to deserve this... thank you God...... After Enoying the view.. now let's order drinks... drinks are a little more than most places.. but it's expected for the place and view . I ordered a glass of wine $14 my husband ordered whiskey for $15. Again for the place and view prices not bad. Establishment is really clean and well decorated... I love the wood decor and the lamps. I can't wait to visit again. Most beautiful view in Brickell ... so far..

This restaurant is so cool, specially the tables on the terrace due to the view . Is located in a hotel at Miami downtown. Food is nice and not expensive at all. Staff was really friendly as well. I went here with my friend and I have to come back , specially for the octopus and the tuna tartare. If you go try to take the table outside because you can enjoy the whole downtown from another view . Lights from others building and sunset make a unique atmosphere

Beautiful!!!!! Beautiful view of Miami. The atmosphere alone is worth a visit. The food and staff were also spectacular. It is a primarily seafood restaurant and I'm sure you can find more info on that. The experience is what makes Area 31 a gem of Miami. There's a terrace with a pool that can be accessed after dinner, and the potential for pictures and sightseeing is spectacular. If you love Miami, you'll love Area 31... There's not much else to say, just go and experience it for yourself. Area 31 was the spot for the most romantic night of my life.

This was such an excellent meal for our stay at Kimpton Epic. From the drinks to the food to the service, it was an amazing meal. The mezze platter, grouper, and baklava were amazing. Marcus was our server and had excellent suggestions and was so professional yet friendly. I highly recommend this if you’re in the Miami area or staying at the Kimpton. Honestly, just go!

My girlfriend took the lobster and i was also really good, our waiter (alejandro) was very kind and gave us a lot of details about the food, the view is spectacular, you just don't want to leave and stare for hours. Guest of the hotel. Alejandro was fantastic. Everyone was very attentive (my water was never empty) and animated. Drinks I tried: Mucho Mango Picante and the Nutty Old Manhattan. I liked the Manhattan. I also like spicy drinks and I wish there weeks have been more habanero in the MMP. I got the txipirones and the 10oz waygu with shrimp. Loved all of it.

We made a reservation for my birthday and this place lived up to the hype. This restaurant is on the 16th floor and has a great view of the downtown and the buildings at nighttime. The waiter that served us was very pleasant and helpful, he took good care of us. Four of us ordered four different dishes and everything was very delicious and presentable. The edamame was delicious. They also surprised me with a small birthday cake. It was well appreciated.

Had an amazing meal at Area 31 tonight. This restaurant is located on the 16th floor of the Kimpton hotel in the Brickell area of Miami. Had the Lobster pasta and while expensive, it was quite honestly one of the best pasta dishes that I have ever had. The service from the bartender was outstanding as well. I couldn't recommend this establishment highly enough!

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Area 31 Restaurant in Miami, and what a night it was! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like royalty. The modern and sleek decor set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Our server, Steak, was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food? Absolutely divine! Each dish was a masterclass in flavor and presentation. I'm still dreaming of the grilled octopus and roasted bone marrow. And the dessert? A decadent chocolate lava cake that arrived with a candle and a chorus of "Happy Birthday" from the staff! It was truly a special moment. If you're looking for an upscale yet approachable dining experience in Miami, look no further than Area 31 Restaurant.

We had a wonderful experience at Area 31 at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel. The food was excellent. They were able to easily accommodated our gluten allergy. It was also fun walking around the pool and seeing the Miami skyline and bay prior to dinner. We ate outside in June and the temperature was very comfortable.

Area 31 is one of the best restaurants in Miami. Spectacular views from the restaurant on the 16th floor of the Epic Hotel. They recently updated their menu with many new dishes with Turkish inspired flavors. Dinner: For appetizers, we had the tuna tataki, spicy tiger prawns, and ceviche. All of them were excellent. The tuna had a delicious ginger-soy sauce and the tiger prawns were to die for! Our favorite of the new entrees was the Asado. Perfectly cooked and the Korean bbq glaze gave it a sweetness that is unbeatable. The Spanish chicken was crispy and flavorful and the lamb chops were fantastic as well. The roasted eggplant and pepper topping that came with the lamb chops was a perfect complement to the meat. For a side, we had the cous & cheese - a take on Mac and cheese. Wow! It was delicious, finished with breadcrumbs on top for an extra crunch. The Nama Choco dessert was decadent and delicious. Perfectly sized chocolate bites paired with fresh berries and a berry sauce. Breakfast: the Smoked Salmon Pizzette was one of the best breakfast dishes I have ever had. The salmon was high quality and there is so much on the pita. The whipped cream cheese was also excellent. Another dish I highly recommend is the French toast. It is light and served with fresh berries! Overall an excellent experience - Seda and Pedro were excellent servers along with the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area!

𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝟑𝟏 invites you into the 𝘒𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘵𝘰𝘯 𝘌𝘱𝘪𝘤 𝘏𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘭 to experience one of Downtown Miami’s high rise brunch destinations. Overlooking the Miami River, this panoramic wallpaper view provides indoor and outdoor seating. Whether it sitting at the chic interior bar or getting sun kissed under table side umbrellas, a new way to see Miami awaits in every corner. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ Refreshingly balanced mimosas starts brunch off alongside their 𝘚𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘊𝘳𝘰𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘵𝘢 𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘰. As for Area 31 Restaurant in Brickell, FL the food is spectacular, period. I had the Florida Grouper with coconut lime broth, wild mushrooms, potatoes and asparagus with herb oil and matched it with the Parker House Rolls, which I would dip the rolls in the coconut lime broth. Yes, greatly paired, just like a perfect relationship, very tasty indeed. And the service here is extraordinary. I must hand it to Gemma, the manager, she is very friendly, hospitable and the effort of her team shows, they are very well trained in their culinary craft and service.

at Area 31! I can’t say enough great things about Area 31 at the EPIC Hotel! The food was absolutely amazing — especially breakfast. Breakfast was so good! They serve fresh juice and authentic Cuban coffee that’s the perfect way to start your morning. Enjoying breakfast on the rooftop with views of downtown Brickell made the experience even better. The service was excellent — the waiters were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The hostess was also really nice and welcoming. I also loved how beautifully decorated both the restaurant and the hotel are — very chic and stylish, yet relaxed at the same time. Happy hour is another highlight! They offer half-off appetizers and drinks, and the cocktails are delicious. The restaurant is conveniently located close to the pool, so you can even enjoy a margarita while lounging poolside. There’s also a great bar area where you can sip a drink, watch sports, or just hang out. Whether you’re stopping by for breakfast, happy hour, or a night out, Area 31 has it all — amazing food, great service, beautiful views, and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend! 🌇🍹🥐

The place is very well done, located on the 31st floor with an incredible view of Miami, which is definitely one of its strongest points. The atmosphere is more of a lounge or resto-bar than a quiet restaurant, with music, movement, and a lively vibe, so it’s not ideal for long conversations but great for enjoying the energy of the place. The food is well presented and the seafood is fresh. The service is professional and consistent with what you would expect from a venue of this level. Everything feels well organized, from the lighting to the overall attention, and it’s clear the focus is on delivering a complete experience rather than just a meal. Kid-friendliness: Not a kid-friendly place, as the atmosphere and music are more suited for adults. Wheelchair accessibility: The venue has wheelchair access. Overall, it’s a very enjoyable spot with a great atmosphere and a spectacular view, perfect for a special night out or to enjoy Miami from above.

Area 31 has some of the best views in Miami—gorgeous skyline and bay vistas from the terrace make it a must-visit, especially around sunset. The vibe is upscale but relaxed, and the service was attentive. Just a heads-up: it can get pretty windy up there, so hold onto your napkins and maybe skip the hats! Overall, a great spot for drinks or dinner with a view.

Brunch was pretty good. Short ribs eggs Benedict were very flavorful and filling however breakfast potatoes looked like they were frozen before, i.e. not freshly cooked. Tried shrim and drits on a separate occasion and it was really good! A decent choice if you are in the area, but not a destination restaurant. The view outside is very nice, though, especially in the evening.

Great place, great views (even in the 16th floor, not the top of the building) and great service. Cool spot to spend few hours with friends, get a bottle of good wine and some of their well done dishes. The only improvement I see is the environmental music: it should be a little bit louder to cover the street sounds.

Omg the view was incredible ... the food delicious!!! It’s a pretty place to have dinner. The only thing was the music that for some reason there were no more music ... but you should definitely try it! The octopus as appetizer is a MUST!

Service was good but a bit exaggerate, sometimes it felt overwhelming, which is odd because good service is better than bad service or no service. Kind of a weird experience. Great city views. Drinks were Ok, food was good.

This place has amazing views definitely apt for taking a break, chilling and just enjoy a nice meal. Their cocktail drink ‘Nutty Old Man’ was nice, if you like whiskey, that’s definitely something worth trying. The specials for the day were really good. Food quality was great, but i felt it came out a bit cold. I would have preferred my food to come out hotter/warmer.

For breakfast to start I gotten better eggs at Dennys, BUT the VIEW is worth it. Coffee good, drinks pricy. If you go make sure you tell valet your eating there, the restaurant can validate parking "sweet". For sure out of towner place to see.

Area 31 is on 16th floor of Epic hotel. A restaurant with a view. We ordered rosé, cocktails, salmon, risotto and salad. Everything was delicious but portions are small. Loved everything- the view, food and service. Must visit. Valet parking is a hassle so make sure to arrive on time or park somewhere else.

Area 31 offers a really enjoyable dining experience, especially if you’re looking for great seafood in a more upscale setting. The atmosphere feels polished and relaxing, and the city and river views make the whole meal feel a little more special. Service is attentive and professional, and the food quality is excellent overall. It is on the expensive side, so it may be better for a planned dinner or special occasion rather than a casual everyday meal.

I'll begin by saying that our server was exceptional, and the drinks were fantastic. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to expectations, especially given the steep price. We had four drinks, two appetizers, shared the surf 'n turf, and enjoyed dessert, which brought our total to $465, including tip. Overall, I don’t think I would return, as the quality of the food doesn’t justify the cost. The steak was grainy, the lobster mac was watery and had two little bites of lobster. The lobster in the surf n turf was chewy and not a lot of flavor.

As the atmosphere was excellent: everything else failed us a bit.The octopus was good, lamb was not as seasoned as previous visit, first set of asparagus was flimsy and not appealing- had to return and the salted brownie dessert was horrible(sorry) too many different flavors and combinations. Our host was rushing, could not understand him and did not offer for anything else to replace the dessert.Would definitely go back for only the atmosphere and a drink.

Great service and ambiance but the food wasn’t that good. The ceviche didn’t come with anything to put it on. No crackers or toasts. My husband said the Branzino was good but there were several bones in it. My scallops were 3 scallops and 3 potato rounds for $45 and weren’t that great tasting. I didn’t even finish the meal. The lobster pasta was good but I didn’t think there was anything special about it. Nice presentation of the lobster dish. Not sure we’d go back to this place though.

We got the special $200 appetizer, with the clams, shrimp & oysters— it was pretty good and fresh. We ordered the wagyu…. Asked for medium rare, came out as well. There was another person that ordered ribeye, in my opinion, the wagyu didn’t taste the best. I def would recommend the ribeye instead. The drinks were good. The view on the balcony is definitely worth it.

The parking at the hotel is a total nightmare. The place was nice, the ambiance, the view was breathtaking. The food and drinks, in my opinion, were overpriced. The lobster pasta was good but not worth $95. The drink was good but not worth the $28. Service was top tier until the end when our waiter disappeared and we had to ask someone else for the check. Make sure you get your parking discount from the hostess on the way out!

The view is definitely nice. The pineapple martini was good, I ordered the lobster and crab Benedict and it was tasty. I did pull a medium length hair out of my food. They also cooked my partners eggs incorrectly the first time even though he requested them different. Other than that, everything was good. Edit: when receiving the bill they forced an 18% tip onto the total. We would have tipped regardless, however, according to Google it is against Florida law for the company to determine the tip amount. Will not be back.

The views, the chefs and and whole experience is amazing! The food not so much, I cannot say it’s overpriced since it is an expensive place overall. But I wouldn’t recommend this for food exclusively, if you want the whole experience it is great!

During our trip to Miami Beach, we spent the day in down town Miami and had reserved a table at Area 31, which is the restaurant that sits on the terrace of 16th floor of the Epic hotel. We ordered a classic mojito and a Cadillac margarita, both of which were less than spectacular and expensive, so I recommend you skip the cocktails. For starters, we had one of the most uninspiring kale salad we've ever had; the chipotle dressing was very good, but could not save the salad, so it's a total miss! We also ordered the grilled octopus, which was nicely grilled. Not chewy and had a nice charred flavor. It was dressed with, saffron cream and red tobiko (fish eggs), the variety you get served with sushi. Nice dish. We would order this dish again. For dinner, we ordered the squid ink pasta with prawns and lobster pieces and the pan-seared salmon dish. The squid ink pasta was pretty good, mixed in were small chucks of lobster and a couple of nicely grilled jumbo prawns. The dish was pleasant. On the other hand, the salmon was a superior dish. The salmon was pan-seared at high heat, that nicely charred the face, but kept the body nicely tender and not over cooked. The salmon was served over a bed of mashed potatoes, that was nice, creamy and tasty and a couple of broccolini stems, which were a nice addition to the dish. We accompanied our dinner with a couple of glasses of white wine and I had beer. Judging from our dinner experience, we decided to forego dessert. Our overall experience at Area 31 was pleasant, though the food was less than memorable. The ambiance was a bit pretentious and patrons were there for the view and to be seen, rather than for the quality of food or service. If we ever go back to Area 31, it will be for draft beer and appetizers and to enjoy the view. The view of DT Miami is great! For dinner or cocktails, we might go elsewhere.

Honestly the food was a 2, but I have to give an extra star for the rooftop ambiance. Waiter was nice enough but no comments or suggestions. Just took our order. Bloody Mary’s had no flavor and when I asked for extra white horseradish, they didn’t have any. $18 for an ice filled skinny glass flavorless bloody. Wanted to leave. Ordered tuna poke tacos to start. Fish was fresh and nicely cut. Average and nothing special. Chicken and waffles were also average. The waffles were soft, no crisp on the outside. Chicken was dry and not a good flavor. I ordered the salmon Benedict. Was supposed to be on a Portuguese bun but came on an English muffin. Smoked salmon was lifeless and dry. What a disappointment for a very expensive place. Bill was $120 for 2 for brunch including tip. Overpriced. Average food. Nice view. Like I said, this is 2 star food with a 4 star view= 3 stars.

My first impression was 5 stars as it was Friday night and there was an awesome dj, so we could enjoy our great meals along with the music and fantastic views. BUT when me and my husband cane back on a Sunday night, for a happy hour oysters, it was a Terrible experience! First they didn’t know themselves in which area exactly there was a happy hour service, so they sent us to the bar from the rooftop restaurant, and then the waiter there claimed (with a rude attitude) that happy hour is only on Friday. And when we showed a “Sunday happy hour” from their website, he said let me ask someone. Then they sent us to an open lounge area but even then they were confused not knowing where were their happy hour oysters!!! At the end, we found it ourselves as we saw people having oysters there. We made an order at the bar for oysters and been waiting for it for 40 MINUTES!!!!! (We kept reminding them about our order) Seriously??? Does it take so long to bring plates filled with oysters? I don’t mean to be materialistic but the first night we spent over $200 in this establishment and the second when we wanted to come back, we were extremely disappointed as it’s just humiliating and unprofessional to treat loving customers this way... I’m leaving two stars only for a nice review and the tasty food we bought there.

Food was mediocre It’s not as nice as it looks in photos and service is extremely slow, not a busy night. The view is nice, but the table we were sat at was dirty (in the middle of a pandemic) Waited a long time for food, and the drink we ordered first came way after our food had arrived and we finished eating. The waiter was very nice but guessing on the back end things were slow. The oysters were delicious and fresh. The manager and waiter were very kind.

Ehhhh. It was okay The food was overpriced I got the daily catch or something to that effect it was market price ($85) for a branzino which I never tried and it was decent but not even close to worth the price tag. The brocolini was the part of my meal the apps were under seasoned the "Misto" in particular had no seasoning and was $27 for like 4 shrimp and a couple of calamari. The service was good and bad, while the server did a great job explaining the menu he did not listen and anytime he passed out table he wouldn't check in on us and a few times I had to yell to get his attention which was kind of embarrassing. I wouldn't recommend this place if wanted good food at good price and an authentic flavor of Miami.

I did not like the food at all. Nachos have some toppings on top but a lot of empty chips. Not a lot of sauce - very dry. I could not eat the lobster roll. Something was way off. Extremely overpriced for the quality. Nachos, cheeseburger, lobster roll, and 4 beers was $120.

Great food, environment was lovely seemed extremely clean. The service by Max wasn’t pleasant at all. Felt rushed, he wasn’t accommodating like the others and when our meals were done we waited so long we had to walk inside for the check. Would recommend to friends and family only if they don’t have Max as their server/waiter.

I only had their pool menu items but have to say fish tacos were horrible. Especially for a seafood restaurant. Tortillas were soggy tortillas, coleslaw also way too much mayo. It was so heavy and still. Fish batter was also soggy. Just terrible. Chicken wings just ok too. Guacamole was ok but chips were a bit hard. Tuna nachos same, chips so hard you can't even taste the fish. Drinks also just ok. You are on vacation paying top dollar you think they would make at least descent cocktails. Disappointed

Spencer Barrett

Great views and good quality food. Service was kind and very fast, but they bordered on annoying as they were at the table refilling water or taking plates or exchanging silverware every 3-4 minutes. Though the food was good, it was wildly overpriced. We got one appetizer, 2 entres, and 1 desert. With the bottled Evian water and built in gratuity, the bill was $180. Somewhat outrageous price for the quality and quantity of food.

Stayed at the Kimpton Epic hotel February 2026 for 2 nights. We had a 60$ breakfast credit per day and an additional 100$ credit to use over our stay through Chase. Breakfast: Positive: Good portions and food was decent. The servers were very friendly. Negative: 1. it seems like the food is made pretty quickly, but then it sits out on the counter under heat lamps for 10-15 min. This happened both days. The people next to us complained that their food was cold and then got up and left without finishing their meal. 2. There was usually a 30 min wait for breakfast even though there were SO many empty tables. 3. I got an egg white omelette both days. Second day it looked completely different (which is when I realized day 1 it was probably just a regular full egg omelette, even though I paid extra for egg whites) 4. Day 2 they forgot to put an ingredient I ordered into the omelette but they never came back to check in on us, so a second day I paid for something I didn’t get. Lunch: Positive: Service was quicker than breakfast and they being you the food directly to the pool. The servers were extremely friendly Negative: I ordered an 18$ Caesar salad that seemed like it cost about 2$ or less to make. Honestly my fault, but totally not worth it.

We had brunch here while staying at the hotel, and it was a terrible experience. The service was the worst part. Our initial table was awkward. When we requested a simple change, the tall server actually tried to gaslight us, dismissing our concerns about the seating placement. He only moved us after my husband intervened. Once moved, he rushed us to order with no patience. After our food arrived, no one checked on us again—my water was never refilled, despite the staff tending to surrounding tables. I ordered the Maine Lobster Egg Benedict ($32). For that high price, the eggs were completely overpoached—a fundamental mistake for a dish where a runny yolk is essential. The lack of technique is astonishing for a hotel restaurant charging these rates. With rude service and poorly executed, overpriced food, do not waste your money here. Skip Area 31 entirely.

Went for my birthday, wish I stayed home and cooked. I had the lamb chops ate one bite and sent it back, tasted like oiley meat, no flavor way too much oil, STILL GOT CHARGED. Huge disappointment. I had high hopes for this restaurant that they just didn’t live up to. The service was slow and not welcoming. The food wasn’t good at all. I ordered the zucchini fritters and they were overcooked and mushy. The meatball appetizer was okay. None of the food was hot. The brûlée goat cheese salad was disgraceful. There were two globs of cheese with arugula in the middle that was so saturated with dressing that it was inedible. They were out of mushroom risotto but then served a truffle risotto with mushrooms in it. Not worth the $200.

Paying $350 to have the worst BD experience ever ! I just took my mom to have the worst BD experience ever ! We booked this restaurant at 6.15 pm for my mom’ s BD and was specifically told the restaurant on the booking. However, when we went to the restaurant, the first phrase the lady in the black jacket said to us was you are late. Yes, we were late but your valet parking took us more than 10 mins. I think there are so many ways more polite way tell us about the lateness situation that this. She then set us up in the small table while we are family of 4. After we ordered the food I know that the space will not be enough so I told our waiter that the table is super small I think that there won’t be enough space. He said we will make sure that everything is fit. Nevertheless, he never solve that problem. During the meal, I have to ask many time to get refill for my water. The food was ok nothing special. Nevertheless, The masa fries was super dried. The restaurant know exactly that it was my mom’s Birthday, after the meal there is nothing special not even a word saying happy birthday. After finishing paying, I told our server that it is not a happy holiday because today is actually my mom BD. So he tried to offer us a glass of champagne. But after a long wait of checking and bad experience, we have had enough. More over, apart my mother no one on the table drink ( we even order mocktail) After the meal, we found out that the restaurant have to give us a validation for valet parking. The restaurant didn’t tell us anything about it. The valet staffs were not helpful. The guy told us to go back to 16th floor it would not take more than 10 mins anyway. So we went back got the validation. We come back down hand the office the ticket again. We waited for 20 mins and wonder why our car still didn’t come. Then, we saw the car in the far back that look look-like ours so we ask the valet staff for the key. He said we have to ask the girl in the office. The women in the office had our key for the whole time !!!!!! We have to wait for 20 mins in vain. From my experience, I personally think that this restaurant is not the high end restaurant as it claims to be. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

09/18 I barely leave bad reviews but I had to for this place. this place gave me the worst experience of this summer in the US. Since the very beginning the hostess was very arrogant in her behaviour and she had an attitude since the very beginning, we sat outside we waited more than 15 mins for our order and had to go to the bartender so he could take our order, it was a happy hour and as soon as it ended the hostess came and took the menus and we didnt actually order the entree we just had drinks, and she knew we sat way back and didn’t order yet. the food was good, i just didn’t like the service at all. i wouldn’t go back at this place
