I've been ordering for a few months now, and I appreciate the options, convenience, and the healthy high protein options at a reasonable price. They also do a good job of rotating menus so youre not eating the same thing every week, but in the case that I am not crazy about the new stuff there are a few weekly staples that i know I can count on, Great for people with packed schedules trying to keep a balanced diet on a budget.

This was my first time using any meal delivery service, and I probably won’t be using another anytime soon because of the awesome food and service they provided. I’m in the process of moving for school and living between cities, so I was not able to cook for a week. I wanted to eat healthy and stay consistent with my weight loss goals. The weight loss meal plan for lunch and dinner was perfect and met my macros. The food is reasonably priced, seasoned well, filling, and overall delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Athletics fit it's amazing. You can either choose from the plan or just customize the entire order for your needs. Food is fresh, tastes amazing and so far it's the best food prep delivery i have ever tried in south Florida. It can be a bit expensive if you order 3 meals a day but considering today's prices in the grocery store is just convenient. All their food can be done in microwave or oven and it's just extraordinary. The menu, the seasoning on everything is just perfect. Even their flank steak is delicious. Food is delivered almost everyday to you from the beginning on Sunday on so it can be as fresh as possible and never frozen. At least try it, and see if it works for your budget. Rest assured meals , breakfast and dinners are truly delicious. I advice to reach out to Kim, she is the best sales manager and will help you with everything you need. Very honest and kind customer service. Over the top! Oh please try their cottage cheese pie if they ever have it and try their sweet potatoes, those are ultra delicious.

I've been using meal delivery services in Miami for about 5 years now, and Athleticsfit is a favorite. They have one of the biggest selections I've seen (meals, juices, soups, sides, protein in bulk, etc etc), and food is consistently good. Containers are small, easy to open/reheat, and prices are very reasonable. Also, customer service is very responsive and friendly, and I've never had any issues with wrong meals sent or deliveries being delayed/missed (a miracle in Miami!). Finally, website is also relatively easy to use. Try them out!

I am very picky about the food I put in my body and I love the convenience of having healthy, prepped and measured meals delivered fresh every couple days. The food is very tasty, the menu has lots of variety , and all of the nutrition info/ ingredients is listed which is very important to me. I personally really like to use the custom menu builder option and pick my own meals for the week. I will also mention the customer service is really great. Everything was on time and there was lost of communication about delivery. No complaints here.

I love the food in my delivery service. I tried their Thanksgiving feast. My family loved it. The only complaint was no stuffing and when did I start making green beans? They all know that's the only vegetable I don't eat! That's when I had to confess I didn't cook! Was able to to try them through a new app and my family and Inreally liked it. For one, we kept seeing the business and wanted to try them. Luckily we found an app where we could and we made a small order. We picked up and briefly met the owners ( who were VERY genuinely nice and made conversation ). Our family tried the food that day for lunch and we loved it. One was a Thai chicken salad ( yum ) and the other was Meatballs, w fenil and sauce, very delicious. Recommend them not just for the quality of the food, but for being quality ( nice ) people trying to run an honest business. Try them out. If you're busy, the model works for you.

I’ve been dealing with Lana since I started and she’s been great. I had some nutritional questions and she replied in a timely manner. She even added to an order I already submitted after the cutoff date. They will work with you within reason. They’re not crazy expensive but they’re not the cheapest either. I have very little experience with meal prep and delivery services, so this is just about individual meals I picked up with them today using TooGoodToGo. While I was waiting for my order to be brought out, I was intrigued by the vending machine at their Miami Shores location which lets you choose and pay for individual meals. All you do is swipe a card, select the meal you want, retrieve it, bag it and get charged for the meal. There are sides and desserts to choose from as well. It's a great system for someone who just wants to pop in a pick a few meals up for the next few days. I can see how the meals are attractive to those who want a fresh meal service. I got two meals of lean ground turkey with steamed green beans and roasted sweet potatoes. The turkey was seasoned well enough to not have any gamely smell and went with the unseasoned green beans. The sweet potatoes were tender and had a nice cinnamon finish to feel like a little dessert within the meal. I saw the pricing on the meals which begin at $11.99, according to the vending pricing. Their website has more variety, and their premium entrees can go into the $20-30 range. Again, since I do not use meal prep services, I don't know what appropriate pricing is for a nutritionally planned out meal, but it seems steep to have to pay $20-30 per meal for something you're supposed to regularly heat up and eat at home/work. It's hard to sign up for a membership for something you know you can get ingredients for and make on your own for a fifth of the cost. However, I respect the fresh nature of the entrees and clean eating opportunity with little effort on the consumer's part. If the ground turkey meal does have 40+ grams of protein as their website seems to say, it is a big help in hitting macros. I would make another pickup here again in hopes of trying other entrees. If you're looking for a meal prep service, stopping by and doing the vending machine may be a fun way to try them out!

3 stars not 5 simply because most of their meals aren’t seasoned. They’re very bland, often Eastern European dishes like goulash, stewed cabbage, and stroganoff’s. They will sometimes incorporate Asian and “Mediterranean” flavors but again, very bland. I’d like to see more variety with foods incorporating more Mexican influence, more meals with seasoning and spices. Chicken and steak fajitas, more dishes with black or pinto beans for fiber, more American style dishes like burgers and pizza etc. Spice the food up y’all! I do have to say that Kim is amazing and so communicative. She’s their shining star.

Very disappointed in the food quality. The salmon was very good, except the rice and broccoli that came with one of the meals had a chemical taste and was inedible. I also had a chicken salad that was good but everything else was awful. The steak was so fatty and dry. I couldn’t even chew it. The chicken Parmesan was dry and the spaghetti had a bitter taste. I don’t know how this company is getting so many good reviews. I was really looking forward to trying a new meal service will not be using them again. Updating my review because of the amazing customer service. Kim reached out to me to see what she could do to rectify the situation. She ended up giving me a full refund. I definitely respect a company that stands by their product.

Meals dont have good quality, many times I had to throw them away. Like the ones in the pictures below. The chicken was not cooked well, as well as the meat. They call it healthy meals but this is not healthy at all. Last week before ending the service I had to throw them all.
