Azucar Ice Cream in Little Havana is a must-visit! The ice cream is incredibly tasty and is just what you need in the typical Miami weather. The local area is a delight to explore, with its authentic Latin restaurants, vibrant culture, and the charming sight of roosters on every corner. You'll often find old men playing dominos, adding to the unique atmosphere of Little Havana. It’s an amazing experience to visit! Highly recommend stopping by for some ice cream and soaking in the local culture!
Came here to get the plantain ice cream while I was in the area, the staff was super nice and they even gave me some dry ice to keep it from melting in the car on my way home. Totally worth the drive! Will definitely be back here. ❤️
First time to Miami and Little Havana. Daughter took me to Azucar Ice Cream in Little Havana. She said rum and raisin ice cream. Very tasty rum and raisin. Only 2 raisins. But the rum flavour was rum on. Now after writing this review I want more. Nice and creamy and refreshing. Was busy but they know how to serve up the ice cream. Definitely worth the drive to Little Havana and explore all that is offered. Looks like a spot to finish off our trip. Just a bigger serving. Staff were friendly and very clean. Parking is hard to find.
I am not that old but regardless, it's the best ice cream I had in my life, there is a wide variety of flavours and toppings, I took the coffee one, take it with a cone as it is homemade and really good. The service was amazing too.
The storefront is super cute and the employees were super patient when we asked to test some of the flavors, even though it was pretty busy. It is a little pricey (a scoop is around $7), but I would still recommend getting a taste of this Cuban ice cream. Their most popular flavor is the Abuela Maria which has biscuits, guava, and cream cheese, which was very good. I would definitely recommend stopping by!
WOW, you must try the abuela maria ice cream. It comes with maria cookie chunks, cream cheese, and guava paste. So delicious, so miami. I also got the cafe con leche and it was good!!
Azucar Ice Cream is the spot in Little Havana if you want something delicious, unique, and full of Miami flavor. The moment you walk in, you’re hit with that amazing smell of fresh waffle cones and all the bright, colorful energy that makes this place iconic. Their ice cream flavors are out of this world creative, Cuban-inspired, and super creamy. I tried their signature flavors, and honestly, every scoop tasted like it was made with so much love. It’s the perfect mix of sweet, refreshing, and rich without being too heavy. The staff was friendly, the vibe was fun, and it’s such a cute place to stop by while walking through Calle Ocho. Whether you’re a local or visiting, this spot is a must.
Best ice cream I’ve ever had! Super flavorful. Pretty small inside and crowded but worth the wait. Would 100% come back again.
Delicious ice cream, very different flavors than you find anywhere else and very sweet staff. I can't wait to visit again!
Azúcar Ice Cream Shop bursts with bold Latin flavors, vibrant scoops, and pure joy in every bite—sweetness, culture, and creativity all in one stop. Highly recommend
A good place to get there and have a delicious ice cream, the attention from the girls who were in front was very good. They have several flavor options. A place with our Great Celia Cruz!!! Sugar!!!
Omg I just had some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had homemade Cuban ice cream oh yeah certified.. I had a coffee con Leche ice cream that had cookies and cream and coffee in it with homemade waffle cones… I sent all the info to my nephew Josh, who is a food reviewer at JosheatsFL so he can come and get some of this amazing ice cream… while you’re down here little Havana make sure… make sure you visit the ball and chain. Have a drink dance a little bit. Everything down here is amazing. Spend the afternoon and little Havana won’t be disappointed.
Cuban heritage and flavors inspire this ice cream shop. My favorite flavor is mantecado but many ppl go for the guava and Maria cookies flavor. Quick service with some benches inside to sit but no outdoor seating in this corner shop.
Definitely great ice cream in homemade cones. Differed tastes and they were all good.

A great spot for ice cream after walking around and exploring Little Havana, especially in the hot weather. Definitely worth a stop!

Their unique, creamy flavors are packed with rich, tropical tastes, and the homemade waffle cone is a bonus. Friendly staff and great vibes—definitely worth the stop!
Great ice cream and nice service. Abeula Maria is an amazing flavor inherited for generations. Grandma knows the best.
Excellent service and nice variety of ice cream to choose from. Some limited seating inside.
The ice creams at this place are delicious!! loved the taste of guava and cream cheese!!! cookies and cream!!! and birthday cake 🎂 flavors are the best!!! I chose these flavors based on reviews and best decision i’ve made to stop by at this place!! The young staff here were extremely friendly and a accommodating!!!They lemme sample ice creams as i wanted to taste without hesitation!!!! This is a must go place when you visit Miami!!! The little Havana atmosphere outside + the taste of ice creams made my trip beautiful as if I came to Havana!!! I’ve also used their bathroom, they’re kept clean and artistic Lol!!
Tried Cuban ice cream for the first time and loved it!! Lot of flavors to choose from. Must try Abuela Maria and don't forget to take it in the waffle cone. ****Editing this review since we went back for more!!! We now tried Celia and loved it too**** Worth the money and great job at keeping the ice creams at affordable price. Very friendly employees and they had the same enthusiasm even towards the end of the day.
Great Ice Cream place in Little Havana! The sheer amount of flavors was overwhelming, but they have the current flavors that they're serving on the glass once you get to the counter--it was easy to choose from there 🙂. My sister had the Dulce de Leche and I had the Cafe con Leche which includes Cuban coffee and Oreos 🤤. You gotta go if you're in Little Havana on Calle Ocho!
Azucar Ice Cream is located in the heart of Little Havana on Calle Ocho. They have traditional flavors like chocolate/vanilla/pistachio but the original flavors are the best. After sampling way too many, I decided to go with Abuela Maria. The serving size of just one scoop was huge and the ice cream was delicious. Azucar is a must if you’re in Little Havana
I’ll call this dessert place as “catching flight”. We came here literally before went to the airport..we almost missed the flight. Just because I want to end my wonderful Miami travel here. And it didn’t disappoint me, it was so so delicious, and I’m not a sweet person, it satisfied me with not really sweet caramel ice cream. Overall, I’m very happy with it!
Location: 5/5 (Little Havana, Miami) Ambience: 5/5 Options: 5/5 (The varieties change everyday) Taste: 5/5 Price: 4/5 (A bit pricy) Our Story: My wife and I drive for four hours before reaching our airbnb stay. We wanted to relax by going on stroll. The airbnb is a couple of streets away from 8th St of Little Havana where we found this azucar ice cream which was already on our wish list. We chose rum and raisin and their best seller #1 (Abuela Maria). We loved the rum and raisin. We loved so much that we finished two scoops and went back for two more in no time. The next day we had food in versailles and and when it came to dessert we chose to go back to azucar and have the rum raisin when we realized that it was not made that day and we came to know that they change menu every day. We went again on day3 and had best seller #1, which was good. Just give it a try. It won't disappoint you.
This is a must have when visiting Little Havana. Of course, there’s a line but it went fast. Very popular amongst locals as well. Not a lot of seating due to the high volume of people going in. We were lucky to get seats by the time we received our ice cream. I got the abuela Maria and el tio. Abuela Maria is vanilla ice cream with guava marmalade, cream cheese, and Cuban Maria crackers. Yes, it’s as tasty as it sounds. Guava flavor was noticeable, creamy texture, and crackers were crunchy not soft. I forgot what el tio was made of since I went awhile back but it was worth getting. Like any other ice cream shop, you can try samples before buying any. Reasonable prices. They give you a lot of ice cream.
90°F in Miami and the only way one can beat this heat is by indulging in ice cream. So thats what we did when we were in Little Havana - stopped by this cuban home made ice cream store. The minute you walk through that door you will be engulfed in the strong aromas of freshly made waffles. They had a huge list of ice cream flavors they sell but thankfully they had noted their top 3 best sellers - Abuela Maria (guava based) , Cafe Con Leche (coffee and oreo based) and Montecado (cinnamon, nutmeg and egg based). We tried the Abuela Maria and Cafe Con Leche. Both the flavors were great but I personally loved the Cafe Con Leche. The flavors of cuban coffee along with buts of oreo were delicious and I devoured every bite. The Abuela Maria on the other hand had mild guava flavors and we could barely taste the guava in the ice cream. The addition of guava sauce was good and overall this tasted great too but I preferred the coffee one (i am a coffee lover anyways) but my husband enjoyed the guava ice cream. Prices are reasonable and there is place to sit inside and enjoy their ice creams and a couple of tables outside. They also sell cakes for occasions. All in all loved this cuban home made ice cream place in Little Havana. Highly recommend if in the area.
This was on our things to do while vacationing in Miami. We are happy that we got to go the ice cream was Delicious! My son didn’t care too much for the birthday cake but the cafe con leche was amazing. No complaints! :) Great customer service the works were very friendly and didn’t seem to get bothered when asked to try a flavor.
This ice cream shop is the stuff of legend. They have a bazillion flavors so rather than put myself through the agony of having to choose two, I just went with their most popular flavors: the cafe con leche and the Abuela Maria. Both flavors were clearly advertised as having cookies and Oreos and I don’t like additional bread in my ice cream but I persisted :P so this review is for the ice cream and not the bread bits in it… recommended for lovers of good ice cream! PS: I asked them where their wall of flavors went and they said they had to take it down because they were getting review bombed for not having some of the flavors all of the time.. whaaa! Don’t be like that, folks, sheesh.
Azúcar Ice Cream Company in Little Havana, Miami, is a delightful spot that captures the neighborhood's spirit. The ice cream is delicious, especially the Abuela Maria, which combines creamy guava, cream cheese, and crunchy cookies for a nostalgic flavor. It's honestly the best ice cream I've had in a while! The friendly staff adds to the experience, making it a must-visit for anyone in the area.
Place is clean and nice. Staff are really nice, understanding, polite, and the service is quick. The ice cream was amazing. There are so so many options and each day is different. It was so tasty, the quality was great and for the regular waffle cones you don’t need to pay extra. 1 scoop is $4.50, 2 scoops is $6.00, and 3 scoops is $7.00. Each scoop is big which is great. The price might be a bit much, but you get a big scoop with good quality, and with a good quality waffle cone. I really recommend this place and I would definitely come back here again.
Stopped by the place because a local Guide said it was the best ice cream ever! Now I wouldn’t go that far, it was good creamy ice cream and the staff was friendly but it was nothing to write home about. The setup seems kind of backwards you order and receive your ice cream when you walk in and then are directed to the back to pay and then have to make your way through the crowd of people ordering to get out! We tried the top two most popular flavors which were great and and they did have a sugar free option which was nice!
Little Havana is amazing, but Azucar is such a special treat. The ice cream is absolutely delicious. So many options to choose from. It was so hard. I end up getting a double scoop of 2 different kinds and my daughter got chocolate. She said it was the best chocolate ice cream ever!! Make sure to stop here during your visit to Little Havana!!!
The ice cream was delicious! I got a small, which comes with 1 scoop, but the employee gave me so much ice cream than I expected. The flavor Freshman 15 was great. I also appreciated how they didn’t charge more for a waffle cone than for a cup. The price was also fair considering how expensive Miami is. I would definitely come here again!
This charming spot is a treasure trove of unique Miami flavors that tantalize the taste buds with every scoop. From the moment I stepped into Azucar Ice Cream, I was greeted with vibrant colors and the sweet aroma of freshly churned ice cream. It’s a place where the spirit of Miami comes alive! A very busy place worth the wait. I tried the Cafe con Leche flavor, and let me tell you, it’s a game-changer. The rich, bold coffee notes perfectly balance with the creamy sweetness. It’s an experience – one that captures the essence of Little Havana’s lively culture. A must-visit destination in Little Havana. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, make sure to add this gem to your itinerary. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you! 🍦✨
Great place to have good ice cream. They have many flavors to choose from. It might make it hard to just pick one. The moment you walk in you can smell the waffle cones that are made on-site. So it's a must try a freshly made crunchy waffle cone. There was a little table right outside the shop and the restaurant next door had a live band that was playing Cuban music. It just made the ice cream experience extra special.
On a really hot September day we stopped by to cool down with some ice cream. I had the pistachio which was so thick and creamy. My friend had a mango one which seemed really good. Another friend had mint chocolate chip which was shiny and looked light and delicious. Even though there were a lot of people there, there were three or four staff members behind the counter who helped move things quickly. It's an eclectically decorated painted space which makes it fun and interesting for everybody. The ice cream was so creamy and delicious. It kept melting and pouring down my hand so eat it quickly.
Even though it was close to closing time with half an hour left, a friend recommended trying the guava flavor, insisting it was a must-try. I ordered a scoop of Mamey. Yes! I also ordered another serving of mamey fruit because it's quite expensive! Unfortunately, the guava flavor was sold out. 🥲 which opens early, offers guava-flavored ice cream that is really delicious! If I were to compare it with yesterday's experience, I would personally recommend the guava flavor—it's authentic and very Taiwanese!
Azucar Ice Cream is a must-visit in Little Havana! The vibrant storefront and lively atmosphere make it the perfect spot for a sweet treat. Their unique, creamy flavors are packed with rich, tropical tastes, and the homemade waffle cone is a bonus. Friendly staff and great vibes—definitely worth the stop!
I got a small cup of strawberry and mango. I loved it!! The sweetness is very subtle and the flavors tasted natural!! The workers were also kind and they offered samples. I know a lot of people in the reviews said that it was pricey, but I feel like the price is normal for the area/reasonable. Small cup cost $5.50, I definitely think it’s worth it!!! :) if you’re thinking about trying, you should!!
Azucar Ice Cream is the cutest lil ice cream shop! The service is so quick, the employees are friendly and patient with people who want to sample the flavors before buying. They have an amazing variety of flavors and they’re absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend checking out Azucar Ice Cream 🍨 🍦 😋
Azucar Ice Cream in Little Havana was absolutely awesome! The line stretching out the door is a clear sign that this place is a hit. Once you get inside, you’re greeted with an array of yummy treats that make the wait worthwhile. The ice cream was the perfect way to cool down from the Miami heat. Every flavor we tried was delicious, with rich and creamy textures that left us wanting more. The staff were incredibly friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. One thing to note is that parking can be a bit challenging, but it’s a small price to pay for such an outstanding ice cream experience. Azucar Ice Cream is a must-visit spot in Little Havana, and I highly recommend stopping by to indulge in their delightful offerings.
Such a delicious treat on a hot day! Right in the heart of little Havana. My husband had the abuela maria and café con leche (cuban coffee & oreo) both were amazing options, ice cream was super adorable and the flavor selections are endless. Definitely recommend checking out this spot while you’re in the city!
I got to experience why this place is considered one of the top spots in Miami. An amazing variety of flavors with a Cuban touch and located in the heart of Little Havana. This is a must try if you are visiting Miami. One of the best ice creams I've tasted. I had Cafe con Leche along with El Tio and it was superb.
It’s a small place but it has a couple of seats inside and outside. The most popular flavor they have is the Abuela Maria ice cream. It’s a Cuban mix of Maria crackers, vanilla and guava paste with a drizzle of a guava syrup on top. It’s so delicious!! If you’re not sure about that flavor, you can always try it or get another flavor. They have banana, rocky road, vanilla, chocolate and more. The staff there are extremely nice to you no matter what you need. Be prepared because this place is very busy most of the time.
It's a little expensive in my opinion ( almost 7 for one scoop) but unfortunately that is the price of doing business these days. Especially for a place that seems to pride itself in quality ingredients. They thankfully do offer a product that is worthy. The ice cream was very clean tasting and not to sweet. Great flavors to choose from. The cookie monster blew me away. What a gem!
Very colorful and Vibrant ice cream shop. Not sure what makes it cuban ice-cream but it was very creamy. It was so hot outside I didn't really enjoy it like I should have but I tried the Cafe con leche flavor and it was packed with oreo cookies. It wasn't too sweet like I expected it to be. I might come back before I leave and get the Pina sorbet. That was good too. I think the prices were reasonable too.
Delicious! We tried the abuela maria and mango flavors and they did not dissapoint! I was very surprised at how delicious the abuela maria with guava flavor was (no wonder it's their signature flavor). So good that we had to come back the next day!
This is hands down the best ice cream in Miami and possibly the world!! We had red velvet and tres leche which had cake pieces in it. Wow icecream and cake together, what else can we ask ☺️
Came here on a whim and so glad we did! The signature abuela maria was so so good, not something I’d necessarily order but so glad we did. The staff were super accommodating if you wanted to try multiple flavours! This review was made in connection with a toast promotion.
I’m posting this on behalf of a family member who was visiting from New York and absolutely fell in love with Azucar Ice Cream Company in Little Havana. They asked me to make sure I left a review because they could not stop talking about how special this place is. Their first time visiting was a few years ago when they were able to take their mom before she passed. It made the experience even more meaningful, and returning brought back beautiful memories filled with love, laughter, and sweet moments shared together. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with the most amazing sweet aroma and vibrant, colorful atmosphere that truly captures the heart of Miami. The flavors are so unique and rich. You can taste the quality and creativity in every single scoop. Their Cuban inspired flavors are next level, especially the Abuela Maria, which is a must try. Everything is creamy, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Not overly sweet, just pure deliciousness. The staff is always friendly, patient, and happy to offer samples while you decide, which is the hardest part because everything is incredible. They always joke and ask if they can please open one in Freeport, New York because they would be there every week. Whether you are visiting Little Havana or you are a local craving something special, this spot is a 10 out of 10. Authentic, fun, and unforgettable. We will definitely be back for more. 🍨✨

Lots of flavours!!!! Wish I could go back to try all of them. Abuela’s cookie flavour was not overly sweet and nice but wish the flavour was a bit more intense and cafe con leche is nice.
Azucar Ice Cream Company in Miami is hard to miss, thanks to its massive ice cream cone display outside, which adds a playful charm to this popular spot 🍦. The shop is known for its tropical and fruity flavors, and the ice cream didn't disappoint. I particularly recommend the passion fruit flavor – it was refreshing and delicious. However, I was a bit disappointed not to find more of the exotic flavors I had heard about on TikTok. I was hoping to try something truly unique, but the selection felt more familiar than expected. A great stop for a treat if you're in the area, especially if you're a fan of tropical flavors!
Popular ice cream spot right next to Ball and Chain in Little Havana. Came here for dessert after eating at Sanguich, which was about a 10 min walk away. There was a line but it moved quickly. Samples are available. Unfortunately the Burn in Hell Fidel flavor wasn’t available, but I got the Abuela Maria, which had guava, pastry, and cream cheese in a waffle cone. I got a drizzle of guava syrup on top as well. It was sweet and creamy - perfect for a hot day. He employees were friendly. Definitely get a napkin or two for the inevitable ice cream droppings. Credit cards accepted. Limited indoor and outdoor tables are available.
TLDR; come for the coffee ice cream, skip the pistachio The lines here are really long in the evening but thankfully move fairly quickly. You can get half scoops, but for whatever reason, they can only come in a cup, not a cone (but if you ask, they’ll stick a cone on top). I got a half scoop of the cafe con leche and a half scoop of pistachio - the cafe con leche is the best coffee ice cream I’ve ever had, and the pistachio is closer to average. Definitely worth coming here to try the former!
My wife and I came here to check out the historic Calle Ocho and experience some of the art, music, and food of Cuba and her descendants. I had a coffee flavored ice cream with Oreo cookie chunks, and my wife had a mango sorbet, which we both loved! The cafecito from Azucar was very strong, and just what I expected from every story I've heard about the drink.
Really enjoyed the Ice cream here. Ordered the famous Abuella Maria and Celia and they were both rich, creamy, and delicious. The space was filled with lovely decor and there’s a decent amount of seating available if it’s not too packed. Removing one star because the guy serving us seemed less than enthusiastic to be doing so and we got the vibe that we needed to order quickly which isn’t great for first timers trying to understand new flavors.
Expected more out of the famous abuela ice cream - it was good, but very few guava pieces. Service is great though.

We had guava and cafe con lychee, one of the best sellers, but found it to be just okay. The ambiance is very good, with fast service. It's a small place and got a bit cramped while we were there.

I heard good reports. I tried two generous samples. Then I realized I was too full to order any. My loss. Consider the liquor-infused flavors onthe vegan sorbets.

On my recent visit to Little Havana, one spot that stood out was Azucar Ice Cream Company. The massive ice cream cone display outside is impossible to miss and certainly adds to the charm of this popular creamery. Azucar specializes in tropical and fruity flavors that cater to Cuban tastes, offering a unique and authentic experience that's hard to find elsewhere. Intrigued by their reputation, we decided to give it a try. We sampled a couple of flavors before making our choice. The first pick was the Chusmeria, made with banana ice cream, chocolate chunks, and chopped peanuts. Though I'm not usually a fan of banana-flavored desserts, I did take a taste from my girlfriend's bowl and didn't enjoy it as it was too strong with the banana flavor. She didn't like that particular flavor either and while it wasn't my favorite, her disapproval spoke volumes. The real star for me was the mango sorbet. It was exceptionally creamy, with a vibrant mango flavor that truly popped. This refreshing treat was perfect for cooling down amidst the Miami heat and humidity. Overall, our visit to Azucar was a decent experience. The option to sample flavors before committing to a full scoop is a fantastic touch, ensuring everyone finds their perfect match. If you find yourself in Little Havana, I highly recommend stopping by Azucar Ice Cream Company. It's a great way to experience authentic Cuban flavors and beat the Miami heat.
Stopped in after dinner in little Havana. The ice cream tasted fresh and not overly sweet like most other brands Definitely better than average and i would recommend a visit
I think that ice-cream was nothing special. Sorry to say that, but we had better ice-cream elsewhere. Although service was fine and design is cool.
A bit of disappointment. We loved how they decorated the place, but the ice cream wasn’t too special. We tried their #1 flavor (Abuela Maria) and can’t say it was particularly distinctive.

With a giant ice cream sign out front, it's hard to miss. Clearly, it's popular and my eight-year-old daughter loved the Berrygood ice cream. I went for a scoop of the Cookie Monster with brownie and chocolate chip cookie dough and found it below average. It was also $7 for one scoop!

Great range of flavours and very friendly staff. But I was disappointed by the guava ice cream flavour - It was just a plain vanilla style ice cream with small hints of guava and drizzled with a guava sauce. I’ve had some really authentic guava ice cream in India and I know what the taste should be like - sadly this was more sugar than guava 😞
They don’t have all the flavors that are advertised and written on the wall. They had none that we wanted and had some selection of popular ones and some unique. We were disappointed about less than advertised selection and I understand it’s hard to keep a ton of flavors. Than maybe corn up with a schedule or something so it’s expected. The ice cream was good nothing extraordinary. We tried a few flavors. Staff was courteous but not sweet.
Azucar is a popular ice cream shop with tourists and locals in Little Havana on Calle Ocho. We decided to check it out today, 4/29/23, as we have never been there. The shop was packed with people. I get uncomfortable in crowded places, so I tried to move off to the left and sit down before I was knocked over. My brave daughter stood in line. Soon, the line was out the door and down the street We ordered the Abuela Maria (vanilla ice cream with little guava pieces, cream cheese, and Maria cookies) $8.00 for 1 scoop. The second scoop was a Knauss Berry Farm cinnamon roll concoction. My daughter thought it lacked flavor and tasted mostly like vanilla ice cream, which, luckily, she does like. I ordered the Red Velvet ($7.00 for a scoop) and the Cinnamon roll flavor. I couldn't taste the Red Velvet part, but there were pieces of Oreo cookie chocolate pieces that I could taste. The ice cream was pink instead of Red Velvet. The second scoop of the cinnamon flavor was more like creamy vanilla but not like a cinnamon roll. So, to us, this experience was disappointing as we had high expectations. Parking is tough to find because this is a very busy street with lots of businesses, and it is a fun tourist attraction. We love to go to the many restaurants there.
Ice cream is average. I’ve had better ice creams. I had hopes on this place. But the employees had a nasty attitude. They looked at my family up and down and said something in different language and laughed about it. I do not appreciate that behavior. They do offer samples. They don’t have much seatings but seatings cushions are beautiful and unique.

I was a little disappointed 😬 busy location, friendly staff but the ice cream 🍦wasn't my favorite thing of the day. I think I had it so hyped up in my mind, and it was able to live up to that hype. This is a staple in Little Havana and worth a visit for the nostalgia alone in my book.
The place is beautiful, the service was great and I tipped accordingly, But the flavors were very disappointing. Nutella tasted just like chocolate, I ordered it and threw it away because I love Nutella and don't like black chocolate. The flavor "Celia" was made with condensed milk and Malta. Tasted just like regular vanilla. All of the other 6 flavors we tried were meh...
The wait time was short for the order. Their price is on the higher end, but I personally am not a fan of their taste. It was too sweet.

Not worth the hype. I didn't think the ice cream was special. Also parking was difficult to find.
They have a very cool design of their shop but that’s it… the ice cream was so bad… we literally trashed it after trying it 😓 Edit: This reply is hilarious. I grew up eating fresh gelato in Greece. I highly doubt the food standard for “fresh gelato” in EU is inferior to your ice cream shop. If you cannot take any criticism, don’t open a shop. Just cook for your grandchildren
Bad experience.. you’re not the best nothing you did not outstands from any other ice creams. You charge 6.50 for a small cup that I can get better at stone cold ice cream with added fresh fruits and if you don’t know what Stone cold is you need to come to Orlando!!!!! Your employees at night are not friendly no smiles. These kids think we had customer we owe them something. No respect. Your ice cream was a disappointment. I will not recommend your ice cream shop
Had a large group & we stopped our order after we ordered the first milkshake. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude. As soon as I asked for a milk shake she loudly heavy sighed, threw her head back and grabbed her shoulders like it was the worse thing I could have asked for. The entire time she made it she was complaining to her coworkers. After the milkshake was made, she kept waving it at me by the payment counter. I told her I had more & she rolled her eyes & made the same heavy sigh. I left the milkshake and the other 9 people in the group left as well.
Edit: It was you, the owner, who called my comment BS in your last reply. By doing this you just showed us who is the only person in a blue funk here. You wouldn’t have deleted that part yourself, if you thought verbally abusing your customer was the right thing to do. I can spell her name because you are printing it on the receipt! Do you need me to post the photo here? As owner you should be thankful that someone pointed out your service was BAD. At least now everyone could see where this horrible attitude comes from. Stop blaming your customers and focus on your own problem! Original comment: The staff member Janeisy was so rude. No "hi" or "welcome" after we came in, she just stared at us without saying anything, which made us feel very uncomfortable. The ice cream quality was ok but nothing special.
This place is all hype and fortunate to be in a busy, touristy part of the city. The poor customer service was enough to convince to never return again. The employees were all wearing AirPods, seemed like they really did not want to be there. When we walked in, no greeting, they just stare at you with no guidance. It was our first time there, so we were unfamiliar with the flavors. When we asked to sample a flavor, the lady assisting us begrudgingly gave us a sample, and immediately left to do something else and we were left standing there without any further help. When she finally came back we asked for another sample, and it looked like it physically pained her to help us and do her job. We bought their most famous scoop of ice cream, and it’s nothing worth the attention and hype they receive. It’s certainly not good enough to warrant such a terrible, unwelcoming customer experience. You can find plenty of better ice cream shops all over Miami of better quality and service. Also noticing the owner reply they’ll talk to their team about their customer experience issues, but doesn’t seem like they really follow up and hold their team accountable.
