We gathered to celebrate a graduation with family on a weeknight. They were indeed busy because of the Holiday season. Our waiter was Manny Fernandez. Manny was wonderful! He explained everything from the get go! Service, food and drinks were delicious!! We had a wonderful time and want to thank everyone that helped make it such a special evening.

We had our Thanksgiving dinner here tonight and everything was wonderful. April was our server and we absolutely loved her attentive, warm service—she made us feel truly taken care of. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared, and the overall experience was exceptional. We had an incredible evening and will definitely be back! 🧡🦃

Everything is as absolutely amazing. The food the service and the drinks. We got the beef tartare , Australian wagyu , ribeye and the Brussels sprouts. Josmar was our server and he was a great experience. We met the manager and he was also amazing. Literally have nothing bad to say. Absolutely great experience. They have a great happy hour drinks and menu.

It was our first time here and I am pretty sure it would not be the last. We order the croquettes to start and they were good but I do not think I would recommend them. For main course we ate the 35-day Bone in Ribeye chop and it was a good choice also with the two sides one was the French onion Mashed potato and the Crispy Brussels Sprouts. The entire course was selected for our server Chris A. I have to say he was always with a good attitude and always willing to help us in everything. To the end the Chessecake is a must to try, you do not find this kind of cheesecakes everywhere. Overall the experience was amazing and I would recommend everybody to come and enjoy a wonderful time here

Our experience at The Beauty and the Butcher was fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waiter, Chris. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He gave spot-on recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and made us feel genuinely welcomed—not rushed or forgotten. Chris’s professionalism combined with his friendly, easygoing attitude truly elevated the entire dining experience. It’s rare to find service that feels both polished and personal, and he nailed it. Because of him, our night felt special from start to finish. If you’re dining here, ask for Chris—he’s an absolute asset to the restaurant and a big reason we’ll be coming back!

First time and definitely not last the food was overall incredible. The 22oz Dry Aged Ribeye, New York Strip, Duck Fat Papas Bravas, were incredible . The truffle Mac and cheese was good but could’ve used more flavor with the actual noodles. Berry Cheesecake was incredible as well. But without a doubt the best part of this dining experience was our server Manny he truly elevated the experience. Making us feel extremely comfortable and at home.

An amazing place to go and the food was top notch! My mom had an amazing 70th birthday I haven’t seen her enjoy herself and food like this in such a long time. Deneb our waitress was superb! I told her the types of wines I like to drink and she recommended a cab I had never tried and it was a total hit! First time we finished the bottle! The meat words cannot describe the quality of this steak 🤤🤤🤤 first time ever we take no leftovers home. Thank you so much we will be coming back for more!

This is an updated version of my previous 4 star review because honestly, the new staff has earned it. First of all, shoutout to Joel (at the bar 5/19/25) and Joe (who had assisted us last time), you guys are great and management is doing an amazing job with the current staff. I also want to mention the manager on duty, George, who is very attentive and professional. The staff at the bar is very capable, their cocktail craftsmanship is remarkable. The restaurant has a great selection of wines for Happy Hour (which we loved), something we hardly find in other higher end places (again, during happy hour specifically). While most places offer 1 or 2 wines per category, B&B offered 3-4 wines per category. The portions were large, for happy hour, and the food was yummy. We enjoyed their selection of cheeses and meats for the charcuterie board and ended up ordering 2 different charcuterie boards to enjoy with their wines. The dimmed lights and excellent décor, made our quick escapade super fun. The have a series of events going on weekly, like 50% off of wine bottles on Monday, which is great. The new carrot cake, recommended by Joel, was as delicious as he mentioned it would be. I can't think of a better place to go and have some wine and cocktails while enjoying some amazing bites. Shana was a great server and we absolutely loved our meal. Mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts were out of this world and we loved our filet and the pork chop! Top notch all around.

When I tell you this was some of the best food I mean it!!! I took my husband for his 60th birthday and it did not disappoint. We live in Atlanta with an amazing food scene however, this place easily rivals our spots. You must have the perfect pear cocktail, the name speaks for itself!! Joel is the best of the best. Outstanding care taking without having to ask. The mussels are the best in Miami. Smashburger was spectacular And this is not a one time shot. I have been here three times in the last week. When i came alone, my fiancé was upset the i went without her. But don't try to sit in the last seat on the end of the bar. It’s mine.

Beauty & The Butcher provided the perfect atmosphere for a Mother’s Day dinning experience! Everyone was so attentive. It’s very clean and has a beautiful ambiance for fine dining. Our server Manny was friendly and very helpful in helping us narrow down our selection of the many amazing items on the menu. The Manchego & Serrano Ham Croquettes are a must for starters. The B&B Grass-Fed Burger was one of the best burgers we have had. The Dry Age New York Strip was very good especially with the French Onion Mashed Potatoes and the Crispy Brussels Sprouts. We finished our meal with the Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake & the Brown Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookie. The cheesecake came with a pistachio ice cream with crushed pistachios, so good! I definitely recommend Beauty & The Butcher, and hope you get Manny as your server. It was excellent service and made my Mother’s Day that much more memorable.

The sides, cocktails, and overall pacing of the meal were just as impressive. Nothing felt like an afterthought, every detail was intentional and executed at a very high level. This is the kind of place that works equally well for a date night, a business dinner, or a special occasion. It delivers on food, service, and ambiance in a way that very few restaurants do. For appetizers, the hamachi is without a doubt my favorite. For the main course, the best combination is the NY strip with the Brussels sprouts. Everything was perfectly balanced and full of flavor. This is a very nice restaurant to go have dinner and enjoy really good food and a great atmosphere and decor. I can’t rave about this place enough! The service is incredible, the atmosphere was so nice and the Food was amazing! Out waiter Irena was so attentive and very knowledgeable on all items including the bar which was incredible, and the Manager came by our table to make sure we were okay and we had a very pleasant conversation and felt like family. Before we left the bar staff and many others presented themselves and made us feel so welcomed and we really couldn’t have asked for a better night on our 13th year anniversary. Came here on New Years Day. Service was some of the best in the area. Manny the manager suggested the wedge salad and the home made dressing did not disappoint. Dee our server was on point. Went with friends for Miami Spice and it was fantastic! Got there before our reservation and sat at the bar and they have happy hour everyday until 7pm. The Rose & Lychee was sooo good! 100% recommended. Ordered the 15-Day Dry Aged Pork Chop and wow so good, tender and tasteful; the Chocolate Chunk Cookie was great! Our server Micaela was very attentive and knowledgeable.

Scallops appetizer was great, the New York strip with the French onion potatoes was the best side I’ve ever had. The bartender Joel made great recommendations while waiting for the table and did not disappoint he even kept checking on us to see how we were. Jenny, Joel, and Jay gave the absolute best customer service. The drinks were perfectly crafted and so delicious. The smash burgers, potatoes, truffle mac and cheese, and the carrot cake were all insanely good. The vibe was great, and finding a Saturday happy hour is basically a miracle , this spot was a gem. He was very attentive and made the experience all much better. My future husband proposed here and he recorded the moment for us and gave us a little surprise at the end. The food was absolutely delicious, for appetizers we had the ham croquettes, shrimp, and French onion soup. My entree was the Bbq Wagyu steak with asparagus and mashed potatoes and everything was a hit after hit. This is officially our anniversary restaurant we will be coming back every year!

Cathy provided great suggestions on what we should eat and the food did not disappoint. The pasta is delicious including the drinks! In addition, I love love the dessert… it was delicious! We came for a friends birthday and everything was amazing from the service to the food. We had the porterhouse, pork chops, truffle mac, Brussels, mashed potatoes and the dessert was amazing. The favorite was the lemon blueberry cheesecake. Chris was our server and he was great! It can be hard to find a restaurant with good food and service these days. Definitely recommend

We sat at the bar for drinks and had the perfectly charred on the outside New York strip, the Brussels sprouts were the star of the show… … prepared with a tangy Spanish blue cheese at the bottom melted it was a mix of a maple drizzle-it was very savory and also had the patatas bravas and the chocolate hazelnut cake for dessert. Loved the experience and you won’t be disappointed.

Today my partner and I visited Beauty & the Butcher for the very first time, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Her energy is so positive and inviting. We got croquettes & shrimp as appetizers, dry aged New York strip & salmon for entrees, and broccoli & truffle mac as sides. The dessert we wanted was sold out but still, 10/10 recommend!

We went to a cocktail making class hosted at the restaurant. The class was taught by Giovanni Gutierrez. It was educational, fun and we had a wonderful night. Light bites and drinks were served. The staff was so friendly and attentive. We stayed for dinner and our server Irina V was very friendly and hospitable. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for a night out.

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve dinner, with excellent service from Catty and delicious food. The tomahawk steak was presented beautifully, adding to the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. The playlist was just right, and the music level created a lively vibe without being too loud.

The food was great! Service was good but a little slow and they missed a few things. Honestly the best thing I had was the sourdough focaccia, we ordered two of them but could have ordered more.

I can’t say enough good things about Beauty and the Butcher. Our server Shana (or Shay) was awesome, Manny the manager also wonderful, the food was gorgeous in both taste and presentation, and the atmosphere was sophisticated and relaxed (it’s rare to find both in the same fine dining establishment). We cannot wait to return!

I may have ordered thousands of broccolini dishes in my life. This broccolini dish is well beyond what I expected and is easily the best I have ever had. Pine nuts were hidden in a sweet whipped lemon marscapone dollop of joy laid over top of a bed of perfectly cooked broccolini. It was like a healthy dessert. :) This is how you should eat vegetables. Nearly went to the back of the kitchen to kiss the chef. Complex textures and flavors in both lamb dish and the bronzino. The lamb dish had a black bean mole sauce that was a treat. It was the perfect meal coupled with excellent service. Elite service from Yamil, Joel, and Manny. Hospitality is off the charts. They always make me feel like the King of Coral Gables! Every team member delivers professionalism and entertainment. Viva Beauty and The Butcher! You have a customer for life!

Fuimos con mi pareja a cenar. Tuvimos la suerte de que nos atienda Lizabeth. No brindó información sobre la apertura del restaurante. Nos recomendó una carne y vino espectacular. Soy Argentina y puedo dar fé que la carne es buenísima jaja. Pidan que les atienda Elizabeth que ella tiene una paciencia de otro planeta! Sin dudas volvería una y mil veces más. Experiencia 10 de 10. La música divina, el volumen fue adecuado para la cena. AME EL LUGAR

El lugar lindo …. Los camarones ricos pero no los pancitos duros estaban chiclosos …. El manager se acercó y le expliqué fue muy agradable igual que la mesera , nos regalaron el postre Pedí pescado delicioso pero las patatas bravas no fueron las mejores pero el pescado era delicioso También el cóctel 🍸 está rico , volveré pero necesitan más entradas y alimentos para vegetarianos o que no comen carne de cuatro patas ! Realmente me gustó la atención y la buena educación. De todos los del restaurante!!!

Service was great however when it came to the food it felt as if they tried a little bit too hard. The meat was all cooked great but the toppings and sauces were too sweet and I would recommend ordering off the à la carte menu. Mash potatoes weren’t for me but if you prefer silk smooth with close to no bite I would recommend. The truffle mashed potatoes and shrimp were great and would recommend as starters or side dishes.

I went for lunch and was impressed right away. The decor is elegant with a cool butchery touch. I imagine it looks even better at night. Had a ribeye, cooked perfectly, with sides that were just as good. Signature cocktails were excellent (they also have a strong wine list, but I’m a cocktail gal). It’s definitely on the pricey side, but worth it for the quality. Street parking is paid and can take a minute to find. I’ll be back for dinner soon.

The service was phenomenal! We sat at the bar and everyone was incredibly attentive and gave us so much insight about the menu. We came for happy hour and stayed for dinner. Save space for the carrot cake. It’s life changing! Shot out to Jenny, Liz, Manny and Joel at the bar for making our experience. I highly recommend letting them guide you through the cheese courses as well. I will return again!

We came during happy hour on a Friday and the 3 of us loves the food and vibe! It was a little early so luckily it wasn't as packed as it was when we had left. We really enjoyed most of the food and the drinks were spot on! Felt like we tried half the entire happy hour menu and then some. The vibe was what you would expect from Miami on a Friday, and the level of service was nothing to complain about. When you're around make sure to check them out because I highly doubt you will be disappointed. This is a solid 4.8 stars all day long 💯

It was my wife’s birthday, and I chose Beauty & the Butcher based on a friend’s recommendation and my appreciation for a good steak. When making the reservation, I noted that we were celebrating a birthday. Although the occasion was not acknowledged upon our arrival, I was hopeful that the dining experience would make up for it. We began with the Manchego & Serrano Croquettes, which were satisfactory. My wife ordered the steak frites and thoroughly enjoyed her meal; the steak was flavorful and well prepared. Unfortunately, my experience with the $73 Wagyu ribeye was disappointing. While it was well seasoned and cooked to the requested medium temperature, the texture was unexpectedly tough and chewy. I found myself having to cut it into very small pieces to eat it comfortably. For a steak at this price point, I anticipated a much more tender and refined cut. In comparison, I have had more enjoyable ribeye dishes elsewhere at a significantly lower cost. Overall, the highlight of the evening was the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, which were excellent. I regret not bringing the issue with my steak to the server’s attention at the time. While we had hoped for a memorable birthday dinner, the experience ultimately did not meet our expectations.

Every first Wednesday of the month, they do wine tasting night for over $25. This includes 2 hours of wine tasting and charcuterie boards. I decided to try it for this month. The restaurant is beautiful but it was evident this was a popular event because it was so full. We had to wait to see the host, try some wines and get some of the meats and cheeses. There was also limited seating. I tried a few wines and they’re all good. The wines I tried included: Sparkling, Pinot and Carbernet. As the wine event continued, I got wine refills faster. The charcuterie boards were also tasty and included a variety of different deli meats and cheeses. When they were emptied out, they were replenished. I also tried the crispy red shrimp and truffle smash burger from the Happy Hour Menu. The crispy red shrimp was good but the Moroccan spices were a bit overpowering. The truffle smash burger was delicious and the duck fat papas bravas were also very tasty and different than the typical fries. I loved the live music that they were playing and the service was okay. Overall, this event was okay and you can get your money’s worth, if you’re drinking the entire time but I’m not sure if I would do it again. I do want to return to the restaurant to try different menu items.

This restaurant is to big for its Britches. We arrived with a reservation and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. We were told to sit at the bar and we waited for 15 minutes for a bartender to help us. Others during this time were getting seated while they were two persons getting seated in a 4 person table as we waited. When we were finally seated, we felt neglected. Thankfully, are waiter Lars, was the saving grace. He was knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Apps and drinks came quickly, Unfortunately the entrees took a long time but was delicious.

In terms of experience, I had an outstanding time celebrating my sister’s birthday with her and my mother. Our waiter was very kind and funny, and I appreciated his attentiveness with my mother. Towards the end, I did feel that our friendliness may have led him to not taking the role as serious though. My mother takes food very serious. She knows all of her wines and styles of cooking. She cooks international meals, and travels often to try new food. While most of the food was pretty good and a fair quality. The tomahawk steak was just inadequate. My steak had so much fat on it. I had to keep spitting it out into the napkin. it wasn’t the type of fat that is delicious. It was more so those pieces of the fat on the end of a steak that makes everything feel weird. We would have appreciated if the chef could have checked the meat before serving it to us. It’s upsetting that my mother didn’t enjoy her food. The atmosphere, aesthetic, and company culture was pretty outstanding. But we really feel the waiter oversold the Tomahawk steak and I’m still bothered by it. I wish it would have ended a little more special.

This place has all the makings of a Michelin restaurant....EXCEPT... the food is just ... okay. From the moment you sit at the table, you get a personalized placard with your name on it - welcoming you to dine. The service is ever present. They have excellent upbeat, modern music and the lively atmosphere. Just the steak is on par and the sides are okay. Nothing here screams, "I am a Michelin dish!".

I was really excited to come here but I didn’t leave with the feeling of it being the best place ever or that I would recommend. The croquettes were nothing special. The shrimp appetizer was different but better than the croquettes. I shared the porterhouse with my husband. I’ve honestly had better. It should be noted that soda does not have free refills. The macaroni and cheese was delicious! We chose to skip dessert. Carlos was our waiter and he was great!
