I had an Amazing Time!! I came for my Birthday and they made me feel special and brought out a Tiramisu, sang Happy Birthday and it was so much FUN! The service was great, the Carbonara was delicious! The drinks for ladies were 2 for 1. The music was great! Our waiter was Moises and he made great recommendations and was very friendly and attentive. The Manager Catalina was great too. Overall great experience. I recommend it for great food and a nice time. 😊

We had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm and vibrant atmosphere set the tone for a great evening. The restaurant has such a lively yet welcoming vibe, perfect for enjoying authentic Cuban and a touch of Italian flavors. The food was absolutely delicious and What made the night even better was the excellent service. Our server, Moisés, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly cared for. On top of that, the manager, Catalina, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She checked in with us personally, which added such a thoughtful and genuine touch to the whole experience. Definitely coming back! ❤️

Moises is awesome, A+ service. Had the short ribs and Moro rice also the Prosciutto and buratta cheese salad and Caipirinhas all are delicious.

Miami really said eat, dance, THEN party 💃🏽🌴🍽️ Pulled up to @ciaohavana while visiting family and whewww… the vibes were already turned ALL the way up. Walked in to a live band, people dancing, singing, and acting like we all cousins at a family function 😭🔥 Heads up—the music is LOUD, so don’t come whispering… come READY to vibe. Our waiter was super sweet and the moment we sat down it felt warm, welcoming, real family energy. They’ve got an open-concept pizza station where you can watch the chef prep fresh dough and slide it straight into the oven—10/10 because you SEE how fresh everything is. I started with the Chef’s Chicken Empanadas and LISTENNNNN 😮‍💨 I could eat a whole pan. So good. My go-to Piña Colada came in a nice size cup, creamy, not too strong, just right—and that dried pineapple garnish was cute cute 🍍✨ I ordered the Airline Chicken Breast and baby… the rosemary aroma, the Cuban flavors, that SAUCE??? Chef’s kiss. I loved the sauce so much I asked for extra to take home because hunty… you know I love a good meal 😌 My cousin also got the chicken empanadas (no complaints), plus a fresh pepperoni pizza you can literally watch being made in the video—cheesy, hot, and hitting. Lemonade was solid too. My bill was $61.31 with 18% service charge included. AND HERE’S THE PLOT TWIST 👀—right in front of us, they cleared the tables and turned the restaurant into a nightclub. I got a VIP sneak peek of Cosanostra Miami before opening. Hidden behind a door that looks like a wine cellar, mid-size space, good seating, great security, and super convenient. Eat dinner ➡️ keep the party going. I loved that. Food was 🔟/🔟 (especially that Airline Chicken). Would definitely recommend. 🌿 A Truly Unforgettable Baby Shower Experience at Ciao Havana! 🌸 I had the absolute pleasure of hosting my baby shower this past Saturday at Ciao Havana, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the experience! From the very beginning, I worked closely with Melissa, who guided me through the planning process with care and professionalism. She took the time to meet with me, walk me through their menu, and discuss pricing per guest. Her clear communication made planning so much easier! Especially for me that I don’t live locally in Miami, I am from out of town. On the day of the event, I was warmly supported by Catalina, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was picture-perfect. Her attentiveness and kindness were felt throughout the entire event. She listened to my requests and she delivered, I also allowed her creativity to flow and I was open minded with ideas she brought in and gave her my vision. She made it come true! Originally, I had reserved the beautiful outdoor terrace, but due to an incoming heat wave, the general manager Agustín and the amazing staff took it upon themselves to relocate the event to their indoor club space, which conveniently connects to the terrace. This thoughtful gesture ensured a cool, comfortable celebration for everyone—and they even allowed us to use both spaces! Agustín and Chef Ochoa were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Ochoa even assisted me in arranging some of the decorations and party favors I brought, and made sure everything was presented with elegance and style. The level of care and hospitality from everyone on staff truly touched my heart. Now let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal! My guests are still raving about the delicious menu: • Spaghetti with a spicy kick (perfect for the spice lovers!) • Moro rice & vaca frita • Maduros (sweet plantains) • Milanesa de pollo • Plus amazing appetizers like the prosciutto & cheese board and fried calamari Every bite was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The portions were generous, and every dish was a hit! The ambiance, decor, and overall vibe made the entire celebration feel magical. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. This experience was not only memorable—it was meaningful. 💕 If you’re looking for a venue that’s not only visually stunning but staffed with genuinely caring and capable professionals, I highly recommend Ciao Havana—10 out of 10! Ciao Havana – Little Havana, Miami I recently visited Ciao Havana for drinks and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. While I didn’t dine, I sat at the bar where the bartender was attentive, contributing to a very welcoming atmosphere. The venue was lively and full, enhanced by an excellent live band that created an engaging and energetic ambiance. One of the highlights was discovering a hidden nightclub, Cosanostra, located behind a discreet door within the venue. Although it wasn’t open during my visit, I had the opportunity to take a look inside—it’s a visually stunning space that undoubtedly comes alive much later in the evening. Overall, Ciao Havana offers a vibrant setting, quality service, and an intriguing twist with its hidden nightclub. I look forward to returning for the full experience.

5 star restaurants. Everything was awesome. The warm welcome, the Cuban music of the house band, the service and finally the food. We ordered a margarita pizza, salmon, pasta pesto and house salad- all was perfect! They have 2 for one cocktail until the evening hours. Enjoy!

Great Italian Restaurant in the heart of Little Havana! Atmosphere was cool with outdoor seating and large indoor dining with bar and area for band with live music Food was delicious and nice assortment of drinks were offered. Good Happy Hour if you can get there in time. Service was very attentive and accommodating when it came to bringing our own BD cake and splitting the bill!

The atmosphere alone is worth the visit, with beautiful stained glass lights, thoughtful floral details, and a warm, vibrant Cuban vibe that makes you feel instantly welcome. Our server, Oscar, was absolutely exceptional. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and his recommendations were spot on. He suggested the short rib paired with tostones which was a lovely combination. He also recommended an amazing wine that complemented the meal perfectly. The Cuban food was outstanding, full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The entire staff was lovely and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. From the food to the service to the ambiance, everything was top tier. I can’t wait to come back and highly recommend Ciao Havana to anyone looking for incredible Cuban food and an unforgettable dining experience.

Beautiful ambience, sat on a table right on the street which felt very European! Service was excellent with such a friendly server who gave great recommendations! We had the croquettes and fried squid to begin which was amazing! (The squid ink tartar sauce is unique!) Mains we got the Frutti De Mare pasta and Cuban Masitas both of which were fantastic! 10/10 recommend!

I came to Little Havana because I was craving a burger from Skinny Louie. Something quick and easy. However, after parking my car, I heard this BEAUTIFUL trumpet playing from Ciao Havana and decided to actually sit down and enjoy a nice meal while listening to some live music. The weather was perfectly chilly so I sat outside. The hostess, Nancy, was extremely nice and greeted me with a warm smile. My server, Dianela, was very attentive and friendly. The food was fantastic as well. I ordered the Ropa Vieja with Moro Rice and Plantains. As someone with a Hispanic background, this is comfort food for me and not really that special haha. However, I will say, the plantains here were FANTASTIC. There was a nice crispy edge and the inside was cooked to perfection. The Ropa Vieja also tasted really delicious. Shout out to the band, Wicho Y Su Proyecto Son, for making an ordinary Wednesday night into a magical one! I’ll definitely be back (:

We walked into Ciao Havana without reservations and left feeling like we’d just had dinner with family. This place is pure magic. First, our server Moises was absolutely incredible, warm, super attentive, and made every moment perfect. He guided us through the menu with spot-on recommendations, checked on us just the right amount, and was attentive the whole night. Moises is the kind of server who turns a great meal into an unforgettable experience. He deserves every praise and compliment in the world! A huge thank-you also to the restaurant manager Catalina. She stopped by our table multiple times, asked how everything was, gave us insider tips about the dishes and Little Havana, and did it all with the best sense of humor and genuine kindness. Her energy and care for every guest is obvious the second you walk in. Catalina is clearly the heart and soul of this place and runs it with so much love. Everything was 10/10. We’ll be back every single time we’re in Miami, and we’ll be asking for Moises and saying hi to Catalina by name. Thank you both for making our night so special. Little Havana wouldn’t be the same without you! ¡Mil gracias! Highly, highly recommend Ciao Havana.

Had a great experience at Ciao Havana. I decided to sit at the bar and it turned out to be the perfect spot to enjoy the evening. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere has a great vibe, blending a lively Havana feel with a comfortable, relaxed setting. The bartenders were fantastic and made sure everything was just right throughout the night. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, enjoy great food and drinks, and feel taken care of at the same time. The food was decent, not extraordinary though. When we were seated, the live music was warming up so we asked to be moved closer to the outside tables because of how loud it was, but we were still seated inside. The second table was a little quieter because we were blocked from the music. The band was quite loud, but you were still able to talk over it for the most part. Thankfully, after the band warmed up, they turned off the regular music so there wasn't a conflict and extra noise. After our server took our order and brought our drinks and food, he never returned to see if everything was OK. We had to flag him down after waiting quite a while to get our check. He walked over and said "yes?" as if it wasn't obvious that we were finished with our meals. Thankfully a different server had come by to refill our water glasses. One thing I've learned in Miami, with the built-in tip, service is generally subpar. They know they're getting a tip regardless and they never go out of the way to give very good or excellent service, that's for sure. The table behind us dropped and spilled a bottle of beer. One of the staff mopped it up and did a poor job. 30 minutes later, the floor was still partly wet because they did such a crappy job mopping. There are only a few restaurants in Little Havana, one of the other restaurants down the street had a line out the door, which was why we tried Ciao Havana. We didn't want to wait for a line of 30 people to get in before us. I think next time, I might wait in the line. This place wasn't horrible, but the service was only mediocre at best. 2.5 stars overall, but I rounded it up to three stars for service. I had the pesto pasta and my friend had a Cuban sandwich. She liked her sandwich, my food was decent.

Very aesthetically pleasing place however is quite deceptive for its price range . . . $20 minimum for under mid-quality food which is what anybody comes for right? Food — Like the Hawaiiana Pizza tastes no difference than Rey's Pizza nearby, Alfredo Pasta is overpriced while the presentation was straight on the damn pan they cooked it in; who wants to eat out of a pan with a metal fork? The metal shavings sure taste good! And the pasta batch they gave us was over boiled, you taste more of the starchy water flavor than the sauce . . . and my company's pasta carbonara was the same, overboiled and very bland. The sauce was very dry and almost like it was frozen and thawed out The service is questionable, our server was about to give our food to an adjacent table until the guest lady yelled that it wasn't theirs and instead ours. Live service was blaring music far above appropriate decibels. Seems like this place is only famous of its aesthetics and location while giving low-level quality service and food ESPECIALLY. Subway across the street seems more appealing . . .

We were on vacation and about to start a 7-day cruise the following day. We stopped by to meet a friend and celebrate my birthday and my friend’s birthday together with my family. We wanted to try Cuban food for something different and thought it would be a great way to celebrate. We were dressed in normal tourist clothing. At first, we were told there would be a 15-minute wait, which we agreed to. After waiting in front of the restaurant for about 15 minutes, we were then told there was actually a long wait and were suddenly referred to the next restaurant instead. Nothing changed during that time except that they took a closer look at us. It was only 7:15 PM. We were not rude, loud, or inappropriate. We were simply made to feel unwelcome. What should have been a happy birthday celebration before our cruise turned into a humiliating and deeply disappointing experience. As an Asian family, the way we were treated felt discriminatory. Never again.
