It's a nice cuban place, pizzas and conos are delicious, it's a small place, the parking is not too big, and the desserts are very tasty. I will recommend this place.

For all the americans that go to this place, please admire the art of cuban pizza, this is NOT thin mass, it is thick and with a lot of cheese and cuban flavor, i went there and the service was like a 5 star restaurant, the food came in quickly and the mass was fresh and its never frozen the owner himself showed us the customers how he makes the fresh mass, notice i was a customer by no means i work there.

I too own a small business and feel so proud to have a great local shop to cater my demands for my excellent staff..from Pizza hut,dominoes an lil ceasars YOUR QUALITY OF A PIE IS UNMATCHED. The mid day chefpizza is an artist the way the pizzachef designed my multiple pizzas.. Salute to the mid day pie maker..he is a genius in the art of pies.. And great all around service!! Highly recommended .. My new 12pm 1pm spot..for sure!!! Thank you crew!! Salute !!!

Don't expect an "Italian" experience as this is Cuba 2.0. Don't get me wrong I love this place, that Cuban environment is what makes it unique... Plus the food is AWESOME and the servers are great people. If you are visiting South Florida and want to "taste" how we roll in Cuba come here. You won't regret it.

Very surprising place! The food was great, the Cono Pizza was finger licking good. Comforting clean and our waitress Yilian was very nice. Would certainly recommend a visit! Visiting all the way from Jersey and can't wait to be back!

Besides, the service was amazing, Any was really kind and always attentive coming back to our table to see if everything was ok. My 13 year old nephew loved the shakes and the cono pizza. This is a whole new concept of pizza.. but I loved it! Cono Pizza is a small place but really comfortable. I liked the place decoration. They have both regular pizzas and their conos concept that is a cone filled with cheese and the ingredients that you choose. The parking is not big but usually the place is not crowded so you shouldn't have problems to park. Deserts are really good too. We had a nice time here with our friends.

I am not a fan of Cuban pizza, but this place changed my mind...the crust is thick...yes !!..cuban style...but you dont realize it because the crust is fresh , delicious and with the many tops...we always order ...meat with vegetables and it is an explosion of flavours all together 😋😋😋

I'm not sure if there's an option, but the menus were all in Spanish so if you're visiting with someone who is a non Spanish speaker, you may have to do some translating. The waitress we dealt with was very polite and she also seemed to speak English. The garlic bread was absolutely delicious and the Hawaiian pizza was also excellent, with plenty of cheese. The family pizza is the perfect size for two or three people as it brings eight slices. Unfortunately we were too full from the pizza to try the cono pizza which, true to its name, appears to be pizza served in something akin to an ice cream cone. However, we do intend to go back and give it a try as we were quite satisfied with the quality and price. Limited parking issues aside, Cono Pizza is definitely worth a visit.

Good pizza, great milkshakes. Their cono pizzas are also tasty but small for their cost. Always come back here for their wheat milkshake (batido de trigo) but a couple times they did not have it which was dissappointed. Still a nice place

The food was okay, I was expecting more quality, actually. I had a pizza and it wasn't bad but not delicious that I would like to return, as well as the cono and the spaguettis. It is whorth to try just to have something different.

Ordered pepperoni pizza to go for late night pizza craving. Not bad for the price, $8.02 including tax for personal pepperoni. Think of Little Caesar's recipe but cheesier and saltier. They're right on point as far as quality and price. It's not italian, but then again what's Italian pizza. It is what it is. You get what you pay for and this place meets the budget for cuban pizza. No alcohol, by the way. The cones and shakes looked amazing (nice concept by the way). Safe and pleasant atmosphere. No speakinglish, but it is in a predominantly spanish speaking neighborhood. Pizza and shake, great combination for high calorie cravings at an affordable price. I don't think there's any other place like this in Miami. Thumbs up Cono Pizza!

The parking space is too small. The pizzas barely have sauce so you're eating bread with cheese. The staff is super nice

Nicely and funly decorated. Easy to order. Had a cone which was hot, crispy and gooey with cheese. Also had the garlic knots which were dripping with garlic butter. The only thing I reccomend is to bring kids during the day. Went around 8 and they had provocative rap videos playing which really didnt match the vibe. However the food was very good and inexpensive and the staff was extremely nice.

It was OK. I'm just not sure if I was OK with the price to quality ratio. Not saying that it was expensive, though it didn't taste like it should be priced at it's listed price. I've had frozen pizza from the supermarket better than this.

The food is good and the service too. I would give this place more stars but the parking is terrible and the place is tiny. We've been there several times and because there was no parking and it was full inside, we had to leave, so sometimes we don't even bother unless we pass by and see its kinda of empty.

I was very dissapointed with how Cono pizza makes their pizza cone. The 2 times I went the bottom of the cone was still cold. Sadly Its the first place that sells pizza cones around me. $3.99 for a small pizza cone seems rather expensive to me seeing as you can buy a big pizza for 10 dollars in the same location but im not sure how much it costs to make pizza cones to really be the judge of their prices. Customer service is fairly quick and easy.

The cone pizza i didn't really care for because the cone is a lil to hard and they put too much cheese and you feel your stomach rejecting it, but the regular pizza is very good just like the garlic bread as well . The malanga cream is very good. The service is ok nothing out of this world. The girls need to be more courteous and friendly with a smile which they don't even come back to ask if everything is ok. Customer service is slow. No greeting upon entry and I had to seat myself, no water in the first 10 minutes. Most of the time, they are on the touch screens. They come every 15 minutes to check up on you and it wasn't that busy. Food is great.

Pizza is not bad but service is terrible. Made me waste more than 20 minutes for a pizza that I ordered by phone to pick up, just when is was supposed to be ready they sent the order and said "va a demorar un poquito" (it's gonna take a while). Not sure if will come back again. This is not Cuba, time here is valuable.

Im gonna be honest the cones and pizza are amazing! And the girls are really nice but ive ordered here over the phone or by uber but when i got there the food is never ready, i ordered by uber for pick up i went to pick it up when i got the notification that the food was ready and the girl tells me when i got there taht nothing was ready... i waited 15 more minutes for my food, like whats the point of ordering ahead of time for pick up, and the worst part was that the pizza was cold. I understand sometimes they are busy but this happens even when i order over the phone, they gonna loose customers for taht.

the first time i went to cono pizza the experience wasnt pleasant , i didnt feel welcome as a customer ,so i gave the restaurant a second chance last week and i decided to go have a pizza ones again. Well i ordered a diet coke ,it took almost 25 minutes for me to have that drink on my table ,the pizza took also a little while to be make ,plus i didnt have napkins on my table ,the server said she will bring it ,by the time she brought it i was already done eating .i dont know why people make a big deal about this place ,the staff needs to be trained better or hire more staff to offer a better service .

The lady in the front was very nice. But the wait for one pizza was very long about 30-40 minutes when the restaurant was empty..... in addition to the wait, the pizza was more on the expensive side due to the toppings (Hawaiian). The pizza itself was very dry and not the best. Overall, it was very bland.

Costumer service really bad, the girls the work there all the time on the phone and super rude for taking a order, no cup holder or nothing in the order no recive either. Like if you work in a place with costumers you have to help the costumer, she was standing there on her phone not helping anyone really bad experience.

Average, nothing extraordinary. This is a cheap copy of Polo Norte or any other Cuban pizzeria with a very loud Cubaton playing the entire time. If you order garlic bread or a Cono pizza do not expect a plate or any utensils, use your hands.

The pizza shop gave me wrong pizza. I ordered jamon pizza and napolitano pizza, but when I got 2 box of pizza, it was just cheese pizza. So I called the restaurant, but they cannot speak English well, they were talking in Spanish and didn't understand what I saying. It was terrible experience, so I will not order again here

I ordered pizza for delivery and it never arrived even though my bank statement shows that I paid. I called the restaurant and I was told that no one by my name had placed an order. I called this morning to find out why my pizza was never delivered. The lady who answered the phone asked for my name so she could find out what happened but she quickly hung up on me and said she'd call right back. I've been waiting for 7 hours now🙄

They don't even staple or tape the uber receipt to the bag like every other store does. Rude lady just threw my food at me while rolling her eyes and ignoring me on the phone.

They think they are still serving in Cuba, they forgot part of my order, it took 1 hour for an napolitan spaghetti. They served the pizzas before the creams. No apologies, no anything about "sorry Sr.we have to improve our quality and training.

Their unprofessional services they provide is unacceptable, i order and the delivery services they used didn’t deliver my order, and bedroom I get the reply:” we don’t use Uber anymore” I didn’t user Uber, I use the website delivery provider, my order was paid for and was never deliver, I call the place asking about it and they put me on hold, and when they answered they laugh at me over the phone and told me the delivery person just took my order, and they cannot do anything about it, while in the background I can hear people laughing about the unfortunately not deliver order. I may say, horrible customer services and horrible phone services, doesn’t take just a little of professionalism on how to answer a customers concerns. Let me say I just to recommend this place, but not anymore and after being laugh in the face, I don’t think it would recommend

If i could give this 0 stars I would. The pizza had NO pizza sauce at all. It was not cooked all the way and the crust was like bread you use for sandwiches it had no crispy crust at all. The cones were absolutely disgusting! Just a cone filled with cheese big huge globs of cheese and 1 maybe 2 pieces of pepperoni. WHY JUST BIG AMOUNTS OF CHEESE AND THATS IT?? That doesnt make good food. I ordered something called "creme" its like white gravy with chopped ham...they give you MORE CHEESE with it. Its like glue gravy.. I dont know how i was supposed to eat that. I dont know what it was supposed to go on. I have no idea how this is called food. I am not just saying it to be mean. This was one of the worst things i ever ate in my entire life. No flavor no seasonings just yuck.

Excellent pizza, made to cuban perfection. Cheese and meat evenly thru the whole pizza. Never see something like that!!! No too thin, no too thick. JUST PERFECT. A little bit pricey for shrimp or lobster. I feel like I want to come back here, so we did in aug 28 around 4pm, and what a difference from our first time. We ask for crema de queso, spaghettis and course pizza, the 2 first came to the table warm to cold, cheese never melt in the crema, and spaghettis was very cold. Shrimp pizza wasn't what we expected for a 14.00 dollars charge. Definitely this place is la places in Cuba, very good in the opening months, and after that just another one like the rest, with the only thing that been in Cuba is understandable, but no reason in USA. Sorry guys but the true is obviously. Don't ever comeback !!

This place is hands down one of the worst places in Miami If you do rideshare any UberEATS or doordash AVOID this place, it's a waste of time to be there waiting for so long, they don't really care about the customer waiting time and the parking is a nightmare. Horrible Customer Service. We came in 6 of us and put 2 tables together and she said No because we were blocking the haul way when there was not even 1 Customer then she thru the menus and told us Let me know when u are ready not even a Hello or anything so we left. Check your cámaras and she needs to work somewhere else.

The young lady who attempted to attend us was less than welcoming. My partner noticed when the lady saw me walk in her demeanor changed. The place had two tables pushed together and she refused to pull it apart so we could eat inside. Needless to say this review is based on the service given in 2 minutes and not the food.

Overpriced and very low quality pizza. The pizza is worst than frozen pizza and is worth like 4 times more the frozen pizza you may find in the supermarket. 8$ for a 12 inch vegetables pizza that almost had no tomato sauce and the dough felt like bad quality frozen pizza is completely overpriced. I ate 1 and am still hungry. Little Caesars, Domino's, Papa John's are much better, not even to mention Blaze Pizza which is many times batter and with less money I eat better and is more satisfying. First of all I ordered before I came and my pizza wasn’t ready. I toke a cab there so I had to wait and ended up paying 50 for a cab. They never made the pizza in the first place after we ordered it then the manager had an attitude like I did something wrong then they told me 05 minutes more. On top of that the Pizza Hut hardly no sauce I ordered sausage they gave me chopped up hotdogs with big pieces of onions and big pieces of green pepper crushed it wasn’t horrible. Don’t ever ever in your lifetime go there

Place is understaffed. I had to get out of table to find waiter that we were still missing a couple of items. Bought to cone pizzas and one personal pizza and a couple of cokes and waited for all items about 30 minutes. The wait staff appear to be overwhelmed since they go to kitchen, get orders at counter, wait on tablesl. All done by 2 people. Next time I will go to other pizza establishment. Not a good first impression.

The only good thing about this order was the shake, the order was wrong, and the food was terrible. We ordered 5 pizzas and 4 shakes for our job. We picked up the order (we ordered by phone) and all pizzas were done incorrectly. While I was on the phone making the order the girl taking my order was also speaking with clients that walked in the restaurant and asked if they will be eating there or take out, I guess that explains why the order was DISGUSTING and everyone was absolutely disgusted at how bad this order was.

BE CAREFUL HERE. The restaurant charges a 3% service fee on your total bill, without any notice. This 3% is NOT a tip for the waitress. The restaurant keeps it all. I feel very bad for the young waitress because they are left with little to NO tip. The pizza tastes exactly like Little Ceasers also. And bring a translation device, no English is spoken here.

Honestly I ordered a pizza, shake, cheese soup, and fries and the shake and the fries were the only good thing to be honest.. the pizza was delivered cold which I can understand it's not the restaurants fault. However the pizza didn't taste like much and the cheese soup tasted like just Alfredo sauce? I'm not sure but the shake was good and the fries too, not trying to be hateful but I don't think I will order more food from there again..

Ordered food almost two hours before they were closed. They didn’t make it, and didn’t bother to tell us that it was never going to come. Don’t order here you’re on UberEats—they’ll ghost you when you actually want their crappy food.

BE CAREFUL HERE. The restaurant charges a 3% service fee on your total bill, without any notice. This 3% is NOT a tip for the waitress. The restaurant keeps it all. I feel very bad for the young waitress because they are left with little to NO tip. The pizza tastes exactly like Little Ceasers also. And bring a translation device, no English is spoken here.

Horrible Customer Service. We came in 6 of us and put 2 tables together and she said No because we were blocking the haul way when there was not even 1 Customer then she thru the menus and told us Let me know when u are ready not even a Hello or anything so we left. Check your cámaras and she needs to work somewhere else.

The only good thing about this order was the shake, the order was wrong, and the food was terrible. We ordered 5 pizzas and 4 shakes for our job. We picked up the order (we ordered by phone) and all pizzas were done incorrectly. While I was on the phone making the order the girl taking my order was also speaking with clients that walked in the restaurant and asked if they will be eating there or take out, I guess that explains why the order was DISGUSTING and everyone was absolutely disgusted at how bad this order was.
