BEST ICE CREAM EXPERIENCE EVER! Yvette was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful during our visit to Cream Parlor. She generously offered many samples and enthusiastically provided her insight as we decided on our orders. Yvette went above and beyond to make our experience great - she gladly warmed up our cookie, brought it out to our table, and remembered each of our names before saying goodbye. Cream Parlor's ice cream is out of this world - be sure to try Red Velvet, Up All Night, and Purple Rain. 10/10 experience!
An amazing little treasure in an unexpected place. Try The one with curry for some surprising flavor! The paninis are delicious! Varieties of ice cream flavors are a winning combo for kids.
Super cute local ice cream shop and so much more! We had brunch. Avocado toast, crossiant breakfast sandwich, rose petal latte and a Nutella latte so good!
So fun and yummy. The icecream is divine. We had crepes, Avo toast and doggie icecream. Cappuccino and latte were perfection. All were delicious. Such a fun and friendly place.. Exquisite attention to detail in everything here. Very relaxed vibe. Lovely outdoor area. I'm going back this weekend.
An old school, vintage ice cream parlor that serves up great food and delicious sweets. Had a craving for a vanilla milkshake and finally dropped in after passing this place countless times. Looking forward to trying more of their offerings on the menu here.
I have been driving by this spot for some time and I regret not visiting sooner. It's a cute spot that feels as if you're walking into someone's home. The owner, Ainsley was very personable and friendly. We couldn't decide on what ice cream treat to order so we let her surprise us and boy, did she deliver. We initially thought it might be too much for both my wife and I, but a few minutes later, we had to slow down because it was almost gone. We went with my 10 month old son and they had plenty of toys for him to play with. I will definitely be going back soon.
I came here with a bunch of friends for some ice cream and we had such a good time! The lady who was working was immensely friendly and welcoming. She let us try a bunch of the flavors. And there are so many unique and delicious flavors, it is hard to decide which to get! I went with Solid Gold Dancer and it was fantastic. Such a cute little shop and cozy outside patio behind the store. I would consider this place a hidden gem!
Wow! This place is a must see! The owner is super nice, asked my name and remembered it. The service was great. Clean bathroom. The dairy free options were delicious. We will come back!
What a cute place! Was driving down Biscayne to go to an appointment and had to stop in and give Cream Parlor a try. Loved the vibes in here, reminded me of a real ice cream parlor. The owner is so sweet and provided us with amazing service. I tried a few of their flavors before settling on red velvet with a fresh baked warm chocolate cookie. SO YUMMY! I recently went to the baked bear, and this place was better x100. The cookie was crisp on the outside, soft gooey on the inside and not overly sweet! The ice cream was oh so creamy. Cookies and brownies baked fresh daily. Make sure to stop by if you are driving by on Biscayne or live in the area 🍨
The owner is so sweet and thoughtful. She really goes out of her way to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy. The employees are also so sweet and thoughtful. The flavor options are fun! There’s even unicorn poop. I enjoy the magical decor; antique lamps on each table and tea cups and tea plates to be served with. The walls are filled with decor and even a unicorn in the wall! The outdoor area is cute and well decorated. I loved all the glitter they put on my food!! Magic.
Cute little ice cream coffee desert shop. I stopped in to have a hot latte cafe while waiting for new tires installed on my car across the street. Latte is very good. Lots of memorabilia to enjoy and you can even play a 33 record album in the record player. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great little shop to enjoy a coffee or desert.
was a little frustrated trying to find parking, there is some behind the building but it was occupied but as soon as I walked in the Owner made me feel right at home. She was so sweet and welcoming and overall genuine. She allowed us to get a feel of the flavors. Making suggestions and taking her time to make sure we were accommodated. I love the vibes inside. They also have an outside covered patio where you can sit and even bring your doggies! They also serve doggy ice cream. The butter pecan was smooth and not overwhelming so I got a scoop of that (the golden girls) and the Cookie Monster which is cookies and cream with a very blue dye. sat inside which allowed us to speak to the owner more which also made my stay more enjoyable
What a nice welcoming service! The ice cream and brownies were delicious. Our favorite IC was the red velvet cake and Cookie Monster blue ice cream that had pieces of vanilla and chocolate cake!! The decorations were so pretty!
Was a bit skeptical of the surrounding 😅, but the place was a bliss! The place was very cute with lots of cultures lol. Don’t forget to check out the patio!! The staff who I think also the owner was super friendly and helpful. I ordered the homemade lavender lemonade— it was very delicious and refreshing! And the avocado toast so good - she took time to make a heart shape lol. Highly recommend!
You must try pomegranate lemonade with strawberry Popping Boba Balls Super Delicious Loved the glitter✨ and butterfly 🦋 design. Ainsley was absolutely Fantastic! I’ll Travel from the Midwest just to visit my new favorite place! 🧋🫖🍓
Cute place with so much more that just ice cream- however you must try it! Good vibes and outgoing owner. Also you have a free parking lot or street parking so it’s very convenient.
This place is so retro and beautifully decorated. It really caught me by surprise! Very crafty and handmade vibe. The ice cream is delicious! I got the “What’s Up Doc” which was a carrot cake flavor and my partner got a double chocolate flavor. The prices are extremely affordable and the atmosphere of this place is relaxing. They have an outdoor patio that is decorated with cute lightbulbs and colorful fabrics, a cute date night idea. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, made us feel very welcome. Can’t wait to try their breakfast and food options!
Love their selection of ice cream. I haven't tried tried their food yet. But the service is exceptional. It's a really cute place too. You can have them present your dessert however you like: any shapes, any styles, any colors,... Update: food is great, service is still excellent 🔥 💕 Update still great!!!
Hellooo!! I stopped by this shop on Saturday afternoon. I heard the welcome voice as soon as I walked in… Kind of vintage, retro, and modern ice cream place with a breakfast menu, candies, shakes, and a positive actitud. I had a frozen lemon shake and a scoop of death by dolce!!! Just crazy!! See ya soon, cream parlor!!!
My favorite FAVORITE ice cream and little nostalgic spot to visit in Miami! Their breakfast is also delicious but I can’t rave enough about the ice cream flavor “unicorn poop” lol so delicious I SWEAR! Check them out 💛
I totally forgot to take a picture of the ice cream 🤣! We had a shake, a sundae and scoop of ice cream.. Oh God!! So delicious.. red velvet my favorite one so far. We will be back to try the rest of the menu. I love the ambience of the local, makes you feel like you are on the 80’s. This place It’s a must.
Took a trip here because of the high rating from other reviewers. I am so glad I did! I took my wife, two kids and grandchild here just for the ice cream. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! They allowed us to sample any or all of the flavors that we wanted. The place has such a unique atmosphere and style. We also bought cookies and they were soooo good! It was on the pricey side but the quality of the ice cream and cookies were definitely worth it. I highly recommend it to any ice cream or cookie lover! Will definitely be going back!
I love this place. Seriously some of the best ice cream flavor ever! everything is super cute and the vibes are immaculate. If you’re looking for a quick on the go breakfast def try the rush hour Panini!! Their food, drinks, aesthetic and atmosphere will keep you craving more 💜
Owner was pleasant and inviting. Ice cream is actually really tasty. The place is under construction right now, but the owner is very gracious and accommodating and offered us a nice place to sit outside. I came into town to shop for records at TECHNIQUE records, but saw this place and came to slake my thirst with some iced green tea and coffee and mint ice cream. Very glad to have found this spot!
Cute kitschy cafe with coffee, healthy options, and extravagant fun desserts & ice cream. Their backyard patio is adorable and pay close attention to the decor, it’s all vintage and sourced from yard sales. Definitely one of the best spots in the neighborhood!
Ainsley is the coolest mom and owner! Zach is so lucky! Hahaha. She not only provided the nicest enviorment to eat ice cream but also when she saw that I loved the strawberry cake milkshake she gifted me another on the house! Such a treat! She is very beautiful too! You guys have to come and try this wonderful place with so many thoughtful things inside and in the back! Wow! That back patio! 😍
Stopped in here for some ice cream and so happy we did! The ice cream was so delicious and the owner Ainsley was awesome. The amount of cool stuff she has in there will keep you hanging around for hours. From board games, an outdoor patio, record player and toys. This place honestly has it all. Dog friendly too!
I brought my son here for some ice cream and I was absolutely blown away. The owner is one of the warmest and kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. The ice cream and the cookies were phenomenal and the place had the best vibe and decor. I highly recommend stopping here!
Lovely lovely lovely!! We had such a nice time at Cream Parlor. Stopped in for a sweet treat with family. We were immediately greeted by very friendly staff and the owner who truly made us feel like we were at home. To top it off, the ice cream was delicious (very fresh and creamy). Looking forward to coming back :)
I adore this spot!! The ice cream is ridiculously delicious and they have a great selection of comfort food as well as snacks. The staff is always cheerful and they treat everyone like family. I love the atmosphere, they even have board games and a record player with lots of great music to play. One of my favorite things about this place is their back patio 😍 it's super cozy and inviting, it's a great place to sit and sip while getting some reading or studying done. I highly recommend it, it's more than just an ice cream shop it's a whole experience.
Love this place!! Such a warm and welcoming place! 1st time we went we were immediately greeted by a blonde lady which I assume might be the owner, she was so nice and was determined to make me, my husband, & 1 year old son feel at home in her restaurant. Food tasted great & had yummy options for ice cream. The 2nd time we went she had already memorized my sons name & made sure to give my stepdaughter the exact type of pink ice cream she wanted. Just so refreshing to come across someone so invested in customer service! Will definitely keep going
Fantastic and consistent quality! The place is going under renovations an it look even better than before we love to come here indeed our favorite loca breakfast joint! Supergood Cuban melt toast.
We've been driving past this place for years. Been meaning to stop. Today we did. 5 stars +. My wife had a chocolate shake and said it's the best she ever had. I had the same. Agreed! Hidden gem not to be missed.
We've been going here for years. Everything is amazing from their famous desserts to their lesser known lunch paninis! We recently ordered ice cream from them for our wedding and as usual it was delicious. They were even able to deliver just before serving time so we didnt have to worry about storage/melting!
We walked in as customers and left as friends. What a delightful place. Ainsley is a professional business woman who runs an efficient operation and cares about the product and customers. Visiting Miami from PA we checked reviews on Google and went to be amazed. Love everything about the Cream. Ray and Mary Jo
Took my Daughters to the Cream Parlor owner greeted us as we came in she's very nice and beautiful. My girls wanted to try Boba for the first time owner prepared the drink came out looking good with glitter and butterflies they didn't want to drink cause it was to pretty. Thank you my girls enjoyed there Boba. Will be back .
This place is a wonderful hidden gem around the area. Been coming here for years and never disappoints. This place has such unique flavor combinations, very nice atmosphere, and the owner is an absolute sweetheart. I love her charisma so much. My go-to flavor is definitely the Purple Rain and Party In My Mouth. If you're around the area, please check this ice cream parlor out. They also have sandwiches, lemonades, and other sweets to offer. Always a pleasure to come by here. 💕
Great vibes, helpful staff, cute decor, I love this place too bad it's not open later in the night but so worth the trip! Parking is in the back, so it gets confusing but nothing horrible. I got a red velvet & toffee cookie, salted peanut & cookies and cream ice cream rolled in sprinkles & drizzled with Nutella! All for around $7 bucks. 👌🏽 sooooo rich and creamy I love it
The place is cute, you can spend hours to browse the decorations which is like a travel back in the time. It is most famous for ice-creams although I've got a coffee and pastry and they were great too! And the owner, Ainsley; words can't describe how much difference you made by that nice attitude, adding that delicious cookie and indeed that handwritten card inside the bag! I loved it! This is how a place feels like a real place, not similar to those industrial cafe which has no vibe, no human connection. Thank you, Ainsley and for sure I'll be back there this time for the ice cream.
The vintage vibe takes me back to my childhood (80s baby). There's seating indoors and out. The owner is such a doll and gives you that real southern hospitality, and you're able to sample ice cream flavors before making final selection. There's plenty of yummy desserts to choose but also healthy meal options on menu as well. And everything is made with love.
This place has hands down some of the best ice cream I've ever had. Not only do they have a good selection of food for meateaters, vegetarians, and vegans, they also have vegan ice cream flavors that are top notch. A few coworkers and myself came here on a hot afternoon and immediately loved the collection of art around the business. A good homey feel and clean. The women who were working there were very friendly and warm which made the experience all the better. First time here and if I'm ever in the area again I'm definitely coming back!
Wonderful hidden gym with all if these cool things around like nostalgic American candy and records yes vinyl records cool pictures in the wall, nice menu for a little Cafe. Nice ice cream flavors, excellent coffee drink menu. Love the decor nice back patio. Just a wonderful place. Nice owner and employees. Skip Starbucks and dunking dinits/Baskin Robins, support small local business like this
Yumminess! Not sure it is a word but the ice creams are SO good that it needs its own word ;) The girls are super friendly. I just love this kind of hidden gem in Miami. The decor, the back patio just make it even more special. The ice cream I got was death by dulce de leche with little caramel candies inside mmmmmmmmmh! I love to support local friendly artisan shop like this. #shoplocalorbyelocal
Lovely place with a great vibe and vintage style. The owner is just fabulous and I loved how she was hands-on and serving and creating the treats herself;making sure that she was delivering the best experience for us.The ice cream was DELICIOUS("C-is for monster" was a total surprise!)And I loved my toasted coconut milkshake. This is totally a gem that made our Sunday even better.
Venue: vintage, small with a cute decorated patio Staff: super friendly and nice Kid friendly!!!! This wasn't my first visit, certainly won't be the last. This place is great if you're an ice cream+sweets lover. You pick your flavor of ice cream and add your preferred toppings or you can get a milkshake with the rim of the glass decorated with sprinkles, cereal or whatever you want (as long as it is possible to put on the rim of course). The very first time I came I had a cheese panini and a unicorn poop ice cream milkshake; they were both delicious... that milkshake was amazing. Second time, I had unicorn poop ice cream topped with salted caramel popcorn, delicious! This last visit I wanted to sit outside, but it smelled funny, so stayed inside. I had an avocado toast with goat cheese, bacon and honey... best thing I've had with avocado in a long time and of course a unicorn poop milkshake!!! ***One suggestion I have is that the tables indoors are way too close to each other. The guy sitting behind me kept hitting me with his chair until I got annoyed and left, situations like that are still the business fault because the chairs are way too close. ***
It’s no surprise that Cream Parlor won New Times “Best Of Miami” award for best ice-cream parlor a couple of years ago. I think it should win every year. Indeed, Cream Parlor should win many awards as it is more than a fabulous ice-cream parlor (although it does have the most impressive, inventive and delicious array of ice-cream choices imaginable). Cream Parlor is also a tea room, a great place to grab the best cup of coffee in Miami, as well as the perfect choice for breakfast or lunch or an early dinner with its stellar menu of delicious options which includes salads, sandwiches, bowls, paninis, tartines and more (cookies, cake, shakes and of course ice-cream). It is the charmer of the Upper Eastside, located just a few blocks north of the main MiMo district, with a bright exterior which invokes an old-time ice-cream parlor. I’ve been popping into this lovely and popular spot since it opened several years ago. This past weekend I was there twice and enjoyed great coffee, a delicious wrap and yummy ice-cream. The robin egg blue interior is an eclectic, colorful and cozy mixture of vintage finds and curiosities. Lovely mismatched china plates and cups are used to serve the food and beverages. The staff are wonderful and the owner, Ainsley, always greets everyone who comes through the door with a warm hello. Cream Parlor is the most welcoming treasure on Biscayne Boulevard if not the whole of Miami. It’s unlike anywhere else in town and I continue to recommend it over and over again!
Man this place is the BEST! I came in with my girlfriend today for the first time and we had an amazing experience! we were welocmed by Ainsley and her team when we walked in, grabbed a menu and picked up two Rose Petal Lattes which were great! that was something very new to me and it smelled and tasted great, I ordered myself a chicken and bacon panini and got my girlfriend the hummus with warmed pita. Everything tasted great, my girlfriend said she really liked the hummus (best she's ever had) I finally ordered an Ice cream sandwich but they were out of cookies since they closed soon BUT Ainsley suggested two donuts instead of the cookies.... I rode with it and man I was not disappointed, she brings me a massive plate with my two donuts and two enormous scoops of ice cream, I went with purple rain and the chocolate peanut butter (this was the best chocolate peanut butter ice cream i've ever had btw) *pictured* overall I was very happy with the food and madly impressed with the ice cream, I also can't say anything better about the service, everyone was incredible and welcoming and they were very generous considering we came in a little late and didn't rush us out after they had closed so I was really appreciative of that, I know we all work and wanna go home but I'm very grateful they let us stay a bit longer to finish our food and ice cream. I will definitely be back here and we will definitely bring more people. Thannks Ainsley and your team for a great first time
Second time here, had to try more of the flavors. Tonight's selection was cookies & cream (regular) & praline &cream with a splash of hot fudge. Husband had coffee & chocolate chips & salted dancer. Combinations we're good, ice cream smooth and creamy. Little skimpy on the scoops, but guess we always would like more. Enjoy the quirky names and the vivid colors (blue cookies & cream!). Can't wait to bring the granddaughters here when they visit, they'll love the place.
***This place ROCKS!!!!*** The owner is an absolute pleasure. Made our family feel right at home. The bacon Turkey cheese panini was awesome. She had the best mint chocolate chip ice cream I’ve had in my life. Cotton candy was heavily on point too. The kids got Unicorn Poop with disco glitter. They loved it. We loved it. What a great ice cream flavor. This place has imagination. Great ambiance as well. Make sure you check out the back patio for a chill place to eat your treats.
I'm delighted to share my amazing review of our local ice cream shop! From the moment I stepped inside, I was enchanted by the whimsical ambiance and friendly staff. The unicorn poop flavor was a delightful surprise, with its magical blend of vibrant colors and delectable taste. It truly transported me to a world of enchantment with each creamy spoonful. And let's not forget about their root beer floats, a classic treat done to perfection. The creamy ice cream paired flawlessly with the fizzy root beer, creating a nostalgic and refreshing experience. Overall, this ice cream shop exceeded my expectations with their imaginative flavors and excellent service. It's a place where unicorns and childhood dreams come alive in every scoop!
Let’s start this review off by beginning with the atmosphere. When you walk in you’re immediately greeted by attentive and welcoming employees who do their best to accommodate what you’re in the mood for. The café itself is awe inspiring as I have not seen a shop like this anywhere in Miami. The food is delicious and the coffee is to die for as it is made to perfection. The employees don’t just treat you like other places, they go out of their way by recommending new things on the menu (as well as thing NOT on the menu) and always approach you by your first name. Overall, this is a must for new comers and a definite for regulars. 5/5.
Back again for a second time trying a different meal today black forest ham and swiss cheese with tomato (garlic mayo is awesome) panini OMG this panini is so good and light its the perfect lunch option and its super fresh the bread is toasted to perfection and the black forest ham is is smoked just right and the combination of flavors that hit you when you take that bite Awesome friendly enviroment, staff is always exceptional and great at meeting expectations. The smells of fresh food brings so much Comfort and relaxing vibes. I love the grilled chicken panini great taste and so fresh the juicy chicken crispy bacon cheese is Devine and the garlic mayo
Love, love this place, the owner is so cool, the ambiance and the back patio...unique place. I tried coffee and mint ice cream on a waffle cone sprinkle with Nutella and chocolate....delicioso!!! My doggies LOVEEEEEDDDDD the doggy ice cream too. (yes!! they are welcome there ♥️) Ot is a place to relax and enjoy conversation, It is more than ice cream, coffee, teas, I felt.like family. Check it out!!! She even included a cute note, thank you, you make my day with this special details. Thank you. I lived on Broward County, definitely coming back!! worth the drive ♥️
Oh my god, the vibe in this place is amazing. The people is so nice and friendly. They have really cool ice cream flavors and all kinds of sweets. The spot in the back of the place is sooooo cool, is like boho, hippie happy place. The unicorn poop ice cream is my favorite and the rose lemonade is AMAZING. I cant wait to come back!
100% recomendado. If we talk about ice cream, this is the place you have to go. Wow! They have a wide variety of ice cream, shakes and different combinations that you can try. They have BREAKFAST ALL DAY LOMG 😱. It's dog friendly and they even have ice cream for puppies 🐶❤️. They have a patio and wifi. You can park in front of the store or next door. Its decoration is like vintage and its general manager and owner Enzly (I hope her name is written like this) is Amazing. A unique smile and excellent customer service. 100% recommended
Local fav for many a fam in the Shores/El Portal/Shorecrest/Davis Harbor area. Lots of good ideas happening in one location: deliberate quirkiness, family friendly, baked potatoes, banana splits, a sort of built in "play area", and a non-beer garden (lemonade garden?). Staff friendly and pleasant. On the flip, Cream falls a little short on execution though (eg they are often out of cookies or the staff sometimes seems new and deer-in-headlightsy). There is also a sense of non-intentional clutter. A beer/wine licence would be nice. Still, the location is worthy of going back to.
