Opinions de Delta Sky Club Miami
The main thing was everyone was so nice and polite. How many American Express guy and really love Atlanta's Airport America's best club. But the service in Miami was great. Likes to chill environment.
As a Platinum Medallion member with Delta, I’ve come to expect great service — but today, out of the many times I've visited at the Delta Sky Club in Miami, the team truly went above and beyond. I ran into an issue with my reservation (one of those frustrating ones where policy is policy), and honestly, they didn’t have to help. But William, the lounge manager, stepped up with grace and professionalism, resolving the issue with care and making me feel genuinely supported. His leadership set the tone for the entire experience. At the bar, Carlos and Maty — two absolute staples of this lounge — greeted me like family. They’re always friendly, always courteous, and always on point. Their consistency makes every visit here feel like home. Amelia also went the extra mile, literally. She disappeared into the back and returned with fresh Cuban pastries just for me — such a thoughtful gesture that really hit home, especially on a long travel day like today. Every staff member I encountered made me feel welcome, valued, and looked after. It’s moments like these that remind me why I choose to fly Delta, even when it means taking three connecting flights to Montana. Because this kind of service — this kind of human hospitality — is worth it. Thank you again to William, Carlos, Maty, Amelia, and the entire Delta Sky Club team in Miami. Today, I truly felt like a Platinum member. Such a great vibe!
A little small but very nice. Clean, good food and it was replenished regularly. The staff was kind and helpful.
It is located in the direction of gate J. The staff are friendly and there are many types of seats. There are light meals and tea, and decaffeinated coffee. For Morning Cam,it is free for one person other than you. Let's enjoy.
I have to say, this was one of my favorite sky clubs, the food was very good for lounge food, with a nice selection. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I want to say that the front desk was amazing and helpful on a very bad day not just for me, but for the many others.
It's one of my favorite Sky Clubs. The service is really good. They just opened an additional part on the back and are completely remodeled. It is right next to TSA un between J and H gates. Great food, super friendly staff.
The Delta Sky Club in Miami offers an exceptional experience thanks to its outstanding staff ( Gary is great), who are always ready to assist you. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast there, and the food was impressive. To truly elevate your morning, consider adding an alcoholic drink—it’s a great way to kick off your day!

The Delta Sky Club at Miami International Airport offers a solid escape from the hustle and bustle of the terminal, with a mix of comfort and convenience. The lounge features spacious seating areas with a modern aesthetic, and its floor-to-ceiling windows provide great views of the airport. There’s a nice variety of complimentary snacks, including fresh fruit, nuts, and light bites, along with a self-serve bar offering drinks, including wine, beer, and spirits. The lounge also offers fast Wi-Fi, power outlets, and ample seating, making it ideal for working or relaxing before a flight. However, the food selection can feel limited compared to other airport lounges, and during peak times, it may get crowded. Staff are generally friendly, and the ambiance is quiet, but not overly luxurious. Overall, it’s a solid choice for Delta travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to relax before a flight, though it may not offer the upscale amenities seen in other airport lounges.
Date visited 6/1/23: For numerous reasons, I greatly favor this lounge over the Centurion lounge-Miami. The exceptional customer service, decent food selection, wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cleanliness, lack of overcrowding, and friendly and approachable staff all contribute to my strong preference. Additionally, the absence of long lines further enhances the overall positive experience!! Considering all these factors, in my opinion, this lounge surpasses the Centurion lounge for sure.
The service with Delta is always to be desired. I was met with smiles and clear, precise information. The lentil soup was pretty good, the wine was good and I like the glasses, as well as the freshness of the cheese and other snacks. Lots of seating and the diversity also made it a cool place to hang out while waiting to be airborn

Clean and very attentive personel.... dare I say better than Amex Centurion lounge??
All the sky clubs are nice . Delta is right near the top
This place can be quite busy especially during peak hours. Food, beverage, and service is great.
Amazing! Great food, great service. Thank you!
Great location, as it's right past the TSA checkpoint entering terminal H. Breakfast and lunch offerings were delicious and on point. Good selections for both, but nothing super-filling. There's a good selection, but if you're looking to fill up, maybe try a nearby restaurant. Nice and quiet with comfortable seating and clean facilities and shower.
Stopped in real quick for a early 6AM flight. My home base airport is ATL and I swear it’s the worse. It’s always a wait or overcrowded. This Skyclub had no line or wait. Not overcrowded either. The greeter that scanned me in was so pleasant and happy at 5:20AM. Breakfast had pork sausages, grits, egg omelette and potatoes. The bathroom was dated. It didn’t have the full privacy stalls like most Skyclubs have. I look forward in returning back again!
Mr. Lamaa is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Appreciate the service and help!
The club is great, nice clean restrooms, all day food/drinks, and good solid wifi. The staff was very friendly and gelpful.
A huge thank you to Delta Airlines’ Miami team! Our check-in experience was one of the best we’ve ever had—smooth, stress-free, and handled with a friendly smile. We truly appreciate the entire team for their outstanding service. Keep up the great work! 👏
Such a relaxing place to restore yourself between flights.
It was super easy to check in and I really enjoyed the variety of items offered. It was a great experience for us!
Large, seats plentiful, lunch selection good.
The Delta Lounge in Miami is very good. The service and staff are impeccable. The lounge provides a great selection of food although the menu will vary.
No complaints, Location was convenient to the gates, staff was friendly, lounge was clean and the food and drinks were tasty. A great start to my 2025 holiday travel!
You need for a layover. Good food comfortable seated places with plenty of outlets and charging stations. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is Pleasant
I had a wonderful experience at the Delta Lounge. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable atmosphere to relax before my flight. The food selection was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented. What stood out most was the exceptional service. The bartender was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, creating a positive and inviting environment for guests. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here. Overall, the Delta Lounge exceeded my expectations and provided a truly enjoyable start to my travel day. I look forward to returning on future trips.
An older Sky Club but big enough and had a good range of food. Don't expect what you get in the newer Club. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Never a dull moment! Ample seating, friendly staff, great drinks! Score!
It was busy but cool. Food was good.
After a very long and stressful travel day at the MIA airport with multiple flight delays, Delta Sky Club was a welcoming moment of relaxation, great food, and great services. A special shout out to Lamar for rebooking and confirming my seat on another Delta flight. Because of him, I had a secure seat on an overbooked flight and made it safely back home. Thank you Delta Sky Club for your convenient and reliable services. I was so tired, I forgot to take more pictures of the beautiful expansion. You are the best!
The Delta terminal in Miami was amazing & the sky club staff was one of the BEST. At the ticket counter Jerry and Walter took the time without attitude and not rushing me to clear up a mixup with my ticket which was much appreciated because I’m always anxious until I get through security. At the sky club, so friendly, they even gave me dog treats for Louie 🐾♥️
Simple and easy location. Special shot-out to Barbara at the bar. I have been coming here for years and she is always so friendly, happy and welcoming with a smile!
The Miami Sky Club is very spacious and comfortable. Only issue I could find was the hallway that the restrooms are located in, it is very tight and when the doors open they take up the entire hallway making navigating through it very difficult
Sky Club was a very nice experience. Food options were tasty and plenty. Seating was readily available. Crew was on tip top mode as they effortlessly moved about keeping things tidy. Bathrooms were spit shined clean. All in all. GO DELTA!!!!
Beautiful club. Wonderful staff. Got off my cruise really early so got to airport way early. Staff accommodated my early arrival to club when they didn't have too.
Always a great experience. The staff is very attentive. Lots of seating, great food and drink. A good way to start your journey.
I think this is one of the better lounges in the Delta system. The staff were so friendly and engaging. They actually mad helpful announcements and the whole place was kept very clean. The bathrooms could use improvement, the are cramped and not the typical Delta lounge layout.
The Delta Sky Club at Miami International Airport is absolutely top-notch! The entire lounge was spotless from the seating areas to the restrooms everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The food selection was excellent, with fresh, high-quality options that made it easy to enjoy a relaxing meal before the flight. A special mention to Juan M. Fernandez, the Sky Club Ambassador, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. His professionalism and genuine hospitality made the experience outstanding. Thanks to him and the entire staff for creating such a welcoming and comfortable environment. Highly recommend stopping by this lounge if you’re flying through MIA truly first-class service all around.

Was flying back to New York during the holidays and went to the Delta Sky Club as usual. This Delta sky club is located in Terminal H/J at Miami International Airport. This Sky Club lounge has the friendliest staff! They are so wonderful and welcoming. Just very nice to talk to. It was very early so the food was breakfast style. It wasn’t very crowded. There’s lots of seating. It was more of a quiet ambiance. The food is still mid. Nothing spectacular. The eggs are a bit too runny for my taste. No bacon, pancakes, French toast or waffles. They can step it up there. Fruit was great though!

Overall this was an ok lounge. I felt for the size of MIA this lounge should be more up to date in terms of seating, electrical outlets and the offering of larger restrooms and private areas. However they did have mobile power banks that could be used. The check in was seamless and welcoming. The lounge can get quite busy. This included access to the elevators. The stairs was a generous hike of 4 flights for those adventure ir health Concious individuals. Although the buffet was a little messy the food was nutritious and very good. Delta never fails when it comes to the food options. The bar was understaffed. However the staff were far from impatient, kind and willing to assist with a smile. That speaks great volumes with regards to how Delta treats it's employees. Thank you Delta for taking care of your patrons and of your planes.
Smaller lounge...slightly less food and seating options than some other airport of similar size.
Comfortable, nice food but make sure to bring your fur coat. The lounge is kept frigid cold and if you're not prepared you'll freeze.
Always a nice quiet sanctuary while traveling. They could do something besides chicken though! Jeesh! When you travel quite a bit the menu gets old fast!!! Cmon delta switch it up a bit! Centurion lounge has ya beat and you both charge the same for a membership.
Delta Sky Clib is the best domestic airline lounge. Sky Clubs are far superior to American's Admirals Club However, all of them are crowded.
Great staff and not too crowded. I went in the evening and was surprised how smooth everything was. Food choices were good.
Definitely not my favorite Sky Club, but it gets the job done. Take the elevator it's a lot of stairs! This club has all your standard Sky Club offerings. Not a lot of good views, only 1-2 showers so the line can be long. The bar is small and doesn't open until 7am, and the club closes early at 9:30pm.
The Delta Sky Club at Miami Airport is a nice and clean place, perfect for sitting comfortably while you wait. However, the coffee is truly disappointing: I tried the drip coffee twice, and both times it tasted burnt and unpleasant. Even the cappuccino from the machine was worse. For the price they charge, they should really serve decent coffee. The food is average, nothing outstanding, and the desserts are just passable. I would recommend it only if you’re looking for a comfortable place to sit, but I wouldn’t return for the food or coffee experience.
Dated lounge with an uninspiring food offering and decor. All staff except Steven lacked warmth and customer service attitude. Toilets had a high school feel, Miami airport and Virgin Upper Class passengers deserve much better.

✈️ MIA lounge = comfy, spacious, and functional 🛋️. Great for work 💻, relaxing 🌿, or a drink 🍹. Not luxury-level gourmet ✨, but a solid spot to pass the time 👍.
Deeply unimpressive lounge. No character, with rows of seat simply looking straight at each other, uninspired food and mood lighting that says 'hospital concourse'.
Lots of dirty dishes, glasses and dirty floors. Sadly very full so not much seating available. Also alchohol is from a bar, that had one person serving so a long queue. Lastly, thr gents resteroom was not clean with a urinal out of order. Not anywhere as good as other lounges around the world.
Would have expected more for a SkyClub in Miami but this is a decent lounge. Staff was great!! Shout out to Veronica!!
Not the best lounge experience given I paid for an upper class seat with Virgin.. Miami international shopping is over within 5 minutes so don't go too early.
Cocktails were absolutely horrible, wine was good. Food was not great, but definitely not worth the cost of 50 dollars for a guest.
We had to wait in line for more than 30 minutes due to capacity limits. The food was average. Drinks and coffee were available. The bathroom area is small, but there is a shower area. The seating is comfortable.
There was a lady working in mens room two different times. I told the gentlemen working at the front desk and he blew me off. There were no signs room being cleaned or anything. Mens room was full her just walking around wiping stuff. Bartenders were really great.
I expected more. Not a great experience: crying kids (I thought this was 18+?); someone on the loud speaker constantly saying “testing, testing 1 2 3”; subpar bland food; and the most annoying…loud staff. For the 3 hours I was there, they talked so loud, laughed at full volume, dropped stuff, and generally spent time hanging out in the hall. Not restful.
I’ve been a few times to this lounge, my experience included multiple rude staff members and hair in the food.
The lounge is super standard to delta, nothing to really complain. The restrooms were dirty and oh my god, Clifford is genuinely the person with the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Clifford is not only incredibly rude, he will treat you like you a stupid, will argue with you, and will try and deny entrance even when you clearly meet the eligibility requirements. He truly needs some extra costumer service training
Worse Delta lounge by far. - Need soda? Go the the bar, Can't pour you self. Tons on NPC's with 0 situation awareness, kick them out for congregating on walk aways... Toilets are mediocre.
Always super packed out and very cramped. Small bathroom with few stalls creates long waits for the men’s bathroom.
I've been a Delta Skymiles customer for years. I travel to several airports in the United States 🇺🇸 and have never had any problems. For me, the experience I had today here in Miami was horrible. A receptionist name Lamarr was arrogant, overbearing, and very rude. He treated me like trash. Unfortunately, manager Willian did nothing to resolve my issue.
Way too many people. Food ok, drinks ok. You have to pay for „premium drinks“ . It is more a „premium economy“ lounge.
There are only two stalls in the mens room and every time I go in 1 is covered in pee and the other has a 3 person line. Ive got ibs and this is extremely uncomfortable 😐
I travel multiple times a month on Delta and have visited most Delta Sky Clubs in many major cities. The Miami Delta lounge was a pretty big disappointment. Even after Delta’s upgrade and expansion, I’m shocked the women’s bathroom doesn’t offer fully private stalls. During the Thanksgiving travel rush, the line was out the door so I left the lounge to use the restroom elsewhere and then came back. When you gotta go, you gotta go. Next time I’ll skip this one and make the trek to Centurion.
Got there, there was a line to get in. Walked around a bit and the line was even longer. This is supposed to be something we pay for to be more comfortable. Only people with first class tickets can enter immediately. Absolutely not acceptable. I finally got in and I was also not impressed by the quality of the food and cleanliness. Not surprisingly there were lines to get fed as well. Bathrooms not clean.

This is NOT a business lounge! PACKED with noisy guests, dogs (!!!), cheap food and ALL ALCOHOLIC DRINKS UNDER CHARGE! T E R R I B L E!
Very disappointed. Given access to this lounge as we were flying Upper Class with Virgin Atlantic. Very limited selection of food, and all served on paper/cardboard plates or paper/cardboard bowls, even for hot soup! Soft drinks were free and (surprisingly) served in proper glasses. Staff were slow to clear debris from tables. One year on and we visited this Sky Club again and it honestly hasn't improved. If you wanted something hot to eat, then the choice we had was basmati rice and cauliflower korma. We resorted to getting a burger from McDonald's in the food court on concourse H/J. We were told we would have to leave at 21:45 even though our flight wasn't due to depart until 22:50.
A terrible and frustrating experience. My girlfriend and I got to the airport hoping to have a moment of respite before getting to our flight. An attendant at the door scans our passes and says she's not able to check us in, but directs us to the desk so that they can do it. When we speak with the bald headed manager at the desk, he says we're early to our check in time and that we'll have to wait 45 minutes to be let in. Fine. We wait the requested 45 minutes and come back at the time suggested. Once again, we have our boarding passes scanned at the door only to be passed off to the people at the desk. This woman also tells us that we're early. When we mentioned that the bald headed man had told us to return at 12:45, she brusquely tells us that he had specifically told her not to allow anyone in three hours before their flight boarding time. So what was the point of telling us to wait 45 minutes in the first place? Meanwhile the bald headed man is off to the side gaping and gawking awkwardly at this entire interaction. What a useless encounter and a waste of our time. We won't return to be turned away a third time. Edit: I'm now hearing that the attendants letting other guests in four hours before their flight boarding time, despite turning us away when our flight boards in three hours? That just seems blatant.
I have to be honest, this Sky Club was a let down. Was there during the breakfast hours. The food selection was not the greatest to begin with. The eggs, sausage, and potatoes were barely even warm. I'm not talking about food that was sitting out for a bit. My first try at the food was cold so I waited for them to put out new offerings from the kitchen. Needless to say even the new food was barely warm. Nothing worse then cold pork sausages and cold semi fried potatoes. Even though I get to use the Sky Club as a credit card perk for free I would have rather paid the ridiculous prices at the airport for a hot breakfast. Delta should be ashamed about this Sky Club. I do want to mention that this does not reflect on the people that I interacted with that worked there which were the young women and men that cleared the tables and assisted with other things. They were extremely polite and helpful.
I felt harassed at the Miami International lounge between H & J. This lady kept harassing me about wear a mask when I’m not actively eat even thought I had a side table full of food and two beverages. She did not bother the other five people in the area that were not wearing a mask while they were not eating or drinking.
I was really disappointed with the service at the Miami Delta Sky Club. After having a great experience with the staff in New York earlier that day, I expected the same level of professionalism and courtesy here—but it was the opposite. The staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and at times even rude, the first thing they said to me when I entered was what do you want. What should have been a relaxing, premium experience felt frustrating and uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate that the consistency in service isn’t there across locations. I hope Delta addresses this and ensures all Sky Clubs meet the standard that customers expect.
The breakfast at Delta Sky Club in Miami airport’s is honestly terrible. There’s no ham, no cheese, very limited options, no fresh juices — it’s really bad. We pay a premium for an American Express card to have access to these lounges, and the breakfast offering does not match the price we’re paying. I even addressed this directly with the chef, and instead of taking the feedback constructively, he just gave me excuses. Really disappointing experience. This needs serious improvement.
Always crowded, inconvenient, the food is not very good and there’s no point in going to Sky Club versus the regular waiting area.
Worst of the worst, my grandma is disabled and doesn't speak English, when she was trying to get help to check in, the girl working there (not going to call her lady because she has nothing of it) gave her the meanest look and attitude, to say she was nasty is nothing. Not to be rude but to be mean and ugly?? Pick a struggle, and for Delta, get better employees.
Hours online (Miami Airport itself) do not match actual hours. In travel, timing is critical. The least a travel related organization can do is maintain their business hours. And now business hours are terrible anyway. (all days closed by 7:30, despite Miami Airport, Google, etc listing 8:45)
We did not have a good experience. But this may have been partly caused by it being just before Christmas and being exceptionally busy.
Poor quality decor, looks like something from 1980s Appalling food and drink option Better lounges in UK for pay as you go. Not acceptable for upper class Staff were actually dirty and couldn't speak proper English Would have given a lower rating if possible
Don't waste the time at this lounge, as their staff could improve greatly on their customer service. I have a skin (protective covering) on my credit card which is tied to my Delta Sky Club access. I use it without problem approximately every month at every other Sky Club. However, when trying to enter the Miami Sky Club, the receptionist and lead working the front desk refused to let me in until I removed the covering. My card's chip and number both function properly and are tied to my name, but they said it could not have a covering on it, and wouldn't accept my driver's license, account info on my AE card, or any other form of identification to enter. After removing the card's protective skin, they let me enter. But not after scolding me for having a protective covering on my card, which was quite embarrassing in front of others waiting to check in. It was a great example of abuse of power in my opinion, having "caught" me on something that made my card slightly different than the normal, and therefore must be stolen.
