Wonderful, moist chicken. I asked for a side of maduros, expecting just a couple. Received an entire basket full with questions in top. Everything was delicious and the service was great.

I hate chicken but I Love this rotisserie chicken. Seasoned perfectly! They have a complimentary herb sauce that just elevates the taste. Their arepitas with nata are to die for. The maduros and tostones fried to perfection. The maduros were sprinkled with so salty white cheese that transformed the maduros to an exquisite side for the chicken. I have tried the restaurant at Doral and the food truck in Devon Aire (Kendall). I will recommend every family to pick up a chicken for dinner. It is $30 but it is a treat enough for a family of 4.

I've drove by this food truck, next to the old Circle-K, many times and felt tempted to try their food. Today, I finally did. I ordered the 1/4 chicken with rice and beans. The guy working there was a genuine delight to talk to, real great experience. Warm, friendly and welcoming. The plastic-ware and paper bag was high quality and visually appealing and trendy, no expenses were spared! Then I tried the food, the chicken falls of the bone and melts in your mouth. Flavor and texture, both so good! The rice was pleasantly sour, with enough dryness to feel amazing as I chewed it. The beans were sweet and savory, rice and beans elevated each other's profiles. And combining all three chicken, rice and beans, it was amazing! And the price is totally affordable! I'd gladly pay extra $10 for the same food, because it's that good. A hidden gem, right next to Devon Aire!

I’ve been here twice and they have phenomenal food and service. They are passionate about the food and that is the most important thing to me, because I can taste it. The chicken is delicious and grilled on site. The tostones and yuca fries are my favorite sides and are fried to perfection. I hope they continue to serve this location for a long time!!

This place is amazing!! I have come many times since finding it and the food is always fantastic no matter what I order. It is now my first option whenever I think of eating out. I am always delighted with my meal and cannot recommend this delicious spot more. The attention is excellent, too. I’d give the staff 10+ stars if I could. Love it!

Absolute favorite new spot in town! Atmosphere is awesome and the staff is super friendly; you can tell they know what they’re doing and they’re experts in the food they serve. Which brings me to my next point - the food is SPECTACULAR. It’s like a piece of home, or a mother’s home cooked meal. Do yourselves a favor and RUN, don’t walk, to this amazing spot. Cannot recommend it enough and wish there were more than 5 stars to give them. We WILL be becoming regulars!!!

The chicken and ribs were amazing! The beans were very flavorful on the rice. The Tres Leches was one of the best I've ever had. Not overly sweet and very good.

The chicken is so delicious! It's juicy and flavorful and comes with a green sauce made from Avocado and spices. My husband got the ribs and said they were just as good as the chicken. The coleslaw is fresh, crunchy and cold, the salad was fresh, you just can't miss here. The two men running the food truck were so friendly and welcoming. If your in the area or just looking for some of the best chicken in Southern Florida, go to Francisca.

This was by far the BEST rotisserie chicken I’ve ever had! The flavor was incredible, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The rice was amazing, the beans and sauce were full of flavor, and everything came together perfectly. My wife and I absolutely loved it. What really made the experience stand out was Juan Carlos. He was so kind, generous, and welcoming, it felt like more than just grabbing food; it was an experience. We’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this food truck to anyone who wants the best chicken around.

Been meaning to come here for a few years and finally made it and had 1/4 chicken which was so juicy and delicious. Best chicken I’ve had in a long time. Love their green sauce too. For sides got the black beans which were good and coleslaw which you can easily split with someone and is very good; creamy but not too creamy. Will definitely eat here every time I’m in Miami.

I am giving it 3 stars because there times where the food have been pretty good. I have been going to Francisca at Doral for years and its always a delicious experience. I moved to Kendall and found out this Francisca’s truck and I have bought food from them several times. It is not as good as Dorals location but we like it. Unfortunately, today we ordered take out only to find a completely dried out chicken. So dry that under the skin it looked like plastic. I ended up throwing most of it away as I felt bad to feed some to my dogs. My husband eat it and felt sick afterward. I mean if you have been cooking a chicken for hours, you know is going to be dry, so don't give it to your poor take out customer, its not fair. I did notice that most of the time I have ordered before they have made me wait for the food but this time it was pretty quick. I guess they cooked too many chickens and not too many customers. I would stop ordering and eating here and I would definitely not recommend it. Your best bet is Doral’s location.

So a few hits and misses. The chicken with the green sauce was great. The fried yucca was great. The garlic sauce tasted like water Boiled yucca lacked flavor I ordered my some some chicken nuggets and fries. Chicken was burned.

I love the place very nice and private and I loved the service and my review is not meant to bash at all just to maybe give the guys a heads up. I got the bbw ribs and got them to go. Cole slaw amazing as were the plantains....Ribs were not fresh made and served which is not a problem....the problem was I get home get my setting ready get ready to taste and i grab a frozen cluster of ribs....not cold from the 5 min ride home....ice cold from taken out of fridge/freezer and not heated properly. I end up doing that and ribs are great so is ther bbq sauce but guys next time pre check before u serve. Im not upset I get it sometimes it happens. I do highly still recommend this place as their rotissery birds look and smell amazing

$32 for a whole chicken and two sides. The sides are 10 oz of rice and 5 oz of beans, not even enough for one person. A whole chicken at that price should come with family-size sides, imo.

Ive been coming to this food truck since it open in kendall and now the portions have gone down in size so much that if you buy a whole chicken its $38 plus dollars and the sides barely feed one human. It’s disappointing that this has happen i wont visit this place again.

I tried this place due to the ratings I ordered a whole chicken with sides. When I got my meal I was surprised to get beans that was not enough for one person and rice. I complained and said it should be a lot more then so they threw in more rice. Umm no more beans. Gave them the benefit of doubt. Went home tried the food. Beans had no flavor. Chicken was mediocre. Not worth the cost. I tried it but sorry I won’t be back the ratings are way too high. Keep trying to better the food.

Ive been coming here for years. Food is very good, but the last 2 times ive been here the service has been horrible. The old men that is working there is very rude and always complaining that he has alot of work and when i came in today he was complaining of the air being fixed. He told me and my husband that we always come at a bad time. My husband order 1/4 of chicken and he got a thigh. Which that has never happen. Very bad service.

I used to love francisca but they are focusing on profit instead of quality. We spend over $40 for one chicken and two sides. The side of the beans was a MINI coup not even enough for one person. The boiled yuca was sour and tasteless. Never ordering from here again. I would rather give my business to a company that cares about both, quality and profit.
