We eat here at LEAST once a month, sometimes once a week - we absolutely love it! Forgetful on the oil with the tuna subs, but that is minor. Always happy with everything.

This is my first time ordering, I read all the reviews before taking a chance. Some people just love writing bad reviews and very few only do good ones. I order the Calzone, and it was delicious! I believe people just love to write silly things when they are not satisfied. I get bad reviews from my place because of the same, it does not mean the place it's bad, but things sometimes happen. I was completely satisfied with the my order, this is place was great!

One of the BEST PIZZERIAS in MIAMI. DEFINITELY the BEST garlic rolls!!! These tiny, cheesy, morsels will literally melt in your mouth. Their menu also includes a number of classic Italian dishes. Very good too. One of the few CLASSIC NY pizza places in Miami. Can't go wrong with JERRY & JOES.

Pizza was great, wasn't overly greasy and the cheese wasn't just slopped on there. Stomach wasn't upset whatsoever after eating, compared to many other pizza chains that have way too much grease. The amount of toppings was perfect. While the pizza itself wasn't too doughy. Will be going back again!

First time ordered pizza here. I picked up our order. We had orded extra sauce that was not included when I got home. I called the manager was very apologetic, and sent a delivery driver with the sauce. THIS WAS SO REFRESHING THAT THEY ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT ME. Customer service has been lost at soany businesses, employees and managers so many places would have done nothing. I WILL ALWAYS ORDER MY PIZZA HERE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Wings always great and the pizza too

Ordered cheese, pepperoni, and meat lovers pizza, plus wings, on Christmas while visiting family in Miami. Most places were closed, but Jerry & Joe’s came through with good quality food. The pizza was hot, proportionately topped, and the wings were crispy and flavorful. My new go-to pizza place when in town, until further notice.

My family loved the pizza and said we’d never order pizzahut ever again lol! The garlic rolls were superrrr good, I loved the fettuccine Alfredo, and the Caesar salad was also super yum!! A lot of places skimp on dressing but they really hook you up with an amazing amount. Love this place :]

Started coming here about 18 months ago. I order online ... and order is always correct. Sometimes it's ready for me before I get there. Toppings are always generous (cheese pizza is just bread with cheese ... pizza needs toppings). Staff I deal with have always been polite & courteous. Since I live 30 min away it's generally cold by time we get to eat it. But it takes even better when warmed up in the toaster oven! Great flavor. (Maybe the reviewers complaining about cold pizza should have tried that.) It's noticeable that when other pizza places jacked up the rates this place did not. What I pay $30 here for is $48 @ the other pizza joints. With the family cheese combo (plus extra toppings) comes out to about $30 & is enough food for at least 2 meals for us. Good deal.

This pizza is doughy rather than crisp. Similar to Papa John's, the pizza here is nice and soft with a cheesy tomato flavor. The pepperoni pizza we ordered was full of meat. Overall delicious.

Awesome pizza. Their pizza sauce is really good. Has a tangy sweetness to it that is great for dipping. They bottle it and sell it for 5 bucks. I think its amazing. Ive made pizza at home with their sauce and we all love it. Havent had anything other than pizza and gsrelic rolls. Weve been there 8 times in the month weve been living nearby. Would be there everyday if i werent "trying" to lose weight.

Wanted to review this place since its my first visit here. Let's start with the pizza. For the price its a good pizza, the only thing I would improve would be the dough but overall well done. On to the garlic rolls, the execution and appearance is there the only problem is the lack of garlic flavor. My overall experience I would say I will pay them another visit & try something else from the menu.

Good pizza, prices are kind of high though so it's only once or twice a year for me. Not telling you how to run your business but I'm sure profit margins are decent for pizza, you'd have more orders if priced more fairly. Id eat here weekly if the prices were competitive.

Placed an order and it was delivered fairly quick.The food was good.

It was alright. The cheese tasted really good and the sauce was average. The dough was not cooked enough and the pizza and up soggy and soft. The place itself is small and kind of dingy. The AC does not work very well and it was very hot inside. Additionally, I went to the bathroom and it was disgusting. Someone please clean that toilet! Best thing about the pizza with the cheese.

Although the pizza is good, I am taking my business elsewhere. You asked for a tip at the time of paying and I said no; afterwards the service when I picked up my order was very unpleasant. Very disappointed, but I’ll live. Smile more , it keeps clients.

This place has really reduced their portions a big way. The large pizza box looks like a medium and a medium like a small, in addition, the pizza slices are smaller and smaller each time, they are smaller than little caesar’s, not worth it at all! Food was good. I ordered via Slice app they charged me tip when i paid online and 1h later after they brought the food they didnt give me the receipt so I asked for it and the guy wrote in the receipt the same amount of tip that they charged when I made the online payment. I’m the one who is supposed to sign and decide how much tip I should leave . This is the second time this happens to me. They charged me twice each time. I’m very disappointed. Never ordering delivery again.

First time ordering from here per someone's recommendation. Pizza was ok. We ordered two "large" pies and they were more like a medium size with very small slices. Mushrooms were out of a can which was very disappointing. I don't think we'll order from here again...

The pizza is definitely not NY style in taste, somewhat only in appearance, being a former New Yorker. The pizza crust is spongy and lacks the taste of tomato sauce.

I wanted a change from the pizza chains for once to something more authentic so i decided to give them a try. I've tried to order previously but upon being told their was a 1 and 1/2 hour wait for delivery i changed my mind. Tonight it was only 40 minute wait so i decided to try. I ordered a medium special which comes with a medium pizza, 2 can sodas and 6 garlic rolls. When the driver got here, I didn't see the garlic bread but he told me it was in the box and sped off. Upon checking their was no garlic rolls. I called him immediately TWICE and he sent me straight to voicemail. I called the store to let them know and they tried to call the driver to no avail. The guy on the phone offered to give me 5 dollar store credit which i refused because i wont be buying from them again. He also offered me a refund of 2.95 but i would have to wait until tomorrow for the manager or he could send me a new order of garlic bread but i had to wait 30 minutes. I decided to get it redelivered because i probably wont remember to call about a refund of 2.95 tomorrow. Now on to the Pizza.... It was lukewarm at best, dry and had no real flavor. It also look unappetizing. I don't know if its from the garlic or whatever but the pizza left a bitter taste in my mouth. The crust itself was not great either. Also they claim it was a medium but it looked more like a personal pizza. Overall IT WAS A WASTE OF 20 DOLLARS!!! WE ended up THROWING AWAY HALF OF THE PIZZA. I wish i had just ordered from a pizza hut, papa johns or dominos. The pizza would have got here in half the time and at least i know that my family would have enjoyed it. I wish I could get a refund for a waste of time and food since we ended up having to order food elsewhere. I'm only giving two stars because of the guy that i spoke to over the phone (didn't catch his name) and the fact that they redelivered my garlic bread in 15 minutes. The garlic bread, while nowhere near the best, is decent and better than the pizza in my opinion. Everything considered, they will not get my business again.

They were really busy, which isn't a bad thing. But it may have brought down the quality of the food. We had two chicken parms and an alfredo. All were really bad. The food was like mush. The garlic roll were dinner rolls with oil and garlic that were mushed to hell. All that for $40. 😒

I've ordered here before. The food is horrible. Classic greasy hard badly done pizza. We literally tried to feed it to our dog who refused. She will literally eat spinach. She eats anything and everything that comes off the table. But not this pizza. On top of that they keep putting their fliers in my mailbox not by mailing them but by physically inserting them into my mailbox. I'm pretty sure they cant be doing that and I sure as heck dont want to hear from them or be solicited anymore than possible in this world. Overall I wouldnt give this place a second chance.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! We ordered a pizza on July 4th, and our business address is less than 1 mile from the pizza place IN CUTTLER BAY It took way over an hour for the delivery, and on top of it, the driver “never got out of his vehicle to actually deliver the darn pizza”, he just left. When we call to complain, the administration, a “Mr Diego” actually argued with us, never apologized, and the pizza got to us cold.

NY pizza...false! Never had them before today and I can say with confidence that I've had frozen pizza like Tombstone or Red Barron that's 2 times better than their pizza! Will never spend money in that place again.

Don't know what's going on with them lately but delivery has been awful they told me less than an hour and I waited an hour and 50 minutes when I place my order I told the gentleman three times three times my order and still got the order wrong.

I received in the mail a coupon for $5 of an order of $30 or more. The staff unfortunately told me that they didn't know how to use it. Why would you send a coupon in the mail if your staff doesn't know how to use it. Will never eat here again

Pizza is good; however, they are always messing up the order.. missing items and wrong order completely. Got a antipasto salad with no meat or cheese. They made me go to the restaurant after I had everything delivered. Refund my delivery fee and tip.

This has been my favorite pizza spot 😋 until now. I live 3 mins away it took 1 hrs and 40 min to get a cold pizza. 🥶 their solution was for me to send the pizza back that my grandkids touched 🥲. I payed for delivery got food I didn't eat and now I have to pay someone to take me because they will give this disabled lady a pizza credit and no way to actually get it . Give me the old staff

Added chicken to a fettuccine Alfredo and mozzerella cheese when I didn’t ask for it. I’m vegetarian I cannot eat chicken. The eggplant sandwich was weird tasting like wet socks and I thought it was breaded because it has bread crumbs but it’s just bread crumbs put in the sandwich instead of breading the eggplant. I didn’t finish the food because it was horrid too much cheese added on everything. This is just “Italian” fast food. Never ordering from here again. Ordered on grub hub.

Jerry and joes has great pizzas my family and I would eat there all the time, but that all changes from here on out. Reason being is that we would pay roughly about $12 for a large pizza and been doing that once a week for years. We went today September 13, 2017 at 5:15 pm and saw that he put a written sign that said $20 for 1 large pizza, that's outrageous and sad that he would up the price to take advantage of the people in need of food. We are suffering from a crisis and have no power in our homes due to hurricane Irma. And this guy has the nerve to call himself a patron. Needless to say he will be reported for price gouging as of today. So people if you read this this place is ripping you off in your time of need and doesn't deserve our business. Think about it guys, $20 for 1 large pizza when before Irma hit us it was $12 plus tax, you can get 2 large pizzas for $24 from papa johns. I loved this place but they don't love you. I will be reporting this place for price gouging. I'm not trying be petty but I think it's wrong for them to take advantage of people in this time of need. It's absolutely outrageous!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a medium sized pizza via Grubhub. The pizza was supposed to arrive between 21:05 and 21:15. It arrived at 21:45. The pizza was not fresh and it was cold. The cheese had already hardened and the crust was getting soft. Due to this the pizza was not very good. It was late and I didn't want to deal with calling them at the moment. I called them the next day. I spoke to a man with a heavy Spanish accent. I told him that the pizza was cold and therefore not very pleasant to eat. He asked me why I didn't call right away. I told him I am calling now, he laughed at me and repeated the question. I told him that I also never agreed to the tip of 3:75 that deducted from my credit card. He continued laughing at me so I hung up the phone. I contacted Grubhub and they contacted them. They refused to refund the money but I could come in and get the same pizza. I couldn't do that because I am invalid at the time, that is why I ordered delivery in the first place.

We ordered an XL pizza and we’re very disappointed. Will not order again. The dough did not seem completely done and the toppings were sub-par...the mushrooms were from a can and the green peppers tasted old. We’ll save our business for better quality pizza.

Not good experience. Definitely this people don't know how to work with grub hub. The food was like fast food or worse, no napkins, no forks or knifes, requested for additional parmesan cheese, didn't get it. The veal parmegiano tasted like hamburger patties breaded. Price of it $14.00 with delivery. Bad, really bad.

Ordered an XL cheese pizza with 12 Garlic rolls, a meatball sub and a 2L of Coke. The best part of the whole meal was the Coke which they obviously didn’t make. I’m not sure what happened to this place but it is not what I remember having a few years go. The XL Pizza is small now, it was soft because it was undercooked and some parts were missing sauce so it was dry. Th garlic rolls are like the size of donut holes and the meatball sub was not toasted. Definitely never ordering from here again.

My parents have been buying from here since I was a teenager. We use to LOVE their pizza. Fast forward 10+ years, now they’re trash. Wouldn’t feed it to my worse enemy. Ordered a pizza, it tasted like cardboard. Literally was stiff as a board, dry with no flavour. Okay, maybe they had a bad day. Few months later, I decided to try them out again. Once again, terrible. Worse pizza I’ve ever had the displeasure of trying. So I called this time, explaining to them that I’m a long term customer and have been dissatisfied the last 2 visits. I asked them for a refund. They refused and offered me 10% off my next order. 10% off, is nothing more than taxes on their overpriced cardboard. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend. Save your money and just eat Little Ceasars. Better pizza, cheaper and much better customer service.

The cheese they use for the Fettuccine Alfredo isn’t Parmesan and has a weird aftertaste. To make things worse, the Alfredo sauce can’t even be tasted because of it being overpowered by the cheese they use. In fact, the cheese is so overpowering that it’s all I remember tasting despite there also being chicken added to the pasta. 1/5 food. I will say that despite the food not being that great, the people there are very nice. 5/5 service.

I ordered through uber eats to pick up pasta, they said between 20 to 30 min (it was 8:15 pm). I arrived at 8:45 pm, it was still not ready. It's 9:06pm right now and I'm still waiting. And still asking when paying we wanted to leave a tip. I really liked the place. but I'm not going back. Bad service. La peor opción para ordenar comida , al menos mi experiencia . La pizza : poco queso , champiñones gigantes y crudos . Las alitas que se suponen son plain , muy condimentado saladas y refritas 😓. El delivery la peor experience, Dejo mi comida en suelo golpeó la puerta y se largo , Con muletas en mi caso , o en sillas de ruedas el caso de una persona parapléjica es muy complejo recoger la comida del suelo , supongo el error fue dar la propina por adelantado en la tarjeta . Sin embargo les doy gracias así ya estoy completamente seguro que no volveré a ordenar en ese lugar .
