Wait staff was simply amazing! 5 star service! Quick, efficient, friendly. The food is authentic and hearty. Beautiful atmosphere as well. We dined with my Mom on 8/31/25, she's been craving chicken-tabaka and was so happy to see it on the menu. 🥰
Amazing!🌟 We celebrated my cousin’s birthday here and had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was very attentive and friendly, and the singers were incredible. The atmosphere was fun, vibrant, and perfect for a celebration. It’s a great place not only for special occasions, but also for everyday dining. Highly recommend!
On behalf of our entire family we would like to thank Kavkaz restaurant for an amazing bday party !! Our server was attentive, manager Elvira was kind and friendly, food was outstanding !! Music was special :) the entire team did their best to make the celebration memorable! The kindest, nicest people. We ordered the banquets menu and it was very good, generous portions and super tasty! We had soo much food that we took it home. We send our hugs to everyone :)
Such a Great spacious venue, very friendly staff , super polite an efficient. I wanted them handle a party of 25 with no hesitation! The food was fresh and tasty. Plenty of parking as well. Such a beautiful place to share a meal with friends or by yourself. Thank you guys for a great night!
My friend celebrated her birthday her on a Monday, and we couldn’t wish for a more perfect place. Food and service were excellent, our server Vladimir treated us like royalty, all his suggestions were fantastic! Favs: fried chicken kidney, beef salad, pizza-like bread with an egg- our server had to explain how to eat it( forgot the name 😅). Georgian authentic sweet wine - perfect to keep our appetites rolling! We’ll be back to dance and live music on weekends!
Very nice place, they have Georgian old Tbilisian cuisine, very delicious, I loved this place, restaurant is very clean!
Kavkaz is definitely a place I will go to for the second time. The food, we tried the Khachapuri which was 10/10 and also the Khinkali which you could think of some sauce to add, everything was fresh and very tasty. The atmosphere is amazing, spacious room, decorations and music. The service is good, the waiter helped with the menu and also gave me tips on what to do. I recommend it!
We have had a great experience here. The food was really good, kavkas cake was special taste soo good and the staff were friendly. The place is beautiful a little bit noisy. We loved it and we will be coming back.
My favorite Georgian Restaurant in Florida. Their shashlik is out of this world. Try Soups and deserts for more joy:) bravo!
The food is perfect! I love everything what I tried and I tried a lot! Khachapuri is amazing! Khinkali is perfect! Salads are 10 of 10, appetizers are mouthwatering. Lula is very delicious 🤤 Interior is ok and the atmosphere inside is not something you will come for in 2024. I’m ok with service but I can totally understand why you guys have bad feedbacks.

Had such a great experience here tonight! It was our first time having Georgian food in Miami and Kavkaz did it miss. The dumplings, cheese bread, herring, and Chicken Tanaka were delicious. Loved the festive ambiance as well. We will be back!
The best Georgian cuisine. I recommend everyone to try it once. Nina was amazing 😍 !!! helped us a lot was extremely nice. 10 out of 10 recommend!
We've held many celebrations here and every time it's absolutely wonderful. The food is consistently excellent over the years, and the service has remained excellent too. On our most recent visit Nina took great care of us making recommendations for amounts and adding dishes to what we already pre-ordered. The prices are super reasonable too. We love Kavkaz! Update on 9/28/24: we had such a wonderful night at Kavkaz last night, and it started with Vladimir taking care of us - he suggested one salad over another, recommended the amount of meat to order for our party, and was attentive to our needs the entire night. The food excellent as always, it's so great to see that quality matters here. We are happy to keep supporting this great business.
Stopped here after visiting Oleta as we wanted to try some Georgian food. We got the Khachapuri with Spinach that we really enjoyed. We also got a kebab that was good, but felt overpriced at $21 since it didn't come with rice or anything. We also got the khinkall that was very interesting and tasty. And of course, we were able to grab some Georgian wine which was super interesting and unique. Would return for the wine!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kavkaz, a delightful Georgian kitchen in Miami, and I can’t stop raving about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The star of the evening was undoubtedly Nana, our wonderful waitress. Her sweet and kind demeanor truly made the evening special. Nana’s warm smile and genuine hospitality turned our meal into an unforgettable experience. She took the time to explain the dishes and even shared a few stories about the traditional recipes, making the experience feel personal and enriching. The food was absolutely incredible! Every dish was a burst of flavors, perfectly capturing the essence of Georgian cuisine. The khachapuri was gooey and delicious, the khinkali were savory and satisfying, and the seasonal dishes were fresh and vibrant. Each bite transported me to a cozy Georgian kitchen, filled with the love and care that goes into homemade meals. The ambiance of Kavkaz is just as delightful as the food and service. The decor is charming and homey, creating a perfect backdrop for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. It’s clear that the team at Kavkaz has put a lot of thought into every detail, ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. If you’re in Miami and looking for a place that serves delicious food with a side of heartwarming hospitality, look no further than Kavkaz. A big thank you to Nana and the entire team for making my first visit so special. I can’t wait to return and savor more of their delectable dishes!
We had a great experience in this restaurant. We were very much impressed with the services . Our water Vladimir was very attentive-he explained a lot about the menu, helped us with the choices and made us feel very welcome and comfortable . We had a very good experience, liked the food a lot and definitely would come back and recommend the restaurant to all our friends!Thank you!
We had a great time with friends in kavkaz. The place became more pleasant because of Ms. Elena. She was a full delight to have as our server. Her service was something that made us super happy customers instantly. She helped us pick the right food, drinks and explained very well about each dish as it was our first time trying this place. The food was also delicious. Overall, this place deserves a full thumbs up 👍 👌!!! We absolutely loved the service, ambience and food of this amazing restaurant! And, Ms. Elena definitely deserves to be promoted!!!❤️
A wonderful restaurant. Great service, Nana was an excellent waitress, gave us good advice, always stayed close and checked if everything was okay. Delicious cuisine, good music, an amazing place.
Very good restaurant, food is delicious, strongly recommended!!!
Great experience Me and my wife and our friends went there Friday night…. The music was very nice But loud but still charming The food was delicious very generous meals We couldn’t finish the appetizers The service is good very good waiters Highly recommended!!! You have to go to this place!
Fresh and authentic, really something different! Live music was really fun! Try the meats and hachapuri
We had alot of fun and great food. We selected the time when there will be a DJ and live music and yeh we did dance and had great food. Our kids love it as well. Thanks to the staff, DJ and the singer for a great evening 😀.
It was an amazing experience, great atmosphere and the food… no words, so good😍
My family is Georgian and I was there last year. Been to Kavkaz many times and it is the best Georgian restaurant I’ve been to in the US. Amazing adjarskaya hachipurri! The food is authentic and delicious! Food is so fresh. Highly recommend the hinkali, hachipurri, Georgian wine selection, Kompot, kebabs! Service is always fantastic and staff is friendly and attentive. Fridays and Saturdays they have singers that put on a great show and you can dance. This is the place to go to get authentic delicious Georgian food!
Such an amazing food and service. We enjoyed looked at the wall painting. The staff were very friendly and explained everything. I will definitely be back!
Great place to eat, good food friendly people. I'll come again.
I've been here with couple of my friends from Latvia and I totally recommend to visit this place. Friendly staff, delicious food and interesting food concept. Great !
Great food, nice looking restaurant. Every time we’re in Miami, Kavkaz is a must go.
We had a wonderful evening having dinner at the Kavkaz restaurant with friends. I really liked the service. All the waiter's recommendations turned out to be really valuable. I didn't even have time to take photos. The menu is not very large, but everyone will find a dish to their liking. I want to try everything, so the option of sharing dishes was very successful.
Came here with my girlfriend who is of Georgian and Russian descent. We ordered all of her favorite childhood dishes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The atmosphere was quirky and fun. The service was attentive and polite. Left full and happy. And normal prices! Looking forward to returning with a bigger group.
Deliciously prepared Georgian dishes! Everything tasted authentic and homemade, just like in Georgia. The flavors were rich and the ingredients fresh. A must-visit place if you love traditional Georgian food. Excellent service and warm atmosphere made the experience even better!🥰
Excellent service! Great food and atmosphere! We came company of 10 ppl and kids ! Everything was top notch! Our waiter Vladimir was giving great suggestions on food , he was just incredible!
My favorite place in Sunny Isles. I celebrated my bday here, Georgian food and Russian food. I was surprised how affordable that place was, you can bring your liquor if they don't have the bottle you need. Also on Fridays and Saturdays they have an amazing singer Timur, OMG his voice! He can play any song for you and your friends. Enjoy dancing on their decent size dance floor. Cozy place, I had the best time. Servers are very nice and helpful!
The Georgian restaurant exceeded all my expectations. The food was incredibly flavorful and authentic. The service was warm, attentive, and welcoming. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.❤️
Came there before live music - my preference! VERY nice. Not the most exquisite place and food, although, not exactly cheap - but that is rather the beauty of the place. We sat there, rarely disturbed, enjoying our company with their solidly tasty food (and wine - all from Georgia). All over all — 5 stars; and a promise (to myself) to come over once again in the nearest future. Thank you, guys! Great place, great friendly service, good food and relaxing atmosphere altogether! I highly recommend it, again, before the live music-time.
When ever i fly in from Seattle, its my number one place to stop by and eat atkovkaz restaurant, love the atmosphere, I really enjoyed russian songs brings you back to good old days! Food is good, yes it's a bit expensive, but with all the inflation of a dollar not bad at all. People complain about service and that servers are rude, I had that happen to me when I came their first time ( they wouldn't let me in cause I had birkenstocks sandals) I was like it's kinda 90 outside and I'm not gonna fry in shoes. I told them I'm not local and I dident see any dress code online. So they let me in. After that always top notch service! Highly recommend to try it.
When I think about celebrations, Kavkaz is always my first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding. Service was delightful and very professional. Thank you Nana and Nina, so kind and always ready to suggest you with menu.
This was my first tone st this restaurant and out far exceed my expectations. The portions are generous. I started with a glass of Georgian white wine. I believe it was the tviliki. It was semi sweet and very balanced. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the khachapuri. It was delicious. The cheese was salty goodness. The bread was fluffy and soft. It was enough for my friend and I to share. We also had the cornish hen in a garlic cream sauce. So well prepared. It was moist and tender. It was also enough to share between us. We finished the meal with the kavkaz cake. It was very rich and delicious. It was a layered cake and one layer was crispy and wafer like. The combination was a hit. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would rate this 10/10!
Visited the restaurant on a quiet weekday night after reading reviews online. The place is super cute with nice decoration and is quite roomy. Our waiter was attentive and nice. When we told him it was our first time there he gladly talked about the food and helped us pick authentic dishes. Even explained how we should eat them in a traditional way (shocker, I used to ate dumplings with a fork!). And our food was simply great! I'm glad we found Kavkaz, we will be definitely back. At the other tables there seem to be Georgian and Russian people. I take that as a good sign for the restaurant's authenticity.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible experience at Kavkaz! The food was bursting with authentic Georgian flavors — every dish was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and made with love. What truly made our visit unforgettable was the outstanding service. Nana and Nina went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were warm, attentive, and made great recommendations. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this gem!
First time trying Georgian food and really enjoyed it. We followed Nana’s recommendations and enjoy every single dish, she even explain the proper way to set it up and eat it. We had the Khachapuri Adjarski, Khinkali, Shkmeruli and Kavkaz cake …… we were two and that was good for four people.
Excellent Georgian food to get some khinkali and authentic salads, adjaruli, homemade bread is amazing. My favorite place when im in the area. They have live music in the evenings on weekends.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kavkaz Restaurant, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. The decor of the restaurant is charming and reflects the rich culture and traditions of the Caucasus region, creating a cozy yet elegant environment. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish we ordered was bursting with authentic flavors and prepared to perfection. The khachapuri was heavenly, with its rich, gooey cheese and perfectly baked dough. The shashlik was tender, juicy, and grilled to perfection. I also tried the lamb kebabs, which were seasoned beautifully and melted in my mouth. To top it all off, the desserts were a real treat – the honey cake was divine and paired perfectly with a cup of their fragrant tea. What truly sets Kavkaz apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations that did not disappoint. They made us feel like valued guests, which added a personal touch to the entire experience.Kavkaz Restaurant is a hidden gem that I cannot recommend enough. Whether you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy an evening with friends or family, this is the perfect spot. I will definitely be coming back and bringing more friends along to share in this amazing experience. Thank you, Kavkaz, for an unforgettable evening
It was slow when we were there on a Saturday night at 9. We had Khachapuri which was so good and did some dancing. Nice time.
We celebrated a birthday at this restaurant, and everything was outstanding. The food was incredibly delicious and the service was truly exceptional. The best khinkali we have ever had! We will definitely be back.
We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday!!! Thank you Kavkaz for making this event very memorable. Everything was great- music, food, vibe, service… 10/10. Highly recommend!!! 👌❤️
The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm, and everything came out quickly. Special shout-out to our server Nina — she was super friendly, attentive, and just an overall awesome person. Made the whole visit even better. Respect to her, she did an amazing job! 👌🔥

If you are in the Miami area… you must make your way to Kavkaz Restaurant..What an amazing restaurant! From the staff to the ambiance to the most tasty, amazing Georgian food you will find. We hosted a 60th birthday party at Kavkaz and it was truly a night to remember. Thank you Katya for making it all possible… Thank you for all the details, your professionalism and your wonderful hospitality. Looking forward to many more wonderful memories at Kavkaz
We had a pleasure to dine at Kavkaz yesterday. Everything was amazing. We had a preset menu since there were 24 of us. When we came some of the food was already at the table and then they brought more throughout the night. There was plenty of food. Everything was very delicious. The music was a plus.
We had a fantastic time at this restaurant! The food was incredibly delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our friends and I enjoyed a wonderful meal and danced the night away. The service was also top-notch.

Solid 4.5 for the restaurant. It is authentic Georgian/Russian cuisine. Great for adult dine in experience. Great and attentive service. It’s not really kid friendly, kids menu is available, but most kids won’t eat what’s on the menu. It is all made fresh, but kids nowadays are used to processed chicken nuggets vs home made ones they offer. Khinkali are average, you won’t be disappointed, but won’t be amazed. Wish they retained more broth. Khachapuri, their classic is also average, but again, if you don’t know what to expect or have high expectations you will like them. Food overall is tasty. Kebabs are great. Service and atmosphere is nice, very authentic. Typical surrounding from an authentic restaurant.

Kavkaz Restaurant serves the authentic Georgian food. The flavors were rich and authentic, and I appreciated the effort put into creating a genuine culinary experience. The menu had a good variety of dishes, and each one I tried was delicious. The live music was too loud for my liking. While it added a festive atmosphere, it made conversation a bit challenging. It would be beneficial if they could find a better balance between the volume of the music and the comfort of the guests. The service could use some improvement. While the staff was friendly, I found them to be a bit inattentive at times. It took longer than expected to get our orders taken, and there were a few instances where we had to ask for refills or additional items multiple times. With a bit more attentiveness, the service could be elevated to match the quality of the food. I didn't find anything particularly special about ambiance. The décor and overall atmosphere were adequate, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. Adding some unique touches or enhancing the ambiance could make the dining experience more memorable.
I enjoyed my time at Kavkaz - There was a singer guy performing throughout the night and my friends and I got up and we took over their dance floor. The energy was contagious and other tables joined in. Very interesting music. Loved it! As far as the Food. Very tasty, the Salads were refreshing! And everything in General was really really good. The prices were great too. - Now... why Not 5/5 stars. We had a server, she was phenomenal but it was a bit frustrating. We were a table of 12 and getting the dishes away, or replenishing water would take so long. I felt so bad for her because I know she tried her best but yeah... I had to ask for water for the table like 4 times - a bit annoying. But again. I will definitely come back again. The music was very danceable! Food delicious.
The Kavkaz restaurant attracts attention with a sign on the door wearing a T-shirt; you cannot enter in shorts or flip-flops. I liked the paintings of Tbilisi on the walls, I would like to see more Caucasian decorations. The food is delicious, especially the khachapuri 😊 Live music happens in the evenings, unfortunately we didn’t catch it. For everyone who loves to eat delicious food.
It's a shame because this experience would be 5 stars except the owner/manager really pushed us onto dishes we didn't care for. Our waiter was a very friendly and cultured young man from the Caucases but after we ordered the owner/manager came over to give her opinions on the menu, explained we shouldn't do the cornmeal patties if we didn't order cheese with it (that went mostly untoched) and that we should try a flatbread with cheese that ended up being far too heavy. If she wasn't a part of the experience the whole meal would've been A+ so I hope for customers who aren't accustomed to the food the manager will be less involved. The dumplings were very tasty and enjoyed the kebab.
Sep 30. 6 pm. Our two-top was the only table in the dining room. There was literally no one else, yet the service was so bad, it would be funny if it wasn’t embarrassing. I brought a friend to try Georgian food. The waitress: - Does not say hello - Looks annoyed we entered the restaurant - Does not refill water - Does not check on out table after dropping off food, disappears - Does not clear the table of the dirty dishes - Drops off fresh plates and utensils before the second course (I had to request that, otherwise she wasn’t going to do that), leaves utensils INSIDE our plates - I’ve never seen that before in a restaurant - Tells me the dish is good after I got her attention to say our chiken dish had an odd smell and we would like to return it (usually that chiken dish is amazing) - Drops off the check mid-meal, right after I ordered another dish - After I asked for the check she….drumroll….automatically adds 18% gratuity!! Lmao. WHAT? For what service, exactly? Fine. Whatever. Many places where staff struggles to get the tips the “honest” way do it nowadays. You can have it, even if you don’t deserve it, but please - give us SOME service, because I start feeling embarrassing that I hyped up this place to my friend. Dear Owner - a sincere question - why do you continue to employ wait staff member that is incompetent, doesn’t want to be there and clearly does not care? Like, at all. Also, since the gratuity is included, there is no incentive for her to show any kind of effort. I come here all the time. Your other 2 waitresses and the waiter are always so nice and accommodating! Anyway. Enough about that. Food here is consistently good, decor is nice on the eyes, especially after the resent changes: new wall design, colorful mural, new arrangement of the furniture, green napkins and other small details. Music can be unreasonably loud. We couldn’t hear each other sometimes because your YouTube video sound was so loud. Who is that for?? That’s obnoxious. To everyone interested in trying this restaurant - come here for the food: khinkali - the best in South Florida imo, khachapuri adjaruli, chiken kebab, have a glass of semi sweet white Georgian wine, delicious! Don’t have any expectations for service and you will have a great time. Food for thought: if there was another Georgian restaurant with khinkali that are this good AND professional wait staff, I would not be back to Kavkaz.

The ambiance is acceptable, the waiter is authentic which is great but the food was just OK. I really love Georgian food, what's not to love, the cheese, the bread, the vegetarian friendly menu! The menu wasn't very vegetarian, which was disappointing and the cheese boat I ordered was a bit overdone which made the bread a bit harder than I would've preferred. I ordered the potato and cheese dish but that was a bit bland, we also ordered the spinach and cheese bread dish and there was barely any spinach. The cheese was delicious and melted to perfection in all dishes.
I've driven for an hour. I've arrived. I paid $80 for Uber. Why do you say you're open? You're closed. I'm here at 11 a.m., but it's closed. The map shows you're open until noon.

Went there for the first and last time. We came in around 4pm, there were very few people. The lighting seemed odd for this time and the vibe was immediately off. The waitress didn’t come to us for about 10 min so we all went to use the bathroom. Upon walking in, there was a large hole in the wall and obviously I couldn’t flush. No signage on the wall that it’s out of order, nothing. Floors in bathroom were filthy. Waitress finally came out and just kept quiet, no hello, no nothing . Didn’t even introduce herself, made zero suggestions, nothings as if she is doing us a favour. I asked her few questions, she mumbled something quietly and left. We order bunch of diff things to try and literally every item that came out looked worse than the previous one. Stuffed eggplants were tiny, and not fresh. Cheese with egg dish was so salty, we barely ate it. Kabobs were made from really cheap quality meat chicken thighs, horrible marinated. Lamb was so hard we couldn’t eat it. Liver had a really bad weird smell to it. It left really bad after taste it was not edible. She didn’t tell us it was cooked liver not fried, she didn’t explain one item to us. I wish I liked one item but we didn’t. If you’re looking for good food don’t waste your money on this place plus it’s overpriced for what you get. Tips are also included which is ridiculous, I wouldn’t leave her a cent after the horrible service we received. One word of advice for the owner, if you’re going to charge the prices you’re charging please buy good quality produce and not save money on quality. Some people understand quality. I don’t mind paying $500 on dinner but the quality of food, service, atmosphere must match the price tag. Fix your bathroom hole, get good quality meat and produce, hire a chef that actually understands Georgian food, get better waitresses and maybe you’ll pick up your ratings, regardless, you lost my business.
I got big expectations about this restaurant. The restaurant looks good inside and outside. Reading the reviews about this place I didn’t expect that they have very poor customer service. The server was very rood unprofessional and slow. From the beginning it seemed like we came to her house and disturbed her to serve the food for us. The restaurant was empty. We were the only table she got. Later on she got another 2 tables. We had to wait just for soups and appetizer for 45 mins. To order the main entree we had to stand up and get the waitress because she was to busy with her phone. She never checked on a table. I didn’t think that the things can get worse but here we go she made a mistake with my order. So instead of Lula kebab she ordered Pork Kebab. So all of my friends were done with their food and I had to wait another 20 mins. So in total we spend 2 hours just waiting for our food and 5 mins enjoying it. I can’t say that I enjoyed my food I ate it just because I was hungry. Very disappointed. I hope that the owners and managers will pay attention on a customer service. The worst service I ever got in my entire life. Now I’m not surprised why it was so empty on Saturday afternoon. Never come back even if it’s gonna be the only opened restaurant in Miami.
This pace is a joke ! When you get in nobody welcome you in the proper way but when You ordered i ( orderded a lamb kebab and chicken kebab ) is coming with nothing just a sause, they charged me 10$ for bread and took me 1hr to get it served when inside nobody was in besides me and 2 other tables, then when i finally get served the portions was like appetizers portions i was not ok to be charged automatic service charge because i was extremely unhappy! But of course they did with no authorization! Worst experience ever
I would never ever take my family for dinner back here!Their food is not fresh, cocktails taste disgusting!Prices are extremely high and their Russian Waiters are very rude and not polite at all! I’ve had a very bad experience taking my family here to have a dinner!
Very disappointing experience. We paid $450. Cash deposit for a New year party. On Dec 26 we informed the Restorant owner Katya that we couldn’t attend due to my husband emergency surgery. Katya promised to return full refund if she will be able to sell our tickets. The tickets were sold but refund was refused. After a big argument we received only $200. as a credit not cash. Very disappointing and Brocken promises and the management very dishonest.
